Chapters
All right, what are some of the tools and techniques that I will be talking about inside of that masterclass? And they're divided between context builder. So we're first gonna work on building the context of where your workshop needs to be and how to build a bridge to the overall roadmap. They're gonna talk about connection and how to bake in engagement inside of your workshop. So you can retain attention throughout the workshops and reduce the number of dropouts. We can then talk about the preparation side, how to prepare for your workshop and give you a tool, a planner tool to help you with that. Out of this section, we're going to build together out of all of this, something that I call the map builder. And then depending on the workshop type, then we're going to go through designing for the journey. Building the building blocks inside of your workshop, architecting the value inside of those blocks, and then we're going to go through content creation. Moving on to create a value, moving on to create the flow creator, how to make your entire workshop flow. We're going to put in some of the tools to help your stakeholders get engaged, like the focus finder, capturing your ideas and some activities inside of the workshop. Baked into all of this is how to make this all feel good and productive and not dry, and have people feel like they're not getting the value you didn't get them, and avoid the common mistakes that a lot of the facilitators do when running a workshop. One of them is to jam everything, boil the ocean, or feel— make your stakeholders feel very overwhelmed and you getting really exhausted after the workshop. So we're going to bake in some of those techniques that talks about how to make people feel good, your presence, and how to space out the different activities inside of the workshop. And most importantly, how to connect to what is next, because a lot of the stuff, the real value that happens from a workshop happens after the workshop, not during the workshop.
