Here's three ways you can use AI for habits and your goals. So how can I use AI for other things other than marketing and stuff like that? Which. One of the cool things that I figured out is you can take goals that you've set in your life and you can begin to reverse engineer how you're actually going to do that. It will give you kind of a structure day to day. So let's say I wanted to lose £20. I would ask it like, hey, what are all the things that would go into losing £20? Nutrition, exercise, obviously. Obviously. Supplements, sleep, all these things. And then can you break it down into a habit based approach, what I need to do every single day to hit that goal? And it begins to reverse engineer your goals, your habits and everything that you need to do and makes it really simple. Now obviously, if you're someone who really has no idea, it can take something really complex, break it down, make it simple. But someone like myself, who's done this before, hundreds of thousands of times, it allows me to do things really quickly and have something executable that I can help somebody with or I can do myself.
