I remember, uh, I remember in my gyms, you know, we would have trainers come in and, you know, they're 20 or 30 pounds overweight. And I'm like, hey man, like, would you pay yourself to train yourself or would you like not do it? And they're like, what do you mean? I was like, look, unless you have a story that you've had a major transformation, I'm like, if you can't sell yourself on training yourself, like, how are you going to sell other people? And I know that's kind of shallow, but I'm like, if you, if you tell me you've lost 60 pounds, you still got 30 to lose, I'm going to look at you and say, wow, that's an amazing transformation. You have a story to sell and you believe in what you're doing. But if you're just overweight and you're expecting people to work with you because you're smart, you're going to have a huge disconnect.
