So I think with certain ones you should be able to feel. Yeah. Right? So like the GLPs, you should feel them, but start really low. Okay. Low and slow. I have people microdosing and we don't know what a microdose is until we put it into their body. Right. And sometimes that's all they need. And I've had people drop 20 pounds in a few months just at like a teeny tiny itty-bitty dose, like for reta, like doing, I think it's like 0.5 milligrams a week. Is all we are doing. Yeah. Which is a tiny dose and they're dropping the weight. So why would you need to go up higher? So watch for overly cheap, watch for people overprescribing. Med spas, like some of them may be good. Med spas are like my worst enemy with peptides. Right. Because they have a process of going up every 2 weeks no matter what. I'm not dropping weight, go up 2, 2 more, you know, another 2 weeks at this dose. Yeah. But their guts are just wrecked. I had my uncle. He's actually in Texas. He couldn't make it to my grandma's 100th birthday cuz he was on too high of a dose of tirzepatide and he passed out, smashed his face off a sink, and he's been having explosive diarrhea for like 6 months, dropped 60 pounds, and his doc's like, we'll just keep you on that one. I'm like, what are you guys doing?
