My morning routine changes once daylight savings changes it, it obviously gets lighter out earlier. So I tend to get my day started about 30 minutes earlier. Actually, lately I've been going to a different gym. I've been cheating on this gym. It helps with the change of environment, it helps with the change of the time of year. And so that all kind of changes. And that means my habits have to change a little bit too. I think especially living a habit based lifestyle as long as I have, we can get so ingrained in our habits that forget that we need to change them consistently or change up a variable in them, whether that's a different environment or maybe a longer duration. It's important that if you're going to live a habit based lifestyle that you change your habits and you change the variables that they need to be changed every quarter of the year. If you want, you know, to change your results.
