Give me your top 3 things to like improve the quality of sleep you're having.
Yeah. So, I mean, I like running tests, but if you don't want to run tests, a supplement that's really great, if you find yourself peaking or getting wired at night, phosphatidylserine or PS150, but phosphatidylserine will depress your cortisol. So bring it down and then melatonin has a chance to come back up. So that's something that can help tremendously with, with getting to sleep. Magnesium supplementation can also be really good prior to bed as well. So that can help you to kind of calm down there too. And then if you're waking up at 1 o'clock, eat a little bit of food within an hour or so before bed, because you could be going hypoglycemic. We see this a lot with GLPs. A little bit like an avocado pudding is a really good, add some protein in it, healthy fat, healthy protein. You won't wake up at 1 o'clock. And if you're waking up around 3 o'clock, that's going to be more your liver. So you may need some milk thistle or schisandra or something like that. Some sort of like herbal tonic to help with the liver. You optimize those things and keep it consistent and you'll, you'll sleep great.
