Probably about eight years into owning gyms, I started to consult and just talk to other gym owners. And then I got involved into coaching, personal development, things like that. I really got passionate about helping people because, I mean, I had thousands of conversations, tens of thousands of conversations with clients who own businesses, clients who are dealing with things in life. And I remember oftentimes like when I was training people, we weren't even talking about working out. We were talking about what was going on in their business, what was going on in their marriage, what was going on in their life. And so it always just felt natural to talk about everything that a client was dealing with. That made me start to realize that I could not only help people in the health and fitness space, but I could also help them in their relationships, I could help them in their businesses. And so it just became kind of a natural elevation to, you know, eventually getting into business coaching and more personal development.
