Jesse Ewell says the biggest mistake business owners make is overthinking posting frequency and doing nothing. Pick a schedule, any schedule, and stick to it. Test different frequencies only after you've actually been consistent.

The biggest mistake I see business owners making online when it comes to social media is they are making things way too complicated. And what I mean by that. I just actually had a conversation with a client of mine the other day, and he's like, hey, should I post a reel once a week? Should I post it three times a week, or should I post it like, every day? And I said, well, how many times are you posting it right now? He's like, none. And I said, well, Bart, with posting. And he's like, well, what do you mean? And I said, well, you're not posting at all and you're worried about how many times you should or shouldn't be posting. That's keeping you from just taking action. So take action. Just start posting and then test it out if it's once a week, do it consistently if it's three times a week. But then you can actually start changing up the variables once you've established a consistency. I would say the biggest mistake today is not taking action or trying something new versus kind of like getting overwhelmed and not doing anything.
