All right, so everybody always talks about morning routine. But here's the thing is, no matter how great your morning routine is, it always starts in the evening. And if you don't get good quality sleep, if you don't have good habits in the evening, it's going to affect how you show up in the morning. You know, all these gurus and entrepreneurs out there are going to be like, oh my gosh, I got this million dollar morning routine. But what they don't tell you is it actually starts the night before. If you're married, you got kids, you got responsibilities. But sleep is one of the most important things for entrepreneurs. If we don't get good quality sleep, we're not going to feel great. Eating too close to bedtime is going to affect our sleep. And then also the other big thing is most people are on their phone for at least one hour before they go to bed. So they're staring at their phone screen looking at blue light, which completely affects how you sleep. So if you want to improve those things, get rid of your blue screens an hour before bed, start getting quality sleep, and then also stop eating. 90 minutes to 2 hours before bed and you'll start sleeping better.
