All right, so there's a huge debate on a bunch of social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram, and people are saying, oh, you should post, you know, 10 times a day. And that's really how you're going to grow your account. But here's the thing that you need to understand is that you can post 20 times a day or you can post two times a day. Views don't matter unless it translates to you learning how to turn that into a client or turn that into a conversation. So depending on what your goal is, if your goal is simply just to get more views, then yeah, you can post ten times a day. But if your goal is actually to convert into a client, then I'm going to tell you that quality is going to be more important. And so depending on what your goal is, that should dictate how many times a day you can post. What we teach our clients to do inside of habit based marketing is we teach them to post once a day and make it about the quality of the posts that they're doing so that they can convert any clients or anybody that comments into a potential customer.
