And testosterone is needed by every system in the body. I think as men, we get convinced that testosterone is only about our sexual proudness, if you will. So a lot of my guys will come in, they're like, oh my gosh, I don't need testosterone. I, I, I, you know, ask my wife, I'm great in bed. And I'm like, well, it's not just about being great in bed or being able to get an erection. First of all, it's not only getting the erection, but it's maintaining the erection. But, but not only that, that's great. That usually is the last thing to go. The first thing to go is concentration. You gotta make a list when your wife goes, hey, go to the store and I need 3 things, and you're like, I gotta make a list of the 3 things. That's a telltale sign. You're gaining some belly fat that you can't get rid of no matter what you do. Your muscle, you're going to the gym and you're not getting any results. Your sleep is only, you go to sleep and you go right to REM. So when you wake up, you haven't been in any restorative sleep patterns, so you're like, I feel like I've been working out all night, I'm, I'm still exhausted, and now I can't think. And now you're trying to have an erection and you're like, uh, so those are the things that can give people problems.
