The Habit Blueprint to Business #habit #habittracker

Solo-host episode (Jesse Yule) outlining eight daily/weekly habits designed to build a six- to seven-figure business by replacing tactical hopping with consistent routines. The host argues most entrepreneurs have habit problems, not strategy problems, and presents eight actionable habits: (1) review goals before checking phone, (2) block time by results (top 3 needle-movers), (3) move your body each morning (20–30 min), (4) track at least one production metric daily (outreach/sales conversations/serving), (5) feed your mind daily via reading/podcasts (10+ minutes, habit-stacking), (6) use AI daily as a productivity/creative assistant, (7) capture and celebrate wins, and (8) review the week before starting the next. Episode includes CTAs to download a PDF, join the Habit Based Lifestyle community, and learn about a VIP weight-loss system; contact: Jesse (email hint: Jesse@habitbaselifestyle.com).

All right, welcome back to the Habit Based Lifestyle Podcast. I'm your host, Jesse Yule. Today we're going to be talking about eight habits that will build a six to seven figure business. Today I want to kind of go into how we can break free of the tactics trap and really build a business. It's going to give you some momentum. Here's the thing that, you know, I always find out, and this is something that comes up on a lot of my coaching calls or even sales calls with my clients or potential prospects. And it's most people, you know, they don't have a business problem, they have a habit problem. And, and what that really means is that I see a lot of people go from one strategy to another. They buy all the courses, they buy all the PDFs, and you know, the, the problem with that is that those things don't necessarily fix the daily habits that are wrecking your momentum. And so a lot of times I find out that, hey, you've bought all the courses, you've, you've done all the things, you've invested all the money, but like, why haven't you actually changed your results? And you know, if you're someone who's maybe listening to this or watching this, maybe you've done this too. But, you know, think about it, like, if you ever felt stuck, you know, if you've ever, you know, invested a bunch of money in different programs, but maybe you didn't put things into play, maybe you didn't execute because they weren't broken down into simple steps. The thing I'm going to go to today, it's not going to be about hacks. It's going to be about habits. It's going to be about simple things that you can do to build momentum that are going to help you grow in your business. And not only that, these are the things that have helped me grow multiple businesses to six and seven figures. And, and these are like real results. So I want to kind of dive in. So I think the, the most important thing is that, you know, we have to check in with our goals daily before we check our phone. Okay. And so I see a lot of people check their phone before they check anything else for the day. The problem with that is they're getting caught up on social media. Maybe you're getting caught up, you know, in emails, maybe you're getting just caught up in work. I know, I know for me, you know, I can end up checking my phone and read a couple texts and be completely sideways within about 10 minutes of waking up when all I really meant to do was just to take my phone off airplane mode and just start my day. And instead I get caught up, you know, looking at different things. So, you know, remember, this is like it. Whatever you check in the morning is what you're going to give your power to for the day. So the first thing that I would want to get my power to is my goals. Right? Okay. So having a goal review is gonna be one of the most powerful things that you can do because it really helps you set your intention for the day. It's also gonna help remind you of like, hey, here's what our goal is. Let's go. So here's a question. After each one of these, I'm gonna have you ask yourself, what result do you want to create by reviewing your goals today? If you don't have goals, maybe the first thing is set some actual goals so you can get this lined up and in place. Number two is block time by results, not just tasks. So, you know, a lot of times we can make these endless to do lists, but they can end up just being a trap. Okay. If you're a high performer out there, you know, obviously we don't want to just check boxes. We want to produce an actual outcome. We want to produce a result. So instead of writing, you know, 20 to do list things, we could just say, hey, what are the top three things that if I get done today, are gonna move my business forward? And you just focus on those things. So this helps you go from having a list of 20 things to really dialing in, hey, what are the first three things that I need to get done so that I get the most out of this so I can be focused and I can actually execute. So here's the thing, is what three things can you get done today that would be the biggest needle movers forward for your actual business? So those, you know, would be the first two things I would establish. The third thing is going to be move your body every morning. Now, you know, this could be different for everybody. But what I really want you to understand is energy equals execution, energy equals momentum. The more that we're going to, you know, put our energy into, you know, executing, the more we're going to put our energy into momentum. We have the opportunity every day to move our body. It's going to help us think clear. It's going to help us make better decisions. It's going to help us show up so much stronger. And, you know, I love the gym, you know, and what it does as far as like how it makes us look. But really I think the bigger factors is it gives you a mental edge. It obviously gives us more clarity and it builds resilience, you know, And I don't ever hear anybody complain, oh my gosh, I feel worse walking out of the gym than when I walked in. You'll never hear people say that. They always say, oh my gosh, I didn't feel like working out, but I'm so glad I did. I feel so much better. Okay, so make movement a non negotiable in your daily routine. I don't care if you lift, I don't care if you run. Whatever it is, just do something for a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes and it's going to change your day. Okay, now the fourth thing is we're going to track at least one production, you know, behavior daily. Now this is one of the big things that I see in businesses all the time is they're not tracking production, they're not tracking things that are actually going to produce money on their business. And so they get lost and they have no idea what's going to produce what. And so most entrepreneurs, you know, they're tracking how many people like their post, how many people viewed it, commented, and those aren't necessarily bad things. But what if you actually started tracking how many people you reached out to per day? What if you started tracking how many messages you sent to people per day? What if you started tracking sales conversations, meeting new people? These things would actually build relationships, build new opportunities, and build potential connections with other people. The other thing is like, hey, how many people could I serve today? Serving could be as simple as like, hey, finding out a problem somebody might have and being like, hey, can I have a call with you? Or can we set up a call to see if I could help you. That allows you to be able to be in a place of service versus just trying to sell somebody something. So and I always think of like, hey, how can I serve somebody? Versus how can I sell somebody? And we just show up in a different place. So make sure that you're tracking at least one metric on a day to day basis that has to do with production. Fifth thing, feed your mind before the world feeds it junk. Now think about it this way. Success is way more mental before it ever becomes financial. That means that what we actually put into our mind is, is going to dictate whether or not it produces a financial outcome or whatnot. So a lot of times we think we need to be motivated to do things. We think we need to be motivated, to study, to learn. But really at the end of the day is we just need to be disciplined. And being disciplined is making sure that we stay committed to doing it. I've stayed committed to this habit for a minimum 10 years. But reading at least 10 minutes every day, you know, listening to a podcast at least 10 minutes every day, you know, the thing. A lot of times on my way to work out, I'll listen to a podcast. I may finish it up at the gym or I may switch over to a book, but I'm always going to work on my mindset, my skill set and my habits as I'm listening to something. If you guys want to really break this down, this would be like a habit stack. I'm doing a habit with another habit. And we kind of call that habit stacking, which is, you know, a whole nother thing of atomic habits, you know, And I don't, I don't think he made this up, but he actually has some of the terms where you stack another habit with another one. So it's kind of like we're getting multiple habits in one. But I think at the end of the day we need to work on our skill set, mindset and habits on a day to day basis. Reading, you know, listening to something is a way to do that. Stacking it with, working out, running whatever it is. You can listen to music, but I think for 10, 15 minutes, I mean, we could listen to a podcast, we could listen to an audiobook and get a lot out of that. Now our thoughts build our habits and our habits are the things that actually build our business. So this is a great way for you to build the skills in your business. I like that. Build your skills in your business so that you can move that forward. Now, Six, if you would have asked me 18 months ago, I would have not said this, but today I think this is one of the most important things we can work on daily use AI. Use AI, you know, every day, you know, because I think at the end of the day it's helping us solve problems faster. It's not really, I don't think it's going to replace us as much as it's going to replace lazy people or lazy tasks and what I mean by that or things that we could eventually automate. I think it's going to make us force us in business especially to play to higher level. Because think about it, your consumer who you're trying to sell to, can go to AI. You know, they can ask a lot of the questions, so they're actually coming in smarter and they're coming in knowing more. And, and so the cool thing is with AI is it allows us to have a much edit, much more educated customer. So if you're on your game and you're really good at what you do, you can kind of meet them where they're at. If you're not on your game and you're not doing some of these new things, then you can feel like you're getting left behind. But I found that AI has helped my business more than hurt it. Now, you know, remember, this is a lot of people can take information. You know, you can go to your competitors and find out things that they're doing with AI but like, information alone doesn't equal transformation. So you actually have to apply what you're learning. And that's, you know, one of the things that we have to understand. So using AI, you can create, you know, you can create videos, you can create content, you can do so many things with this that your business needs it every day. It's almost like having your own virtual assistant that can do anything. And it's, it's pretty cool. Like, it's almost like having a virtual assistant, a coach, and, you know, someone to kind of brainstorm things all at the same one at the same time, which I don't know anything else out there like that, which is kind of cool in itself. Just having a virtual assistant would be cool. But like now they're a coach, they're a confidant, you know, they're a think tank. They're all these things, they're content creators. Like, it really allows you to be able to brainstorming and do other things. Now 7 want to capture our wins. So remember is when we know we're winning, we get confident and that compounds into more winning. So most people will only remember the negative or what didn't work. But when we reinforce and celebrate the wins that we had taken two minutes at the end of the day, hey, what worked? What didn't? You know, what did we finish? Did we finish those three things? You know, did I sell somebody something? Did I serve someone? These all give you momentum for the next day. And this keeps, you know, all your habits fueled, focused. But what's cool is, you know, in, in one of my favorite books that I've ever learned, tiny habits, they actually have a habit recipe. They talk about celebration and is the single biggest key to what gets repeated. So what you celebrate, you repeat. And that really means that the things that we celebrate, that we finish, that we do we end up repeating them. So it's like good behavior. We're going to repeat that because we're getting rewarded. Okay. The last part of it is, you know, at the end of the day, celebrate your wins. Okay, so review, you know, number eight is review your week before you start another. And I think self reflection is going to be huge. So each week we have an opportunity to reflect on the previous week, what worked, what what didn't and then what needs to change or what do we need to course correct going into the next week. This will always get us better results. This is how growth compounds. This is how we hit the goals we set out. But you have to reflect. You got to review your goals, you got to refine them. So you can either repeat them or not repeat the same bad behavior. But either way, it starts with that self reflection every single week. Hey guys, these are eight habits that will help you build a six to seven figure business. It's helped me build multiple.
