The real difference between beginning with the end in mind versus starting with your habits. Here's why most people will never hit their goals. They confuse the starting point. So think about starting with the end in mind is sort of like going on vacation. You plan a vacation by the destination you want to get to. Well, goals are no different. You start a goal by getting to the by defining the destination you want to get to. And then you begin to reverse engineer the process from there. And so it helps set a target, it gives you clarity. And not only that, it helps define the habits or the steps that you need to take to actually accomplish that goal. And that helps you have a reverse engineered process. This is one of the things that we teach inside of habit based lifestyle. And it makes your goals simple and it makes them systemized, which means it's easier for you to hit. The end creates the map and the habits create the movement. And so if you're thinking about setting a goal this year, in 2025 for 2026, start with the destination, begin with the end in mind, and then begin to reverse engineer your habits that are going to move you forward towards that goal. You do need both, but you need to have clarity first. And if you want to find out how we do this, I recorded a free live training that'll walk you step by step through this process. Just comment habits and I'll send you the free training.
