Yeah. My thoughts on peptides are they're a tool. And what I mean by that is, you know, if you're not doing the basics when it comes to, you know, weight loss or health, you're not eating right, if you're not exercising, if you're not sleeping, if you're not taking care of your mindset, the tool is not going to work great. But if you're doing those things, adding in a tool like peptides, they're going to completely change the game for you because you're already doing a lot of the things right. And so when you add in these peptides, they help mimic other things that, that you know you want. I've had great experience with them, and some of my favorite ones that I use are GLP ones. I love those specifically more for insulin control and balancing cortisol. Some of the other ones I've tried are BPC157. Those help with pain, inflammation, even restoring gut health. And so I've had great experience with them. But first and foremost, before you use any of them, make sure that you're doing the other four things correctly first.
