Today I have Dr. Tim Sharp, Chief Happiness Officer at the Happiness Institute, known as Dr. Happy. Thank you so much for joining us. Tim, I've been following your work for a long time. So it's largely around building a positive culture, working towards goals like attraction and retention and engagement.
