Jim Bouchard, founder of the Sensei Leader Movement, is moving all programs online during the pandemic. He's offering 60% off coaching packages for 60 days and dropping Black Belt membership to $10 a month, arguing leaders shouldn't pause their development in a crisis.
Hi, I'm Jim Bouchard, founder of the Sensei Leader Movement. You know, we can't let this coronavirus stop our development as leaders. We can't even let it slow us down. In fact, we've got to ramp it up. That's what I'm here to talk to you about today. You know, there are only two types of people in the world today: leaders and those who refuse. And especially with what we're dealing with today, we need more leaders. We need leaders who put people first, leaders who care, leaders like you. Now most of our conferences and workshops over the next few months have either canceled or postponed. Some are pushing back as far as 2021. Like I said, we can't let this slow us down. So instead, around here, we're gearing it up. We're going to take it all online. All right, we designed a series of online workshops, webinars, coaching, and other programs so we can continue to provide you the support and the resources you need to lead effectively. Now, if you are working from home or you're recovering from the virus, now is the perfect time to take some time for yourself to focus on your own learning, growth, and development as a leader. We're here to help. We're launching a series of initiatives to help out with that, make it a little bit easier. I'm going to read from the notes because I, I don't want to leave anything out. First of all, we're reducing all our online coaching packages and programs by 60% for the next 60 days. Our Black Belt membership program, we're reducing that to just $10 a month. Now this includes all the benefits of the White Belt level plus access to an additional Black Belt members only online group meeting and a special newsletter just for Black Belt members. We're ramping up production on a series of on-demand webinars and live online workshops. And new webinars are going to be available every single week. Nothing can replace the work we can do in person, face-to-face, but I have to say it's a blessing that we have access to this technology and that we can continue our work online. It's the next best thing, I suppose, right? Let's work together. Let's get through this thing. And even better, as leaders, let's use this as an opportunity to come out of this stronger, come out of this as better leaders than we were before, and to bring more value to the people we serve, the people who trust in our leadership.
