I can save you $2,000 per employee every year. And no, this is not a commercial. Okay, what gives me the brass clanging ones to make a claim like that? Well, it's really not that complicated. First of all, the average American worker is wasting 2.09 hours per day. I'm not talking about lousy employees. I'm talking about good employees. Good employees waste time too. Sometimes it's not their fault. What's it worth to you if I can help you recover just 10 minutes a day for each employee? Lost and wasted time is not always obvious or easily detectable. Do your employees have what they need to work efficiently at all times, or are they spending time tracking down people and resources? How long does it take to get organized? Are key employees wasting time handling tasks below their level of responsibility? Are your employees challenged and engaged? Are you communicating meaningful priorities, goals, and vision? Are employees dealing with financial hardship or personal problems? Are bad characters draining time from other employees? Next, it takes the average person about 20 minutes to get back on task after a distraction or an interruption. How many distractions do you and your employees face every single day? How long does it take you to get back on task? Can you shift your attention, your full attention, quickly from one task to another? There are some obvious factors that result in lost and wasted time. For example, employees spending your time looking for another job. Wasted time on social media and web surfing. Chronic late return from lunch and other breaks. All these things can contribute to a lot of wasted time and a loss of effectiveness at work. So how are you going to get all this wasted time back? Focus. In 30 years of martial arts training, I've developed some useful skills that translate very nicely to business and professional life. One of the most powerful is focus. Focus is your ability to turn off the noise, recover quickly from distractions, and keep your mind clearly on the task at hand. Focus is a skill that anyone can develop and cultivate if you're willing to practice. Okay, but how does this save you $2,000 a year for every employee? You're probably gonna save even more because we just based that on recovering 10 minutes of lost and wasted time per employee, and we based it on the wages of the average American worker. A pretty modest estimate. If you have 10 employees, that means you're probably gonna save $20,000 a year or more. 100 employees, $200,000. And that's just based on 10 minutes a day. But I'm not satisfied with just recovering lost and wasted time. I train people to operate at peak levels of performance. Sure, I teach you how to use time more effectively, more efficiently, but more important, I teach you how to train your mind so that you'll be more creative, innovative, productive, and effective. I don't make your business better, I make your people better. You wanna make your business better? Invest in your people. They'll get the job done.
