Hi, Jim Lugoszewski here. I'll be with you on Tuesday, April 14, at the SME Minnesota Conference in Duluth, talking about the two approaches to getting community approval for projects. The first we know as social license process. The second we know as gaining public permission. I want to talk about how we better assess community attitudes. I want to talk about understanding what communities really want and about how we overcome some of the false assumptions that always arise in these public discussions.
