4 Learning Stages to Build a Lasting Foundation for Success | Jim Kwik & Alexis Banc

Jim Kwik and Alexis Banc break down their Be, Do, Have, Share framework for building lasting success. The order matters: lottery winners have money but lack the identity and beliefs to keep it. Each stage builds on the last, from cultivating belief and identity, through learning and practice, to automatic results and giving back.

In today's episode, we are going to give you a roadmap and talk about what are the 4 stages you go through for greater growth and success.
It's be, do, have, and share.
So we're going to talk about a mental model that we use internally with our team that could hopefully support you in making positive change and having the success that you desire and that you really deserve.
The whole purpose of doing anything in life, I really feel like it's Learning and growing so that you have more to give, you have more to share, and that's where you really find fulfillment.
The real satisfaction comes from who you have to be in order to be able to create that wealth.
If you truly want long-lasting results that you can maintain and grow, you have to go through things in order.
Part of belief is not only is this possible for me, a belief is that it's important.
You have to make it your own, then it becomes a habit. And then you have your own method of doing it, and that's when you truly get the results.
And you can model people's beliefs, their identity, you know, and their actions and their habits, their routines, certainly.
So you can always reverse engineer, you can go back and forth, but this framework kind of gives you a good idea of what phase you're in.
Yeah.
Depending on whatever you want to do, whether it's learning finance to martial art, I mean, you really can run everyone through this model.
Now I am back.
This is a special occasion with my business partner of almost 2 decades. Alexis Bank is our CEO. And thanks for doing this. You're usually behind the camera.
Well, thank you for having me again. And I have to tell you, I am doing this for a reason. Yeah, tell us. Although you are trying to drag me out, but I'm reluctantly agreeing because I'm really working on trying to become a better communicator, more effective communicator. I'm probably not going to be a speaker like you. I mean, I shouldn't put that limiting belief on myself. You never know what life brings, but I really would like to become an effective communicator because I prefer to write. I like to think in my head.
Yeah.
But when I try to express what's in my head, I sometimes struggle. And speaking always has been one of the hardest things for me. And that's part of the reason why it took me a really long time to learn English too, because the speaking part was always the, you know, it was a roadblock. So.
You know, I refer people back to our first episode, which is your first time on our podcast. We got some great feedback and we'll link to that in the show notes always at jimkwik.com/notes. You and I have these in-depth conversations almost daily, and lots of times we say, oh, I wish we were recording this. This is a mental model that we use with our team. And as you're leading our team, we have a couple dozen amazing individuals, kind of our brainiac army, if you will, our limitless army that you are at the helm of. And so let's talk about these 4 phases for growth and greater levels of success. While we, while we talk about the, while we give people what the 4 stages are first, then we'll go into each one. So this is a syntax of success. Syntax is the order, right? It has to go in this specific order. So what is the 4 stages?
I love when you talk about this because it is true. There is, it's not just about what, but the sequence matters. And it's be, do, have, and share.
Be, do, have, share.
Share. And you mentioned this in one of your talks before where a lot of times lottery winners, you know, when they win, they have the, they have the money. Suddenly they have the have, but they never had the be and do. So they don't know what it takes or what kind of perception or belief that you need to embody. In order to make that money and you've never done the work that gets you there. So oftentimes people fall into bad habits because they don't know how to sustain that.
And invariably with those lottery winners, they lose all that money and more.
And more.
Statistically.
Yeah.
Because they jumped to the have part. They had millions of dollars, but they were never being multimillionaires. So they weren't doing the things that millionaires would do. So they didn't get to have it for a long period of time, much less be able to share it. With the world.
Yeah. And that really resonated with me because a lot of times, you know, oftentimes we're so impatient with the have and the results. We want, we wanted the results yesterday and people get so frustrated when they don't see that immediately, but they forget that there's order to things.
Yeah.
And if you truly want long-lasting results that you can maintain and grow, You have to go through things in order. That means you have to go through the phase of be, and we'll go deeper into what that is specifically and how to run all the areas in your life through this phase so you know exactly what phase you're in.
And you can even work backwards. Like, what do you want to share ultimately with the world or what do you want to have? And then what does it take to do? And then who do you need to be to do those things? The syntax, I really want to underscore what you're saying because You could have the right elements, like in a phone number, but if you switch the order, you're not going to get the result. Or a combination lock. Let's say you want to unlock a combination lock to a vault that has all the treasure that you want in life. You could have the right numbers, but if you're inputting them at the wrong order, you're not going to open that vault.
I love that.
Yeah.
And I think, you know, this same thing applies for a different thing, and you can be in different phase for A lot of different areas in your life. It's not always exactly synced. So your whole sum of life, it's a mixture of like different phases, but each phase, depending on who you want to be, and it's attached to the identity and belief, you know, that has its own sequence depending on what it is. And we'll go through some of that in detail and what the examples look like. But I love what you said about the order of— combination, all of it. And I really see it this way. And I think part of the reason why I have the results that I have in some of the areas that I'm truly proud of is because I see where I am and I can be patient with myself and I know what I need to do for the phase that I'm in. And then you're, you're just keep moving forward. And it, so yeah, I'm excited to share what that is.
And it's interesting also that knowing that when people show up, People don't see the work that goes on before. Usually they see at the end result what people share, what they have, but they don't really see what they do. And then who they— it's kind of like it's not the goal of making $1 million or, you know, whatever your— it happens to be. It's the real satisfaction comes from who you have to be in order to be able to create that wealth. And wealth could be in any area.
Yeah.
So if you want to be able to let's say share Working Backwards, your knowledge with people. Maybe you're a coach or you're an— you want to write a book, then you have to have that knowledge. In order to have that knowledge, maybe the doing is reading every day. But then if their being is like, oh, I'm not a good reader.
Yeah.
Right. Or I'm not— my being is I'm not that smart. That could keep you from going along that success track.
Yeah. And I think it's really important to reframe our thinking into no matter what we do, whether we're building a company or being a parent, I really find that the whole purpose of doing anything in life, I really feel like it's learning and growing so that you have more to give, you have more to share, and that's where you really find fulfillment. So yeah. Okay.
So, so you wear many hats. You're, you're CEO of our company. You, you, you are a wife, you are a mother of 2. You, you know, you have this purpose. We do philanthropy. You have different roles. So let's go into the B. Let's give them some examples and build this out a little bit. Let's start with the B. What does it mean? What does B mean to you?
For me, when I think of B, it really starts with the belief, right? It's a, it's a belief. You have to believe that it's possible for you. And I always think it's possible for me when I see someone else doing it.
Oh, that's a belief that you have. If someone else could do it, then if I'm willing to put the time and the work and the study.
Yeah, that means it's doable, that it's not impossible. In that B category, I usually see like 3, 4 things that, you know, I always outline. And first is belief. And the second part is I try to use my passion. So, you know, we all have natural affinity towards something.
Yeah.
And you, it may not be harnessed passion just yet, but you have certain attraction and affinity towards something. And I try to draw from, okay, what is it that I want to create, you know, with this belief? And then I try to think of the identity of either from people who have done it, and I try to model that example. if I'm not clear on what that looks like just yet. So I think it's so important to utilize our mirror neurons because it's going to work for you whether you acknowledge it or not.
The mirror neurons is— it's the propensity we have in our nervous system to imitate our surroundings and who we spend time with. We start using the same words or actions or thoughts or character habits as, you know, our peer group.
Yeah.
A lot. So being around people that are high achievers that believe in personal responsibility, because that's a big first principle for you in terms of agency. Like, not only is it possible, but you also have the power with your choices where you invest your time, your energy, your talent.
Yes.
Into being, doing, having, and sharing.
And, you know, we didn't grow up with the prime example of who we want to be. I mean, a lot of times it starts with our parents, but then when you get a little older, it's like, okay, this is the path. Like maybe I want to create something different. And when you look at the world of it, for me as an example, I didn't have anyone specific in the world of business or like a big entrepreneur. I didn't have that growing up.
Where did that belief come from then? Where do you think it came from?
I don't know where it came from. Maybe my dreams, but it's, it's there. And that's why I said like, it's fun to utilize your passion a little bit because we all have natural affinity and attraction towards something for some reason. And it's good to explore where they came from, why that is, and test out your belief in it. Do I like it because this— am I getting called to do something here and just look more within? But I do like to test out the belief and a little bit of passion, but also the identity. And if you don't have the role model or if you're not in an environment where you're surrounded by people who you want to become. I found books to be amazing. And that's when I really, I went deep into biographies and trying to learn about people. What were they like? And I would watch the videos, how people speak. I'm not quite at the place where I would like to be just yet, but I Like, that's what I'm— that's what I do. I try to model after, and I'm consciously picking and choosing who I model and what I choose to absorb, because I know your brain will do that whether you acknowledge it or whether you notice it or not.
And you can model people's beliefs, their identity, you know, and their actions and their habits, their routines, certainly. So let's give people an example. What's an example either in your past of something you've gone through successfully Or maybe something you're working on currently for B, do, have, and share.
B is the belief, passion, identity. And I see that as like the first line of category. Do, that's the learning and growing period for me. So when you're doing something, you're actively looking for information. If, you know, I mean, I'll give an example later, but that's when you're looking for information. Does this work? Does this make sense? And eventually you start looking for hacks once you kind of like figured out what you want to do. So that's more like a tactical phase, do, apply, and fast test if you, if it's a right idea or idea to discard. And that's a very like a fast experimental phase for me. And have is when things become a habit. So there are a few things from the do phase that you'll pick out.
Mm-hmm.
that are truly needle movers. Like you see the results, oh my God, this is great. And half is when things become habits. That's when the repetition happens. That's when consistency happens.
And the results happen.
Yes. And that's when you can apply greater intensity to what you're doing. So intensity makes the results happen faster. And you get, that's when you start truly seeing the results of your work and everything that you've done so far. A lot of times people don't make it there and they get really frustrated from the do phase because yeah, you're learning and experimenting. Maybe you'll see some results, maybe not, because you don't really know.
In the team meetings, you refer to it as muscle memory.
Yeah. So that's— have is when things start to become your muscle memory and that's when things are automatic and you can, you're in the zone. You really push even further because you know exactly what to do. You just need to apply consistency and intensity. And then the results are greater. And sometimes that's when things truly exponentially scale. And that's the place where everyone talks about. And most of the times people miss that. You have to go through that, that be part. You have to go through the do part until you get to that phase. But it will come if you're consistent, if you just keep at it, but you need to understand where you are so that you can appropriately adjust whether your tactics, your patience, the way you see yourself, all of that. And then at the end, it's the share is what we talked about a little bit ago. You're doing all of this, all the results you're getting just so that you can share. And then the fulfillment comes from that, all that work. You understand why you did what you did and it gives meaning to life and everything just feels like it's even worth it even more than just doing it for yourself. So I think that's that whole cycle of life and you can really run every single thing through this and I can give some examples of that.
Yeah. Well, let's, let's do that because I think people, You know, if this is a principle or a framework for success, it works. It's always working for us in some way. We're getting— we're sharing something with the world, right? Whether it's our knowledge or it could be, you know, our joy or optimism, it could be our anger, right? I mean, just however people process these 4 stages. So, yeah, let's get people an example to illustrate this in action? So is it your fitness? Is it your career? Is it your—
Yeah. So I will give fitness as an example because I do feel that now that I'm getting into my 40s, I'm actually in the best shape of my life. It's kind of funny to say that. see that. And it's not by accident because yes, I do have pretty, I have pretty good discipline, but I also know what to look for, how to assess things. And everybody's different. So I'm not giving any fitness advice here, but that framework that we just talked about, be, do, have, share, it all fell into that. Like first I had to have the belief that I could do it because I've seen other people do it. And who do I have to become? And the identity really came down to, okay, I want to be someone— and it wasn't even just about getting in shape. It was more about having energy. I want to be someone who walks into the room with strength and energy. I want to walk in with confidence. And also, I thought of it more from the perspective of— building our brand, the company. I want to be able to walk in and represent our brand, all of that. So I needed to— that identity had to be anchored first, but I focused a lot on the strength and energy. So that helped me to look at, okay, if I want strength, then I need to start moving my body. I need to start integrating little exercises. And I didn't start very— big or intense from the get-go. I started very small, 20 minutes a day, twice a week, not even anything crazy, no weights, just doing assisted push-ups to just very, very slowly, incrementally, I increased it to 30 minutes twice a week. And then it became 30 minutes 3 times a week. Little by little, you see yourself getting A little stronger, a little stronger. And then I'm trying different things. I try different kind of exercise, Pilates, Lagree, and then all the— so that's when— that's the do phase when you're trying to find the methods, certain tactics, certain hacks, and you're seeing, how do I feel after that?
Is it giving me results?
You're getting feedback.
Yeah, you're getting immediate feedback or try to look for immediate feedback because workout, you don't really see immediate feedback for a long time. But I was looking at it in terms of not how I felt and looked, but just measuring a little bit of strength. Yesterday I was able to do 10 push-ups. Today I can do 12. That's amazing. So I would just focus on the immediate things that I can notice. That's—
And I see you on social media sometimes posting some of your metrics. You know, you have a wearable on, so it kind of— you could kind of track That whole idea where in order to manage something, you have to be able to measure it. And also through the doing part, it also provides evidence that you are being the person that you say you want to be, right? Part of belief is not only is this possible for me, belief is that it's important. You have a belief that fitness and energy is important in your life, right?
Yeah.
And you prioritize that and it informs everything downstream. Like maybe everyone has a to-do list, like to work out. Maybe a to-be list is, you know, who do I want to be? I want to be someone who cherishes self-care, you know, take pride in how I feel and how I show up to the world. Yeah.
And all that had to happen first. And the doing part, it's just trying different things. And you give yourself more grace too when you First, believe that it's possible and you know who you want to be. And it's okay. You know, you don't have to figure everything out from the get-go and you're not going to see immediate results. Anything that's worth having takes time. And I think that's important.
Whether building your body or building your brand or building your brain.
And it's all that, that's why this process literally works for everything. And once I found certain key needle movers. I stuck to those and it became a habit. And now I'm at a point where if I go like 3 or 4 days without working out, like your body just feels like something is wrong.
Right, right.
Yeah. So you—
I feel the same way about reading. I don't— I'd rather go a day without eating than a day without reading something that's good for me.
Reading became like that for me too. So that's like another example. I hated reading before and now I I'd rather be on a plane, read books than watch a movie, right?
Yeah.
So it does change. And the crazy thing is that I was never like this before. And you, and it becomes a habit and then you can push the consistency and more intensity. And that's when you truly see results. So even for fitness, that's when you're putting weights. That's when you're doing maybe depending on like people, but I wouldn't recommend like super high intensity for everyone, but It really depends on how you want to push your boundaries and stretch. And then you start to see results. Like one day shows up, you're thinking, where did this come from? And then it just gets better and better and better very, very fast.

And then the sharing part, even that you're sharing right now, like with the results that you're getting, sharing your story.
Yes.
And I think the results kind of do the speaking for us almost.
Yeah. And I think that, you know, while I'm probably not going to be a fitness trainer or anything like that, but I could share the things I've learned in case it could help someone else. And I think that's really, really great. And also, being the example for your family, your kids. You know, they— my daughter calls me like, she always asks, Mommy, why do you look like a She-Hulk? I mean, I don't look— because I'm petite, like you can't tell. But, you know, I am like—
Right.
And she just finds it so fascinating that, you know, working out. So I think it's a good way of just sharing what's important to you, the values, and you're demonstrating it. And, you know, your family, friends and family, they see that. And even my nanny wants to eat healthier now. And she wants— she's going to work out. She's going to CrossFit because inspired by— yeah. So it's fun to see that ripple effect in your immediate family, your community, all of that too. So that would be one of the examples of how this process would work. And I can also share like certain things like right now I'm learning to become a better leader. And it's tough because when you're starting from, you know, as a co-founder and you, you're so used to managing everything, that's what a lot of founders and co-founders do. Management is very different from leadership and I'm learning that. So for that, I had to go through the belief, the B phase, learning new belief, new perspective, new identity. And once that, you know, identity has been locked, Now I'm in that doing part. Now I'm looking for strategies. Okay, does this make sense? Does that, like, what makes sense for me? So I'm looking for my own framework around how I could hack this to become who I need to become. And I can't say that I'm quite at the have part. It's not a, it's not muscle memory because I'm still very much involved in a lot of things.
Mm-hmm.
from the management perspective too. So it's not fully there. So I can't say that I'm at the have and share phase, but that's coming once I figure out the doing part and having, you know, our own framework of, you know, having the leadership. Because now we're also thinking of different innovative ways of leadership where it's better suited for the world that's coming. So yeah, all of these things, it's a fun place to be. That's why I'm learning a lot about leadership.
And the beast stage is like, I am a leader, right? I am an entrepreneur. I am a creative, whatever that role is.
And I had to fully feel that first. And then I had to shift a lot of my beliefs around the way I see myself to the way I interact, just everything, all the beliefs around how to be a leader and how to create relationships really had to shift. I'm still working on parts of those, but you don't have to wait until, you know, it's all done. Like it could be 60, 75% done and then you can start getting into the next phase.
Right.
And it's an ongoing learning and experiment, of course. But once you find a few key needle movers, that's when you can start building habits with those. And then you can apply intensity, repetition, all of that. And you can always modify if something doesn't work. If you don't get the results you don't want, then you can go back. Okay, did I miss on certain key needle movers or strategy? Maybe that didn't work as well. Or you can go all the way back. Okay, maybe my identity has to shift a little bit because maybe that wasn't the right strategy. So you can always reverse engineer. You can go back and forth. But this framework Kind of gives you a good idea of what phase you're in, depending on whatever you want to do, whether it's learning, you know, finance to martial art. I mean, you really can run everyone through this model. I mean, yeah, to see where you are exactly, to see what you need to do.
So what would your recommendation be to everyone who's listening or they're watching this right now and they want to apply this framework, this strategy syntax of be, do, have, share, would it be like working backwards? Like, what do you want to share with the world? And then, you know, what do you have to accumulate or have? And then what do you need to do and be? What would be your recommendation for people to start? You know, because this is really the map.
Yeah.
And then what we're providing is like a little bit of a guide to walk this path with everybody because there are lots of different doings that could get you the results. That's why you get feedback, use your situational awareness. Feedback is the breakfast of superheroes. And then you could adjust the doing because lots of things could get you fit. Right. And finding something that works for you, that's also something that you would do.
Yeah.
Right. A lot of things will get you a result. But you're right, if you're persistent, you could achieve it. But what's more important, you're consistent, so you get to keep it.
Yes.
A lot of people could go out there and hustle and make some money, but they don't keep the money because it's not sustainable, right?
It's so important to have good role models. And if I didn't have this luxury early on, but if you have the luxury to have really good mentor for areas that you want to improve in during, especially during the be and do stage, it's crucial to like, it will save you a lot of time to figure out that overcoming that limiting belief and also finding the right strategies faster rather than going through so many trial and error type of things. So I think that's really helpful. The goal is to create a model that works for you. You need to know yourself. And the goal is to take in, learn from a lot of people, experiment. But before it becomes the habit, the have part, It has to become your own. So you, you have to make it your own, then it becomes a habit, and then you have your own method of doing it. And that's when you get the, when you truly get the results. So I'm in the phase of creating my framework around a lot of things too. So I, I always work, yeah, this way with everything.
No, I noticed that. I mean, and that accelerates your success 'cause you have a clear path forward. And I do want to do a soft invite for people. Alexis was talking about the power of your mirror neurons to accelerate your success by being around the people who are high achievers, that are lifelong learners, that have a commitment and a belief that you could borrow until you have your own self-confidence. We created a Limitless Mastermind. That's— that I hold very near and dear to my heart because it's an intimate gathering of individuals where we share our best practices, we share our struggles, we share, you know, support each other. And I feel like, hey, we bring in some very special role models, as you were mentioning, that are experts in certain areas to be able to get to your destination faster with less friction and and more enjoyment, people could go to jimkwik.com/mastermind. It's by application. And so it's kind of our, our, our inner circle, if you will, if you want to be able to— we created that. And you people don't have to join that. They could create their own.
Yeah.
But we've just curated some of our mentors coming in, sharing their experiences, because it's nice to have like a kitchen cabinet, if you will, of counselors and advisors. It also reminds you you're not alone, that everybody's going through this process and everyone's at different stages and different areas of their life.
Yeah. And when you meet somebody next time, you can listen to their story and listen to what they're doing. Yeah. Like, where are they? What did, what have they done so far? And you can kind of go through that model and you can very quickly see where they're at. Or maybe they skipped a step or they may have they may feel lost or don't have a lot of meaning because they may have missed that initial belief and identity part. So they've kind of been doing, but they don't know for like what for. So they get confused later. So it's really interesting to see when you run people through that, like run people's story through that. And also you become less judgmental because you can't judge people when you understand that everyone is on the same syntax. Like we all go through, we're at different phase, that's it. But if you can be more empathetic to the other person for the journey they're on, and you can come from a more place of understanding.
And I like the word you use, grace, because it's not just the judgment we have for other people, it's the judgment we have about ourselves.
Yes.
The criticism, the squelcher, the self-judgment. That sometimes we're hard on ourselves and we don't allow us the grace or even the ability to celebrate even small wins in the be, do, have, share categories.
And I learned patience with myself when I learned that too. And I tell my friends too, even whether they want to work out or they want to start a business, be patient. Just Be patient with yourself because you have to know that there's process, there's process, but no one gives you exact framework of what that process is.
Right, right.
And it's confusing. So we want to take time to do this today. And I didn't mean to skip your question. You asked me like several questions ago about reverse engineering, and I am a big firm believer in reverse engineering in this process because I'm a visionary. So for me, I need to see the end goal first before I could figure out what to do now. So I always see the end result. How do I want to share this? Who am I? How do I show up? You know, what am I sharing with the world, my community, family, friends? What does that look like? Who am I? And I have to see all the way like 20, 30, 40 years from now. And I try to really reverse engineer to today. And that's also why I'm, you know, getting out of the— getting out of behind the scenes, working to become a better communicator. And I'm at that doing and experimenting part. It took me a long time to get over the first B part because I did not believe that I could do it.
One of my traits is that Even in this mastermind or even our online courses or whatever we're having advising and coaching one-on-one is like, I will relentlessly believe in the person in front of me, maybe even more than they believe in themselves until they have that self-belief. Just because—
Yeah.
I have the certainty of, for us in doing this for so long, all the stories that we hear, that they're at the precipice of something great. And not that they're not great how they are, right? But it's like, in order to feel more fulfilled, I feel like we do need to grow and we do need to be able to give. Just like nature. Everything in nature grows or it dies. And everything in nature gives back to its surroundings. Otherwise, it's eliminated.
Yeah.
You know, so it's nice. And when you're talking about role modeling, it's not just individuals. We can role model Nature also as well.
Yep.
And we should probably do another episode on that because I am a firm believer in confirming pattern and ideas against the nature. So it's another— so we have a lot of—
You're a very strong dolphin. And another thing people could do in terms of your being is take assessments. And so I encourage everyone to go to mybrainanimal.com. Take our 4-minute assessment and we'll gift you protocols, things to do based on your, your being of what brain animal and brain type you are to learn faster, to lead, to parent, to sell based on your individual unique way of being. So yeah, mybrainanimal.com. This has been great. I hope, I hope we get an opportunity to do this more. If you want to spend time with the two of us and some of our special expert mentors, check out our mastermind. It's not for everybody, but you go to jimkwik.com/mastermind and you get Alexis and I for a couple of days, a couple times a year also as well. And that might be the step in the direction, you know, for further being, doing, having, and sharing.
And also, I want to mention, you did say before about how you are relentless when it comes to believing in people. before they even believe in themselves. And I have to say you did that for me too. Otherwise, I don't think I would come up here and like be speaking or talking or sharing ideas. Likewise, I wouldn't be doing this.
Yeah, a couple decades ago, you went to our learning center and took our speed reading or memory course. And, you know, it was a change of belief when you could do something you never thought you could do, like read 2 or 3 times faster, remember the things that in some areas you're even more extraordinary than I am because you live it. And you've done that for me because at that time I was very satisfied in my place of being of just running a learning center when your faith in me made us scale our impact and you started asking different questions. And you put us on social media and you created these online courses. Because my belief back then was, okay, I'm happy training this room of 30 people. But you had such a belief in not only myself, but in what we're sharing. Going back to be, do, have, share, you're like, why put guardrails around this? Why don't we use the power of today's technology to reach people? You know, and years later we have students in every country in the world. And so I wanna thank you also for, for your belief in us and the team and, and our community.
Yeah. Well, I really do believe in our community. I think we have the best community out there. Truly.
We're, we're, we're biased, but I, I think you watching this, listening to this, they're the best. Yeah. You are the greatest because you self-selected. I feel like we attract people that are positive, optimistic, um, flawed like we all are. But is showing up for themselves and others, you know, along the way. So you hear me say this before, but I believe there's a version of ourselves that's patiently waiting. And the goal is we find mentors, we learn, we get feedback, all the things you mentioned, whether it's to get fitness or finances or, you know, whatever it happens to be, fulfillment. And we just show up for ourselves and others until we get to be introduced to that version of ourself.
I'm looking forward to it.
Yeah, it's, it's a great journey. It's, it's work in progress. All right.
All right.
Thank you so much, Alexis Bank. To connect with, with Alexis, we'll put it in the show notes, her social media, everything. I would love for you, if you got value out of this, to take a screenshot wherever you're consuming it. You could tag Alexis, you could tag me, and share your thoughts in terms of your big takeaways, in terms of what are you being, doing, having? And what do you wanna share with the world? We'd love to see that. Of course, because you tag us, I can repost some of them. We always gift a few signed copies of, of Limitless out, uh, randomly, just as a thank you for showing up for us and showing up for yourself. So, uh, this is your brain coach, Jim Kwik. Until our next episode, uh, remember to always be limitless. Limitless.
