Simon Sinek shared with us 5 practices of good leadership. Number 1, advance a just cause. A just cause is subjective and gives our work and lives meaning beyond what we sell and the money we make. Number 2, building trusted teams. We can solve incredible problems when we work together. Building trusting teams is about building an environment in which trust can thrive. Number 3, Study your worthy rivals. Admitting that others have things they do better than us helps us to work on ourselves. Next, existential flexibility. It is about engaging in a profound strategic shift and, if needed, walking away from the strategy you have been using in order to advance your cause. Finally, courage to lead. What gives us courage is the people in our lives who believe in us and tell us not to give up.
