Dr. Julie says the myth of a single right path keeps us paralyzed. Every choice has costs. Instead of seeking perfection, set goals and consciously choose which regrets you can live with.

What recommendation would you have for someone listening who wants to navigate the fear of making a wrong choice?
We all want to make the best decisions for ourselves and take the right path. And it's all sort of implicit with us, this idea that there is a right path and that you'll know when you're on it because you won't have any regrets or there won't be any costs to what you're doing, no losses. And it's just not true. You know, whatever path you take and whatever choices you make, there will be costs and things that you might look back and say, oh, I wonder if That would have been good. So there will be regrets, but it's choosing, as you sort of set your goals for the future, it's choosing the regrets that you know you can live with.
