Sometimes we're burnt out because we're doing too much. Sometimes we're burnt out not because we're doing too much, but we're doing too little of the things that make us come alive and nourish our body and our soul. Maybe it's dance or going to a comedy club, or again, nature is kind of my go-to, spending time with loved ones or simply relaxing. Doing things that make you happy can reinforce the positive aspects of taking breaks. Even if you're going to binge watch something, you could do it without guilt because you're doing this as a time to recover, right? And choose the things that most interest you, that nourish you.
