Make mistakes OLD. Number 1, O stands for own the mistake. Be responsible for it. Don't blame other people. And if you could fix it, fix it. If you hurt somebody, apologize for it. The L stands for learn from it, because that's what mistakes are there for, right? People always think failure is the opposite of success, but we know that failure is part of success. When we make mistakes, we get feedback that allows us to change course and we learn from it and then we grow. And then the D in OLD, once you own it, once you learn from it, the D is don't repeat them. Yeah. Because if you make a mistake once, it's a mistake, but if you make it again and again and again, it's a choice.
