So what are my top 10 foods for a Kwik Brain that are nutritious and delicious? I'm gonna give you my Kwik, quote unquote, list. And here's the thing, don't write these down. I repeat, yes, you heard me correctly. Do not write these down because we are going to memorize them together. I'm going to give you a bonus tool, a memory technique to be able to memorize a grocery list. So let's go through my top 10 really fast in no particular order. I'll say number 1 is avocados. This is your fatty fruit, right? Your good fat, your monounsaturated fat that helps keep healthy blood flow. Number 2, blueberries, right? Blueberries, delicious. I call them brain berries. You protect your quick brain from oxidative stress, reduces the effects of brain aging conditions. There's been studies done with blueberries in rats that improved overall learning capacity, motor skills in aging rats, making them mentally younger. I would say number 3, I love broccoli. I love broccoli. It's a great source of vitamin K, which is known to enhance cognitive function, improve brain power. It's also a remarkable source of fiber. Number 4, Coconut oil. You always have to remember coconut oil, right? These are medium-chain fats. These ignite your body's fat-burning furnace to turn on, helps create ketones that fuel your brain. Number 5, I would say eggs. Memory-improving choline, omega-3s, vitamin E. If you eat eggs, they're good for you and for your brain. Number 6, I would say green leafy vegetables. So important, right? Green leafy vegetables. This is your spinach, your kale, your collard greens. Those are good sources of vitamin E and folate. Number 7, if it's good in your diet, I would say salmon. And I'm talking about the wild deep-water fish rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids, DHA. Sardines are good too. Number 8 is turmeric. Turmeric reduces inflammation, also helps boost antioxidant levels and keeps your immune system healthy while also improving your brain's oxygen intake. So keeping you alert and able to process information. I start most of my days with, with turmeric I take some turmeric, pepper, which helps it absorb better. I add a little bit of honey and coconut oil and some hot water, and that's how I like to start my day. Number 9 is walnuts. These are high levels of antioxidants. Vitamin E protects your neurons. They ward off brain aging conditions. High levels of zinc and magnesium, which is really good for your mood, and being in a good mood is definitely good for your brain performance. And I saved the best for last. Number 10 is dark chocolate. I love dark chocolate. I love dark chocolate. I love dark chocolate. This is the most delicious brain booster. Helps with your focus, your concentration. It stimulates endorphins, which improves your mood again. And generally when it comes to chocolate, I'm thinking the darker, the purer, the better for your brain. I do want to add in number 11 because it's very, it's very important. It's kind of a given, but I would say water. Just remember to hydrate. Your brain, your body is about 75% water. And there have been all kinds of studies determining that well-hydrated people score better on brain power tests compared to people who do not drink enough. Just a bonus tip on this is, how do you get this into your diet, right? You know it's nutritious for you. For me, I always want something that's elegant. So I want it to be easy and easy, because if it's not easy, we're not going to do it. So a lot of these ingredients I actually put into my brain smoothie. Think about it, brain smoothie, right into a blender. I take the water, I take the green leafy vegetables, I take the blueberries, I take the avocado, I'll take some coconut oil, I'll put it into a blender, and then that will be my brain smoothie for the day. Now, how do we— do you remember the list? How do we memorize the list? If you don't want to write it down and somebody's calling you saying, we're going to this Kwik Brain party, can you stop by the health food store and pick up these 10 things? So here's a technique I'm gonna show you, and I call it the body list. The body list. I'm gonna go through right now with you, and I need this to be interactive.
