If you are one of the brave ones willing to show up authentically as who you truly are in this world, you're first. There's never been another you before, right? There's no one else with your unique fingerprints or heartbeat or the emotions you feel. So whether you approach your business authentically or anything else, don't be surprised if not everyone gets it right away because they've never seen another you before. When I launched my company IT Cosmetics and grew it to a billion-dollar company, the first many years were met with all this rejection and people not thinking it's going to work. I was entering a crowded space. A lot of people tell themselves the lie that my idea's already been done and I have nothing special to offer. I entered a makeup industry where there's tens of thousands of makeup companies. I don't care what industry or what product you're gonna launch or what idea you're gonna put out there that you think, well, maybe someone else has already done it better. If you are actually willing to do it authentically to you, by definition, it has never been done before. And that's the secret sauce.
