Is water water? Tap water, unfortunately, is not a great idea anymore. You know, the government puts fluoride in the main water systems for people's teeth, which now we know the data is that that is not a great idea. Let's talk about bottles for half a second because, man, nanoplastics are everywhere. So you really want to be drinking your water, if at all possible, from steel or from glass. Try to avoid plastics and especially try to avoid water that's been contained in plastics. You want to look for water that's in bottles and preferably colored bottles. You might have notice there's like these big green bottles that say something like Mountain Valley spring water. Those are some of the best types of water that you can possibly put into your bot. Again, you don't have to spend a ton of money. Go to Target. For $20, you can get a Brita filter and then some extra filters. You drop one in every 3 months and you're good to go. If you want to go the extra step, you can get some fancy water as well.
