Human connection is very important, especially when we want to be productive. Now, I happen to be an introvert and I like my alone time. That's where I recharge. That's where I feel creative. But as extreme as I am, I also need connection because it's not just our biological networks or our neurological networks. It also happens to be our social networks. If you work with a team or you happen to work with an organization, you happen to be an entrepreneur and you have a couple of people on your team, or sometimes if I feel lonely, I'll schedule a time with a friend, a family member, maybe somebody on my team, just to be connected on video. And that also mitigates feelings of loneliness or isolation.
