There are times when life gets so tough and you can get stuck. And if you get stuck, you're stuck because life has to move. Life is a moving process. And if we don't keep it moving, then it dies. So it's always the process of looking towards the light, looking towards what leads you on. It's an active realization of who and what we are and what we can do. No matter how stuck we are, we can find that little bit of light and move towards it.
