Ideas don't come from your brain. They arrive from somewhere else, like the ancient Greek Muses. Bob Dylan said his songs just come to him. Creative people are receivers, not makers. Stay alert or someone else will catch the idea first.

Where would you say ideas come from? I'm a believer in other dimensions of reality, in higher dimensions of reality. I'm specifically a believer in the Greek concept, the Greek goddesses, the Muses, whose job it was to inspire artists. Bob Dylan once said that he doesn't remember writing any of his songs. They just sort of come to him one way or another, and he becomes absorbed in them. I feel the same way that, um, we have to admit that wherever ideas come from, it's not coming from us. I'm not thinking something up. It comes to me from somewhere else. And I believe that each one of us is assigned these various ideas by the goddess from another dimension of reality. A creative person who has taught himself or herself to be alert to these ideas and sort of catch them before they go to somebody else.
