There's a couple ways to approach this. I can think of 3 really big ways to think about community framework. One is like VIP access and exclusive content, early access to new products, sales, special events, subscriber-only content, or exclusive insights or behind-the-scenes access. I mean, dude, there's so much, but ultimately you want to develop a VIP treatment that makes the email subscriber feel valued and special. Then the other way I think about community building and social connection is creating opportunity for subscribers to connect with each other. I think that's becoming bigger and bigger, especially that younger generation, community identity is becoming the key to a good community because they have shared values amongst others. And honestly, people who buy a single product usually have some level of shared value. They have a common problem, a common enemy, or something that comes into place. And they want to develop community events and experiences and so forth. So that's number 2. The 3rd way I think about why someone might want to join something is really the scarcity and the limited access positioning. Genuine scarcity. I always say that genuine, right? You want to have limited availability, limited spots that create real urgency. And you want people to have opportunities only in limited time bubbles so they feel that there's exclusivity to the club with real benefits. Subscribe to the pod.
