Jimmy Kim runs through his top 11 internet culture moments of 2025: protein content, matcha, Stanley tumblers, Taylor Swift, the Abu Abu meme, Dubai chocolate, LeVar references, Coldplay, 6ix9ine, AI, and the Jet2 holiday viral incident. He explains why each one mattered to the digital zeitgeist.
Internet culture mentions. There was a lot of stuff that happened in 2025. What do you think were the top 10, 11 internet culture mentions this year? The whole Coldplay thing be considered like internet culture thing? So here, I'm going to go through it. I thought this was really funny. So protein being one of the hottest between matcha, the jump there is pretty drastic. Yeah, Stanley had its viral moment, which makes sense. Eras, I don't even know what Eras is. I think that was part of Taylor Swift War. But Abu Abu, Dubai Chocolate, LeVar, Coldplay, obviously 6ix7ine, AI, right? Artificial intelligence. And then This was my favorite one, Jet 2. Remember the viral moment, Jet 2 holiday? But this was the mentions, which probably aligns in my idea that relevant for a current culture of the things that were happening throughout the last 12 months, essentially.
