Gmail's new managed subscription view. This rolled out in July of 2025, and not a lot of people are talking about it. It's probably the most impactful change for, I would say, for e-commerce brands, don't you think?
Yeah, 100%. When I first heard about it, I thought, okay, just another way to unsubscribe, no big deal, whatever. But when you actually see what customers are seeing now, it's a reality check for high-volume senders. So essentially, here's what Gmail did. They created this new centralized view where users can see All of their email subscriptions in a single place. But I'd say this is more of a kicker, right? It shows you things like your recent send frequency right there, ranked for the most active senders all the way to the least. And there's a one-click unsubscribe button for each sender. So it means if you're sending 20, 30 emails a month and people aren't engaged with them, you're basically gonna sit at the top of that list just like a target.
