Year in review and type reviews. The fun thing that I've seen with some brands that I've seen this happen with is that they turn those into like monthly and quarterly highlight emails. Let me explain this. Instead of waiting until December for the thanks for an amazing year, you do a Q1 recap, a Q2 recap. You show a new product release, big wins, or upcoming launches, you know? Or if you have like a subscription service, you you do monthly wrap-ups to share user stats. You know, you saved X hours and you read X you know articles this month. It keeps invested in your brand story. I think people really want to have a connection and any. Any reason to give them a connection absolutely works.
That's cool. I like that. I don't see many people utilizing that. So that's a great one for people to go start sending. I mean, and with that, like, I think the big thing that you kind of have touches on is like the consistent ongoing check-ins and kind of heads-ups and emails, just kind of connecting and reconnecting. That's what builds community and that's what keeps your brand top of mind. It's not just pushing sales down people's throats year-round to try to drive a sale. It's sending things that people want to engage with, people want to share, people want to read, and they get really excited about. Even when you're not in your busy season, look to kind of diversify what you're sending. Everyone loves a discount if you're open to include those, but it's not solely about the discount.
