Gmail's Promotions tab isn't a black hole. If you keep opening emails from a sender, Gmail learns they matter to you and moves them to your Primary inbox. The tab exists to clean up clutter, not bury messages.
Promo, people think is not the inbox. The whole point of this promotional box, primary, social, is so that the user like myself can have a better experience. That's designed by nature that way, and people get scared about it. If the user connects continuously engaging with that email and the brand over and over again, it's gonna start landing in the primary box. Subscribe to the pod.
