Free ChatGPT omits crucial integration details and hallucinates when you ask it about Marketing Cloud Platforms like Omnisend. The free model lacks a reasoning component to properly process information from connected tools. Use a specialized reasoning model instead for reliable answers.
MCPs in general, we've noticed that if you're gonna use the MCP, which is a little bit more on the advanced side, you need to use what we call a thinking or reasoning model. If you're using this free version of ChatGPT from time to time, it can just skip the fact that it has a connection to Omnisend or it has a connection to your marketing tool, or it can just get the information, but then it kind of skips over some of the details in the response from the marketing tool, and then it kind of hallucinates or gives you wrong answers. In order to get the best out of the MCP, Omnisend MCP or another MCP, we highly recommend you use like this reasoning model or this thinking model.
