Even if we go SMS or email, the commonality is really segmentation at the end of the day, segmentation strategy. So let's focus on segmentation strategy around engaged and unengaged people. We're talking about for data hygiene. We've mentioned it a few times and I feel like there's more that we can talk about. So Chase, you wanna start off and talk about like how you think about the segmentation you should be really diving into as we think about data hygiene?
For sure. So I've got 3 for you. The first that I want you guys to kind of think about and look at, you know, engaged segments. And, and really with this, right? Like I'm gonna share, I guess, 3 segments kind of at core. And these need to be split up into, I guess, 2 buckets, right? Customers and prospects at a minimum. So starting with that first one I mentioned is engaged segment. And here we want to be mindful of kind of last open, last click, or last purchase within the last 1 to 2 months. So someone has opened or clicked or made a purchase or, you know, have done all of those things combined in the last 30 to 60 days. That's number one. These are going to be kind of quote unquote your VIPs where we're going to want to treat them special and like gold and we're going to want to send them slightly more frequent content and more exclusive kind of content, more behind the scenes, more kind of closer look to Subscribe to the pod.
