Conversational and personality-driven copy. I think you're really good at this, especially on your newsletters. You do a good job with this, which is basically building connection and making your communication feel more human and approachable. A lot of the things that we talk about being authentic really tie up into this. This style works because it cuts through like that formal corporate tone that customers are used to and creates a more personal and friendly relationship with your brand. Chase, break it down for us.
And more than ever in today's kind of crowded marketplace, personality can be a major differentiator that's going to help your brand stand out and become more memorable. So in terms of like the conversational copywriting framework. The brand voice development reflects kind of the personality. So when you are working on kind of how you want to be known and kind of be seen, you need to make sure that it's not just a visual thing, but it's also kind of a copy. And that copy thing includes things like tone, the voice, the language, the personality. All those things are super important. So, you know, when you write your tone, you need it to align with the brand values. And when you use the language, you need it to then resonate with your company, obviously, but you want to make sure that resonates most I think a lot of brands kind of really don't get that. They feel like they're one way and they speak that one way to someone else, whereas, you know, you might as well kind of just be there for your target. That's gonna work for 'em way better. And when you have personality traits that are kind of differentiated from your customers and your competitors, especially if you're in a space that's more serious and kind of dark, if you can be kind of light and fun, humorous, you're gonna stand out, you know, in a big way.
