Why we’re betting big on retention tools

In this episode of the Send It podcast, hosts Jimmy Kim and Chase Diamond give listeners an inside look at the latest tools they’ve built for retention marketers. They start by outlining their business’s three‑fold structure – a media company that produces the podcast, newsletter and community, a growth agency that serves e‑commerce brands, and a product studio that creates tools for themselves and the market. The core of the episode is a deep dive into two new products: 1) eClickTrack, a branded link management platform that replaces generic Bitly‑style URLs with custom domains, provides deep click‑through analytics, bot‑click detection, and native integrations with Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend and other ESPs. They demo the Chrome extension, show real‑time click data, discuss pricing ($20‑$40/month with a free tier for up to 5 URLs), and explain use‑cases for email, SMS, social posts, and agency workflows. 2) Inbox.ai, a massive searchable database of over 10,000 e‑commerce brands’ email templates (aiming for 2 million emails), enriched with AI‑driven categorisation, rewrite suggestions, and one‑click export to ESPs or design tools like Figma. They walk through the UI, show how users can request missing brands, and outline pricing ($29/month per seat, agency seats, free trial). Throughout, they stress the size of the data set, the ability to pull transactional and post‑purchase emails, and the competitive advantage of AI‑powered insights. The hosts also promote their Ecom Email Certified certification program (with a $200 coupon), thank title sponsors Omnisend and Kintsugi, and explain how sponsorships fund the free content. The episode ends with a call to action to join waitlists, follow their media channels, and provide feedback. Overall, the podcast serves both as a product launch announcement and a marketing piece that showcases the founders’ expertise in e‑commerce retention, their vision for building tools that solve real‑world pain points, and their strategy for monetising through media, agency services, and SaaS subscriptions.

How do we build stuff for ourselves that we feel like there's an opportunity in the market to do better? And with that, how do we potentially productize those and allow other people to get access and get their hands on a bunch of the data and the insights that we've been privy to? So that's really kind of what I've been excited about and what we've been working on really hard lately.
We're here to provide inspiration, to provide ideas to the market. And, you know, as marketers and people who talk to you guys as retention marketers and email marketers, there wasn't a better way to create a product that could be inspirational to you. So dude, I finally got my haircut. I'm so excited.
Looks clean. When was it? I guess Monday. Monday you had it. You must have gotten it yesterday or—
Yeah, I got it as we're preparing for Commerce Roundtable, which will be in the past as people hear this. But, uh, I was at that weird— and I don't know if you ever faced this, but like when you have a trip on one end and like you're here but your haircut cycle's off, so you have to either extend it or get an extra haircut. And I decided to extend it this time. And God, that just— I hate it. You know, I like getting my hair cut every couple weeks.
Like, you should have gone in like a week or two ago, you're saying?
Yeah, exactly.
Got it.
So anyways, you ready to shoot this pod?
Yeah, let's do it.
All right, this one's going to be interesting because it's a lot of fun updates. So be prepared to be shared behind the scenes ultimately here today. So let's do this in 3, 2, 1.
From the open to the click, they're the masters of the flow. Just watch your list grow and your leads turn to go. Did we retain You so far, or do we have to extend it? If you want results, you know you gotta send it. Yeah, you know you gotta send it. Yeah, you know you gotta send it. Yeah, you know you gotta send it.
What is up everyone? Welcome back to Send It, where we talk about everything, everything, and anything retention marketing, specifically in email and SMS in e-commerce. My name is Jimmy Kim, and I'm here with my co-host.
Chase Diamond.
All right, Chase, dude, as I kind of prepped on the pre-call that we had and we've been talking about this thing, I want to talk to something that people have been asking me about. And I know you get asked this all the time is like, what the heck are Chase and Jimmy up to these days? Because we're doing a lot of stuff and it's been about a year since we partnered up and we started this business. And it's been a really interesting business learning and different stuff. We've done a lot actually over the year, I think. And I think that's really exciting. So Let's talk about it. And I thought it would be great because a lot of people are asking and I said, hey, we'll just direct them to this pod. Secondly, I want to sneak peek the audience on the big projects that we've been working on for a while, the things that we've been building behind the scenes, and then just kind of give them a show, a reason why we're doing the things that we're doing. And we'll even kind of leak out a little bit of everything. So we'll just roll with it on today's pod and hopefully the viewers do it. So, Yeah, so first of all, man, like, you know, we'll talk about it because I feel like we have like multiple arms of this business of what we're doing here together. So, you know, the main arm of the business is our media company. And what I mean by that is the things that you're probably seeing today, this podcast, for example, the newsletter, if you're not signed up for it, we've got that course and we've got a community now and we've got media, social media, and, you know, been continuing to double and triple down because we believe that creators are the future in this market. So we've been personally building as well.
What about you, Chase?
What else do you see that we've been working on?
Yeah, I think that's the main stuff that's kind of live today is just the content, the teaching, the community education. Um, and with your background, I was part of why I was really excited to partner with you is the software side, right? How do we build tools first and foremost for ourselves, right? Selfishly, how do we build stuff for ourselves that we feel like there's an opportunity in the market to do better? And with that, then how do we potentially productize those and allow other people to get access and get their hands on? a bunch of the data and the insights that we've been privy to. So that's really kind of what I've been excited about and what we've been working on really hard lately.
Yeah. Yeah. A lot of our stuff we're building is, I would say, the foundational and the distribution engine. Obviously people who are listening to this pod, for example, are here because we talk a lot about retention marketing and, you know, that's what we're also building for. Surprise. Like, that's not a shocker. We're building tools for retention marketers because we think about ourselves and what we would've wanted or what we need right now today. And a lot of the things that we're building are tools that we need in our business or we see as a need for a marketer like yourself ultimately, or a founder, whatever you may be. So we've gotten a lot of stuff going, but yeah, man, besides the media, obviously a little snippet, you know, the second part of our business, how we actually make money because media doesn't, I mean, it makes us money indirectly, but the second part is obviously we run, I would say, a growth agency. And what I really mean is a lot of the media that we sell, well, we're thankful and grateful to the sponsors like the ones that are sponsoring this podcast here today. You know, we thank them for offering the opportunity to allow them to advertise and talk about them at the same time while we, we are able to do the things that we love. So we do a lot of that where we're offering our services to help B2B businesses grow. Now the third arm, as Chase kind of, kind of indicated, is working on different things. So I've got screenshots I'm going to share. So if you're watching this or listening to this on Spotify, this is probably the time where you either need to look at your screen or jump over to the YouTube channel and watch us on YouTube because we're going to show you behind the scenes about everything because we've been diligently beta testing and working through a lot of things right now. And depending on when this pod, as I kind of shared, comes in with timing with what we're doing, there'll either be a waitlist up, which will be in the links below, or there'll be a, uh, a link for a live, uh, look at the product where you'll be able to go trial it out and go test it out as well. And I'll put a big caveat out there. You know, Chase and I, we talked a lot about pricing and tooling and all that stuff. This stuff's very, very affordable. Sub-$100, sub-$50 type tools. So what I'm going to show you is, A, very helpful, hopefully inspirational as well, because it's going to help you do different things, maybe open your eyes up to some ideas and tactics, and ultimately very cheap to join us and kind of be a part of the movement. As I said, a lot of this was built around us. So let's talk about these tools, Chase. Let's start with eClickTrack. You want to talk about that one first?
Yeah, I'd love to. I'd love to tee this up because I actually learned something interesting about you. I've known you now probably for 5 or 6 years. Buddies, you know we've been working really closely over the last I don't know two-ish years. I didn't actually know that you had a similar business to what we're about to talk about in the past, but it was for a different space. Was it what about seven eight years ago? What year did you launch something similar?
God, I think it was 2014, 2015 roughly is when I launched this product and eventually got acquired. So you know it was pretty fun to build and see it move forward, but it was for the More the affiliate digital space. It was a little bit more primed toward that side, doing a lot of things. But yeah, I built a similar tool in that service and you guys probably heard the name Click inside of it. So yes, it was related to the Click. Surprise. That's not— should be a surprise to anyone listening to me that this is what we talk about and think about all the time. But yeah, I did build a tool back then and it was a pretty successful one too.
That's awesome. So I'm excited to be building this one and this one really is geared towards, I think, like 2, maybe 3 primary audiences. I'd say one, first and foremost, e-commerce brands, right? That's really going to be the sweet spot. And I think you can go into that and share some more about some of the integrations with Shopify, you know, Klaviyo, Omnisend, et cetera. That's number one. And then number 2, you know, we've been using it a lot as a media company, influencer, creator, whatever you want to call us. And it's been sweet. I think for me personally and selfishly, one of the coolest things that I like is just how it looks. It's not this really weird, ugly link. Sometimes really long link. I'm able to brand things based off my own domain, like chasediamond.com, whatever, backslash SendItPod or Omnisend or whatever it might be. I just really like how the links look and I really like the data that it's giving. So I've been a beta customer, beta user. You've been it. And it's just really eye-opening. At first when we were building this, I'm like, I think this sounds useful. And now actually having used it for I've probably been using it now for all my stuff for about a month, give or take. And by the time this pod comes out, it'll be closer to 2, 2 and a half months. It's been sick. Okay, now you have your screen up. I'll let you take it from here, but it's been awesome.
Hey, it's Jimmy. Quick 15 seconds of your time because I have something fun to share. Did you know between the two of us, Chase and I, we have over 20 years of experience in email marketing? Recently, we put our minds together to create a certification program that takes all of our knowledge and share it to the world. It's called Ecom Email Certified. It's an end-to-end course certification program that's designed to take anyone, regardless if you're a newbie or an experienced marketer, founder, executive, agency marketer, or any marketing professional, to teach them everything we know about email marketing, SMS, from deliverability to AI to copywriting to design to strategy. We cover it all. It's loaded with 175 modules and 25 hours of education combined with quizzes, community, All designed to educate, test, certify you to become a full-fledged email marketer for e-commerce. And so since you're listening to this pod, we want to reward you with loyalty by giving you a coupon for $200 off this certification. Just jump over to ecomemailcertified.com, check the show notes. Now back to your pod.
Yeah, no, absolutely. Let me choose my domain real quick and go into your account here and I'm going to kind of pull it up here. So there's nothing sensitive here that comes into place. But as Chase said, you know, a lot of One of the things that we're building toward is very simple. And this is really, I want to start with a simple idea of what it is, right? And I want people to, I'm going to hide this right now. We'll talk about this in a second because that's a cool little tool part. But we realize and recognize that as we're doing marketing, we're in social and different things that, you know, we're using all these ugly links or these Bitly links that look really spammy. And, you know, there's different custom versions of that Bitly link in the market too. So it's not a surprise that what we're building was something that we wanted to allow people to have masked and branded domain names for their links. Now, the problem with all the tools in the market today are none of them hook up to your Klaviyo, your Omnisend, or your Shopify. We're not pulling in deep data where we can start matching conversions and click and get inherent information. And the second layer to that is no one is really working on the bot detection. Look, any marketer, Chase, you know this, any email marketer in this space right now knows that bot click tracks are a problem right now. And we, and fortunately for me especially, is that we understand the bot click very deeply. And so we've been building this advanced bot tech detection system, and that was like one of the big premises around what we want to do. And we hope that we can get this in front of the website eventually and different places we want to expand upon. But at the core of it today was all about the click, right? Understand the click, how we were gonna do it, and then what it's gonna allow us to do is we're gonna be able to take that information and essentially tell you who it is, and you can go verify it and Where you'll be able to push it into as a segment into your ESP so that you can immediately stop sending to those people. Because all it's doing is muddying up your data. And we're going to talk about that because there's examples of this that come into place. And no matter how good of an ESP are, they're not focused in this little certain area. And we wanted to be hyper-focused. But again, very cheap to add this layer of things, right?
Yeah.
Oh, we thought about that.
Yeah. One thing to add there, that part to me was, was huge because it didn't matter what ESP I used. I used tons of them, all the main ones, every single ESP, irrespective of which one I used. Obviously they're all great. I kept getting tons and tons of bot clicks for my newsletter. Every single time I sent, I would get thousands and thousands of clicks, and I never actually knew which ones of those were legitimate and which ones weren't. So that, that bot click, that bot detection, as you can see on the screen right here, I'll let you explain that. That was huge because now I have a lot more, I guess, reliability and a lot more assurance that the data that I'm actually seeing is accurate. So this was especially important for my email channel.
Yeah, exactly. What I, you know, when I think about this and what you're seeing on screen right now is really interesting because what I think is really interesting is that you're seeing a deeper level of analytics that we're starting to track and we're gonna build upon this. And this is gonna be the cool thing. This is kind of like the V1, the MVP, the, you know, the go-to-market one where we're giving enough information that we believe it's useful from, you know, not only looking at this, but being able look at those bot clicks and then being able to drive down into browsers and countries and operating systems and even start looking at the trail of clicks behind things that we're pulling in and starting to understand where things are going because that's going to help us identify things. It helps us kind of build a network of different things that are happening here. And, you know, that's kind of one of the most important things that we look at. So, you know, first brand and trust, right? There's no doubt having a good branded link is really important here. You'll see here you know, this is where we wanted to go to, but, uh, this was the link that we were putting out into the market, right? And nothing changes, everything redirects immediately. Uh, and what's cool about this is, A, it's a branded link, so it will look very good. And this is really important for, you know, a use case for e-commerce users that I think about is actually e-commerce on SMS. You know, those ugly SMS links.
Yes.
And the only reason we use those ugly SMS links is because why? Because I want to track my clicks and conversions. Well, with eClick, you can start using your own links and then you will track those clicks and conversions as well. Now, we're probably not going to be as generous as the SMS companies out there. And I want to be really caveat because we're running off of true click attribution only, right? So that will always be something that comes into place. Now, I already know what you're thinking. Oh, I don't need another application to go off and Uh, you know, load into while I'm building my emails? Well, good news, we thought about that. And up here on the top right here, what you're seeing is our little Chrome plugin app. And this will load up against your ESP, whatever you use. And when you scroll up, it disappears, and you come back up and you can bring it up and it's always there. But what's cool about this little thing is anytime you want to create one, you can either type it in, paste it in, whatever it is. And you can type in ABC123, and we're going to throw a test here on your account here. And this is just the to test a link, and I hit create right here. What's really cool about it is automatically copied. There's my link. It already takes me to my Google, and now you're ready to go. So when you're on the fly working on it, we thought about ability to have control. And if I jump over here, you can see immediately that it's right here. There's one click. That was my click that I just did right here, and you can literally see that click and data.
That's awesome. US shows you're in Texas.
There it is right there. There's my IP now.
If—
please don't hack me, but there's my IP, and you can come find me. But you can see that I literally just clicked on on it, right? So super straightforward. I don't have a Shopify Klaviyo hooked up on this account because we're on your—
Personal.
Personal right now for your social, but this is where conversion tracking would come through. And of course it would show up here on analytics too. When we're going in here, there'll be additional boxes that show up. So there's a lot of that when it comes into place. The future of this is really around things like optimization. We'll be rolling in some testing functionality into this, geo redirection. So you can kind of direct those geo links to different places. So there's more control of where your click is actually going down the line later on. You know, we support all the typical UTM and all that stuff. And, you know, as we continue and learn from feedback from users, we'll have identification systems and so forth. But one of my favorite use cases for this tool, and the reason why I love it is 2 things. One, you can mass update a ton of links across all your automations, all your different things that you're working on with a single backend update. The second and the more classic one, Chase, oops, I sent the wrong link.
Yes.
That is no more of a problem here anymore. With eClickTrack, the entire idea is simply that you will be able to control the click and be able to adjust and change that on an email, on SMS, or even a social ad or any link that you put in the market. You can change on a control on the backend without a technical developer or anyone else. It'll be a branded link, so they'll never know anything changed, but in your mind, And you know behind the scenes that you can. And so, you know, these are the—
Yeah, for whoever's sneaky that still wants to run those oops, the broken link, but I actually have those, you can still do those. We don't recommend them, but this is actually for once solving the problem of not actually having to do that or it happening by mistake. That to me, I think is, is a huge one, right? Because we've all been there. It doesn't matter whether you've been email for 30 days or 15 years, broken links happen, links the wrong places happen. Stuff breaks and you don't want to have to send multiple emails to your subscribers about it. It's just annoying.
Yeah. And that's, and that's the reality of things, right? And so there's a lot of fun stuff in here. We have team settings. We have all these different things into place. We do everything you need to do to get started, track and control your clicks ultimately. And I think that we, we are— have been beta testing this. I've got multiple accounts across our different business lines that we have. You can add as much domains as you want. You can create as many URLs as you want. You've got deep analytics and all you have to know is that, and I like to say this in software, Chase, because I think it's really important. This is the worst this product's ever going to be because we are literally improving and working on it as we're getting real feedback from not only our users, our earliest users, our beta users, like everyone's giving us feedback and it's allowing us to continue to improve upon this product and make it better. And we're using it internally. So if it doesn't work internally for us, it actually will hurt our business. So I think that's really important. But yeah, it's called eClickTrack. We'll have the ability to go sign up and go look at things here on our, you know, in our show notes or whatever, but we'll have it out. And, you know, I kind of sneaked a peek of the pricing points right now, and these aren't locked in place yet, but, you know, we kind of looked at it and I'll kind of talk about it, and we'll have a special program available for the waitlist. Look at the prices, guys. Not much, $20 or $40 basically. Basically, if you have Shopify connected versus if you don't have Shopify connected, we'll have a little slight different edge of price because Shopify takes their cut. But reality is, is that not everybody even needs the Shopify connection, so we made it in both ways. But $20 to $40 is what it'll— you can do it for free if you only have 5 URLs a month that you send, no problem. You can try it out for free. But that's the thing, and we'll have the link below. Chase, anything else to add to this?
No, I'd say that's pretty much it. That the only other thing that I like is being able to on social understand like where clicks are happening and how many clicks. A lot of the social platforms when you do post, you know, for example on X or Twitter, if you do a post that's outside kind of over the standard character limit, you can't actually see directly on X or Twitter how many clicks came from a given post. On LinkedIn, they're slowly rolling out the number of clicks available on a certain post. But it doesn't ever seem accurate. It always seems to either over or under associate clicks, and you can't see where those clicks came from, right? So there's just a lot of really missing important data that happens right now on social. So I would create all of these different links. You know, have your own different link for each of your social platform bios, right? If you're an e-commerce brand, if you're a creator, have a specific one for Twitter/X, have a specific one for LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, Instagram. That way you understand how many clicks you're getting, who's clicking, right? What does that all look like? So it's just so powerful for brands, for agencies. I mean, if I was an agency, right, like I would manage these on behalf of my clients and it'll give you an interesting comparison between certain campaigns, certain clients, how things are trending. So there's just so much here that I'm really excited about. Hey there, it's Chase, and I hope you're enjoying the pod so far. I wanna quickly talk to you about one of our sponsors. And yes, sales tax. I know no one wants to hear this. However, if you are selling online, you're probably spending way too much time, money, and stress on something that needs to be automated. Yeah, 100%, man. I think, I think this is a tool that this market needs. And to your point, it's anything you're doing link-wise. It could even be for advertising online. I mean, the idea that you could have a trusted authority link and not some Random jargon link, and it's always consistent. It only breeds positive news into the market when you think about it that way. So I think that these are going to be super helpful. And again, twenty to forty bucks is what we're selling it for—not very expensive—and we will be continuously improving it. We're taking feedback. We're looking for founding members. We're starting a waitlist right now. So check down in the show notes for a link for that one. Awesome. Cool. Awesome. Well, let's slide to the next one here. So that was the first one, and I feel a little shilly right now because. I feel like I'm just pitching like a TV infomercial right now. But it's also fun because I'm really proud of what we've built here and, you know, what we're doing inside of things and what we kind of aspirationally want to talk about. And, you know, one of the things that we always do when you're aspirationally thinking about stuff is you go look at other people's stuff, right? And so our second product that we have coming out, this is a really fun one, and I'm going to sneak peek only a part of it because I don't want to sneak peek all of it because we're Right now to when we release this episode, even in that time, I know there'll be a lot of updates. And the worst thing I want to do is show you one thing because we're making some UI decisions right now. But I want to show you guys and talk about the concept. So, you know, Chase, we'll just call it out because I don't think it's a bad thing. There's a product called Really Good Emails that email marketers like. There's a product called, I think, Mild, I think is the other one that people like in the market that collects different emails. And Chase and I have been talking about this problem for a while between the two of us. And Chase knows I've— I've personally been torn by this because I have an inbox with 12,000 emails or 122,000 emails, whatever that number is. It's crazy. And the reason why I have this number is because I want to track brands. I want to know what's going on. I want to know what they're selling. I want to look at different things. But there's 2 problems with that. One, it's a cluster F, right? It's crazy in there. 2, I don't actually get all the emails. I only get the prospecting and I get the The promotional emails as a prospect unless I've made a purchase in there, but I don't make purchases because I use another email to actually make my real purchases. So now my data's everywhere. And so I went to Chase and I said, well, actually I think Chase came to me with this opportunity first and we started to explore it, but we actually went out to a company and they wanted to talk to us about an idea they had. They're an email transactional company where they get data from millions of eMoxes across the world, and they basically have a ton of transactional data ultimately. And they said, hey, what could you do with this data? What can we do together with this data? You guys look like you have a very unique reach in the people that you speak to, and you— and we have this unique data set. And so today we're really excited because as we've been working on this one for a while, I'm gonna try to share the screen here. We've been working on this tool called Inbox.ai. Now I'm going to kind of let you look at it for just a second here and read off the headline. Email template inspiration. Email templates from 10,000 brands, over a million emails. Okay. Adding 10,000 emails daily. I'm going to scroll down a little bit and you'll notice some stuff. One, great search template. 2, the ability to see all these different things. 3, we can scroll down and start seeing different ones here. Look at all these emails. Now, here's what's cool. Numbers are a little wrong on this because again, we're talking about it. I think we're going to have 2 million emails, I think, to launch just because in the time that we've been collecting it, it went crazy. And we will have still 10,000 brands, but we made sure to go down and attack the top 2,000 Shopify brands in the market, right? And go get their emails. The second thing is even cooler. So Chase, you know, the first thing people always ask about this is like, okay, it's cool as aspiration. Well, my competitor is not there. Guess what?
What's up?
There you go. There you go. You're supposed to respond faster to that, but I was going to say, we'll try it again. All right.
One more time.
Guess what, Chase?
What's up, man?
If your brand or a company that you want to track is not available, you're going to be able to input it and we're going to go ahead and grab it and load it up for the platform for not just you, for everyone else.
Sick.
That's cool, right? The next part, it gets even deeper than this, right? Because I want to, I want to, I want to keep kind of teasing how deep this thing gets with what we're working on. We are not just getting prospecting emails. We are getting transactional and post-purchase emails. I'm talking about shipping notifications, order notifications, and so forth. So I'm going to go pick up my buddy Ron Shaw and go on— not chew on this. What's his brand? Avi, right?
Yes.
His brand is MyAvi.
Yes.
So I'm going to go ahead and click on MyAvi and take a look at their emails. And within just seconds, it's going to start loading up email after email after email right into the system. Look at these emails. These are their most recent emails as opposed to like almost a day ago, almost. That we're loading up into it. And you can kind of see it. And some of these are different emails and then you'll be able to click into them and look at them. Now, obviously we've got things gated. You got to sign up for free. Obviously we wouldn't be good email marketers if we weren't. And all of these things are even down to categories, right? You have filters and different categories where you'll be able to kind of bring them out. You can put in other ones like True Classics, for example. There's True Classic Tees. You can look at just their newsletter. Well, they don't have very many newsletters it looks like. We've got different emails, right? So you can break them down, get aspiration inside of it. And inside the tool, you'll be able to save them. You'll be able to look at them. But this is where it gets really cool. And I can't tease this just yet because I'm not ready to show it off, Chase, because I don't want to embarrass myself and be like old Zuck up there. I don't know if you saw the thing with his glasses recently, but he was on stage and it failed on him twice.
Oh, no.
Yeah, yeah. Very, very humbling. And I'm like, I feel for him because I don't want to do that. So I'm not going to do that at this moment because I'm not ready to show this thing. But what I'm excited about and what I'm really excited about what we've been working on with this tool when we're, when we're kind of going through this stuff is not only does it do the transactional, the last 365 days of the emails, full search capabilities, but we have added AI and downloadables to this. Now let me talk about 2 places here. The AI side is really cool because we were able to use AI to scrub every email, identify, put them into categories, and then even to the second level, we're able to do a full breakdown. We took Chase and mine, we took all our newsletters, and we trained an LLM. We told the LLMs that if you can take this email, digest it, look at it with Chase and Jimmy's lens and give out a, here's what we think about it, here's what's great about it, here's what we can improve upon it. So every email that you find of your competitors, we'll tell you how we think you could have even made it better than theirs. We'll cut down the fonts, the links, all that different stuff that comes into it. And at the end, you can download it, man. You can download it right into HTML. You can download it. You'll be able to push it eventually into the future, into your favorite ESP. All of that'll be in there, push into your Figma. We're doing all of that stuff. And eventually down the line, we'll take that and allow you to add your own brand assets and make it your own too and push it in. So that's a lot, Chase. I just went on tangent and I think you let me because I was just going on a heated tangent here of excitement. But thoughts here, dude?
Hey, okay.
I'm disrupting the pod for just a quick 60-second break and a quick little shout out to our title sponsors of the podcast, Omnisend.
Okay, for those that don't know, Omnisend is an all-in-one email and SMS marketing automation platform specifically designed for e-commerce brands.
They make it super easy to engage with customers, drive repeat sales, and create those seamless personal experiences we're always talking about.
Here's 3 things I love about Omnisend. First and foremost, they're trusted by over 125,000 e-commerce merchants worldwide that absolutely love them with a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot.
Star with over 6,000 reviews on the Shopify App Store.
It's an obvious choice for your email, SMS, and push needs. Secondly, I love great customer support, and Omnisend, they're absolutely nailing it. They're responsive, their help docs are great, and their team is absolutely fantastic. And third, they have great features and better pricing.
Pricing matters just as much as features, and Omnisend, you're gonna get both of those.
And they have all the features you need for your store, and their pricing pricing is absolutely fantastic. In fact, recently I just heard a story about 2 community members that made the switch. One reduced his price from $8,500 to $3,500, which is huge, but even bigger, that $3,500 included SMS, which is absolutely wild. Then another agency I just recently talked to, they just switched their entire client base over, and he's been saving his clients anywhere from 30 to 60% off their bill, which is allowing him to take that money and reinvest it on the of the funnel so they can make more ads and make more money. Omnisend nails these 3 things that I care most about: great support, great features, and fair pricing. Plus, I just helped Chase make the move to Omnisend with his own personal email list, and their migration was super easy. They even have a team to help you, support you, and they have a great automated tool to bring your contacts right over. So if you're looking to take your email marketing to the next level, I highly recommend checking out Omnisend. They got the tools, the automation, the expertise to help your brands grow and thrive. Head over to omnisend.com/sendit to learn more and start scaling your customer engagement today. Now let them know Chase and Jimmy sent you. Now let's get back to the pod.
That was great. That's why I didn't respond as quick earlier, because I was just in awe. You were just nailing it. But yeah, I think, I think one, you nailed it. 2, when we decided that we wanted to do this, we really wanted it to be different than everyone else. We didn't want to just compete with everyone else with the same product, right? So I A, the value propositions to really hone in on that you mentioned is just the sheer size of the database, right? The database we have is the biggest and will continue to be the biggest. And then with that too, it's not just the biggest, but it has the exact brands that people need to be studying, like the top 2,000 Shopify stores. That is huge. And with it, because of our partner on the backend, because they have transactional data, we get access to emails that You know, no one could go sign up for 10,000 companies and actually go buy from them all, right? Maybe over 10 or 15 years you can sign up for all those emails and then you're just gonna be flooded and good luck trying to find the value. And with that, like the actual feedback on each individual email that's from our best practices, from our, my 10, 15 years, Jimmy's 15, 20 years, I think Jimmy has 17 years or whatever it is of actual email marketing knowledge. That stuff alone is valuable, right? Like that stuff alone, you frankly before this couldn't get access to nor pay for. So I'm really excited about all of this. And I feel like while everyone else is doing an okay job, I really feel like this is taking what everyone else has done and frankly putting it on steroids.
Yeah, no, I'm super excited about it. And there's so many different brands in here. And again, we're now in the early inklings as you're watching this. This is in the past. Obviously, we shot this in the past and we're still loading. It takes a lot of time to load this data up and get it in there. But, you know, as you were just talking, I was flicking through and you could see abandoned cart emails. You can see post-production emails. I mean, there's so many emails that we have. It's so crazy. We've got AI running 24/7 right now, getting it ready for, you know, visibility or whatever it might be so that we can get more into there. And this is just a front screen. This is what you're going to see without actually loading into the account. You're actually seeing all these Abercrombie emails, for example. And I'm just scrolling through it. They sent a lot of freaking emails and you're going to be able to keep seeing and they'll keep loading and keep loading. So it's one of those fun, like, continues forever loading pages, right? It's cool. And you'll have access to all of these. And I know what people are going to ask. Well, what does it cost, Chase? This has been a conversation between you and I because we were like, what should we— we're going to cost— we're going to show it right now again. And this is wrong, actually. Actually, this is wrong. All right, no, this is wrong. It's cheaper. Um, all right, so, uh, the pricing I think we have agreed. Obviously we're going to have a special launch pricing when we get it out to market. We're going to have special waitlist people launch. So you're going to have a waitlist just like the last one. There'll be a separate waitlist to join if you're excited about this and want to be on the first early bird when it comes out. But we're going to price it at, I think it's $29 a month per seat, right? And then we've got like an agency one. So if you're like a nice agency and you got like 5 people, you'll be able to literally share with each other, star and tag different things. and leave comments for each other. So we'll have an agency version that you'll be able to buy. And then it's like a per-seat thing, right? If you want to buy more seats, you can, and you can look as much as you want. You can download as much as you want. You can download them all if you want and steal them from us. That's cool because we'll have 10,000 more tomorrow that you haven't gotten. So you'll just not be able to keep up with us. And that's okay. We're here to provide inspiration, to provide ideas to the market. And, you know, as marketers and people who talk to you guys as retention marketers and Email marketers, there wasn't a better way to create a product that could be aspirational and inspirational to you. And so that's what I think about.
So yeah, 100%. And I think it's pretty obvious for anyone watching that it's for them, but to kind of break down like how we thought about this, first and foremost, right? This is for CRM and email marketing managers, right? It's gonna help you find, as we talked about, the best examples by email type, campaign type, flow type. You know, you're gonna be able to get the AI rewrites and you're gonna be able to export to your ESP, right? So that part is dialed in. For anyone that's a designer, creative director, et cetera, you're gonna have more examples and more emails than you know what to do with, right? You're gonna be able to pull all of those wireframes, leverage Figma components, you know, in, make it in-house, make it your own. This is gonna allow you to work on more campaigns, better campaigns, more clients, et cetera. For growth and retention type folks, right? Being able to compare like your cadence to competitors' cadence, what kind of discounts you're running versus what they're running, being able to access post-purchase because again, right now you're probably really limited in the number of post-purchase emails you can get access to because you're not making tons of purchases yourself. And then you can have kind of the briefs and this data for holidays, for seasonality, et cetera. That's gonna make you way smarter and allow you to do better testing. And then lastly, for agencies, right? For an agency to have all of this across different verticals, industries, et cetera, to be able to do like client-ready teardowns, you know, pitch decks, swipe files, being able to pull inspiration examples. Like, dude, this is gonna make your job so much easier. That's a no-brainer.
Yeah. And you know what? You don't, you can get rid of that stupid Gmail inbox that you're storing all the emails in from your competitors, your people you wanna follow, because if they're not in the system, We will get them in the system for you. This is the key here. If you have a brand because it's a little smaller, a little more niche, and we don't have it today, we'll give you the ability to request it and we will search our millions and billions of email files. We'll find them and we'll try to load them in as fast as possible. And the tech team told me a couple hours, but, you know, I want to say a day just to be safe always.
And it's inbox with 2 O's, .ai. And that'll be in the—
Inbox.
Yeah, imbox.ai.
We're renaming the inbox. It's inbox.
inbox.ai. Check it out.
Pretend we have a thick European accent. inbox.ai. And you can check it out, but we'll have the link down below. Go check it out, man. Well, it's free to check out. Go check out your brand. Check out yours. If you're a brand that's listening as top, you know, brand, or you want to put your own brand in there, great. Let us know. But we're just taking public information and data and you'll be able to see You know, as a founder, for example, you can go look at your competitors' last year's Black Friday holiday sale and say, what did they run for sale? Because they're most likely going to be running it this year. And if you're a competitor, you can go attack that. So many strategic ways to think about how you use this tool, but we really wanted to focus on delivering the value of what these data places can do. And, you know, unfortunately, unless you are just some type of magician, you're probably not gonna have all these emails anywhere handy for you. And secondly, I think also even as an agency, one thing that you even mentioned, like being able to see to a brand and being able to pitch a brand by looking at their old emails and tearing down those emails and presenting it forward. Geez, you're going to look like you've been stalking them forever, even if you just signed up yesterday. So, so many use cases, so many different points.
Heck yeah. That was awesome. That was fun. I'm fired up.
Yeah, me too. I'm fired up too. Now we just need to get these things done. All right, so with that, Chase, yeah, so that's our update, guys.
