I mean, the book I'm reading right now has nothing to do with detox, but at the same time it does. It's called The Queen's Code, and this is all about how we can activate the men in our lives, because I'm very passionate. I got into a new relationship actually a year and a half ago, the first one since— the very first one since this 8-year relationship, which was 10 years ago. Wow. Yeah. And I realized— thank you. It's been a big journey and it's really helped me to heal a lot of the things that I had been holding on to. It's a beautiful mirror being in a relationship, but I started to identify some things I was doing and how I was treating my partner. And, you know, some of these old things that we carry through the genetic line of how we treat men. And this book is all about treating men in beautiful ways and activating them and making them feel good, which I share this in relation to detox because detoxing our emotions, detoxing our relationships is a huge part of what I share because detoxing the body alone isn't enough. And when we're in a relationship with another, it's a perfect opportunity to see what needs to be healed.
