Building AI Employees and AI Agents with Claude Code

In this live, music‑infused demo, Joe Apfelbaum walks through how he creates an entire agency brand, "All the Agencies," using only AI employees and no‑code tools. He shows how two autonomous AI agents can be instructed to design logos, brand guidelines, and a website while he goes for a run. He then demonstrates his lead‑generation engine, Pipeline River, where an AI named Peter scans millions of companies overnight and returns curated prospect lists, which he refines via a feedback loop. Joe also reveals his "Prospecting Party" access map of 251,000 companies, showing how AI tags relationships, scores trust, and surfaces hidden contact data. Throughout, he emphasizes building a detailed, crawlable knowledge base and deep API documentation to empower AI agents, and he promotes a Claude masterclass and waitlist for further learning. Repeated choruses from Speakers B and C reinforce the mantra “Build a crew” as a branding hook.

Yo, building a new product here.
Learn the right tools, move with the flow. Joe showed the map, now I'm ready to go.
Build a crew, build a crew, watch them bring it back to you. Build a crew, build a crew, anyone can learn this too. No code, no code, no code.
Now they make your money.
Build a crew, build a crew, it's not magic, it's steps in the system.
Clear offer, clear target, then you feed Read the rhythm, 20 years deep in the marketing game. You know the market's heartbeat, you know how it names. So you set the lanes and you set the guardrails. Let the workers handle calls, content, and sales trails. One idea becomes a team with a purpose and plan. That's how a solo founder turns into a brand. Anyone can do this, keep it plain. If you can't think it through, you can't build the train. Learn the right tools, keep your eyes on the globe. Go talk the path, now the whole thing can grow.
Build a crew, build a crew. Watch them bring it back to you. Build a crew, build a crew.
Anyone can learn this too.
No code, no code.
Now they make your money.
Build a crew.
Start, start, start with the idea, then the system clicks. Brand on the front end, name on the lips. Set it up right, let it run.
Okay, so what I'm doing here is I'm actually building a brand for a new idea I came up with Last night I came up with the idea. I'm already building out the brand. There's gonna be 13 categories: marketing, sales, creative, technology, staffing, entertainment, professional services, industry marketing. There's gonna be care, property and events, risk and money, consumer financial, and logistics. And What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna have 2 AI employees work together to build this whole thing out. And I'm just giving instructions. One AI is giving instructions to the other AI. So here on the left side is where I give the instructions and then I just press send and all the instructions come in. And then the AI's like, okay, got it. Got the instructions. So I, I actually read the instructions first, make sure I agree with everything. But the AI is so much smarter than me. So, you know, this is gonna be the final mark right over here. This one, let's see if I could zoom in for this brand called All the Agencies. And I'm gonna build the brand, then I'm gonna go for a run. And when I come back, the website will be live. There's no website right now. I bought the domain already, but I'm literally gonna build I'm going to build this while I'm on a run. Okay. So I'm first setting up the brand before I'm ready to go for a run. And I'm going to finish the brand guidelines for what the page needs to look like. But first I needed to develop the logo. It did give me a bunch of different options here that I did not like most of them. It gave me this option over here. I could have chose a lot of different options, but When you're building a brand, building the identity is really important. And so I had a lot of different routes that I could have taken. I was gonna take this route over here, which is not terrible, but I decided, you know what, I really like this route, but I really wanna kind of make it more dynamic. And that's kind of like how we landed on this one here. And not this one. This one's ridiculous. This one right over here, because it's kind of like spinning it around. It kind of— it's just— and then there are 3 main, 3 main and 3 behind it. And it kind of keeps going layers and layers and layers. So the 3 main and then the 3 behind it. And that's kind of like how I'm going to build the nucleus and the DNA and build the whole thing out. So very excited about this because Now I have a brand and I don't have to hire a branding agency and pay them $50,000 to build an amazing brand. So now the AI is just gonna kind of build the whole thing out for me and you're gonna watch me do this in real time. But I've built over 80 different projects. I haven't launched 'em all. I launched 43 projects or 4, and now it's 45 'cause I just launched Pipeline River. So what's Pipeline River? I'll just, I'll just show you the live version of Pipeline River. So Pipeline River is the pipeline that never runs dry. I hired a guy named Peter. He's actually living in a server, works 24/7. He reads the market overnight and then hands me a shortlist of companies every morning that match who I'm already winning with. Um, I keep the good ones. He learns, and tomorrow he gets closer by sending me new people. So you tell Peter who you want, who you want as a client. He searches for the ideal companies overnight. He has access to hundreds of millions of companies globally. And then you, you basically walk him through what he wants. He's like, 3 companies match your profile overnight. I left out the 4, they weren't right. And so he'll send it to you and then you could use something I call fisheye.
Mm-hmm.
Where you review it and give them feedback. And that's, that's part of the process of what I built. And I already got my first paying client here who actually wants to work with companies in the roofing industry. And so if this is something that you're not doing right now, I highly recommend that you guys get on board and start using AI employees to do things with you. So if you want to join the waitlist, For Pipeline River, just go to pipelineriver.com and you're more than happy to assist you in your journey to help you be able to do what you need to do. That's the idea. Pipeline River, baby. Pipeline River. So my question to you is, what are you waiting for? What are you waiting for? Seriously, what are you waiting for? Look at this. Round 3. Wow. Locked and loaded. Round 3 is locked and loaded. Look how nice this is. Okay, so let's take a look. Palette 3 with the assets. These are really nice assets. So what I'm going to do is I'm just going to screenshot this right over here, just like this. Just screenshot it. Now that I have the screenshot ready, I'm going to paste it into another chat window and I'm going to say, Here's what we have for 3A and 3B. Let me know what the next instructions are. Would love to launch the website and need to tell the AI what to do next from a design perspective. Like, what do we need? Okay, let me also get 3C down. Let me get 3C down. I'm taking a screenshot of 3C and then pasting it into the AI. Let's see if it built anything else. Okay, it didn't build anything else. It's still mulling it over, which is fine. I'm going to go ahead and get more instructions for the AI so we can kind of get that rolling. Now the AI also made some music.
Let's listen.
Here we go. We ready to— we ready to—
Yeah, you come up with the spark, then you draw the line. Turn a loose little thought into a real online. Create autonomous employees, let them work the lane. Set the system in motion, now with notes your name. Give them a brand, make it clean, make it sharp. Put the face on the mission, put the pulse on the mark. Then you give them a name, something sticky, something true. Now the crew feels real when the buyers come through. Anyone can do this, that's the win. You don't need code if you know where to begin. Learn the right tools, move with the flow. Joe showed the map, now I'm ready to go.
Build a crew, build a crew.
You know, I spent 6 months, I kid you not, 6 months thinking about what ideas I want AI agents, when it's ready, when the AI agents come out, when Fable comes out to the degree that I can actually create autonomous agents that actually work. That are actually super, super smart. I spent 6 months brainstorming ideas for the things that I would build. What would I do? And I come up with 100 documented ideas for things that I want. And 45 of them I launched in the past, I would say 5 weeks or so. And I'm showing you them right here. They're in front of me. I have them on my portfolio. If you want my portfolio, just comment, Joe, show me your portfolio. I'll be more than happy to show it to you. But I have All these projects, and these are live projects. These are live projects that are literally alive. They are literally alive. That means they are self-updating, self-healing, self-promoting. Now I can further develop these technologies, these apps into things that I'm going to dream up of where they monetize themselves. Each one of them can literally go find clients on their own and they can interact with each other. These projects each can interact with each other because they all have employees that are brainstorming and thinking and trying to figure out, okay, what are we, what are we going to do? How are we going to, how are we going to build something that can help each other out? So that's the idea. The idea is for them all to kind of work in unison. And these live projects are just unbelievable what you can do with them. Just unbelievable. So highly recommend that you consider studying the process of building out, building out what you need to do. Like build this out, build out your life. Like think about, you know, take, take ideas from other people and cross-pollinate those ideas. This idea here is the LinkedIn Creator Directory. It's a list of 12,000 creators and growing for the most popular people on LinkedIn. So we got Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Satya Nadella. Jeff Weiner. I'm going to go through some of these over here just to kind of show you what's in here, but let me just play a little more music for you. Here we go.
It's not magic, it's steps in the system. Clear offer, clear target, then you feed the rhythm. 20 years deep in the marketing game.
Shout out. Shout out to Jack Welch who passed away. Do you guys know Jack Welch? He had 6.9 million followers on LinkedIn. He ran General Electric for 2 decades, growing its value by 4,000% and becoming the most studied CEO in the 20th century. His LinkedIn remains as an archive of management wisdom from Neutron Jack, and through the Jack Welch Management Institute, he teaches— his teachings continue. So if I want to see his archive of posts, I can click here, and then all of a sudden, boom, it shows me every single post that he's ever posted. And I have an AI agent that can actually read the post. And draft a comment on every single one of his posts in his archive. You see that? Boom, boom. Just like that. Now, I don't know about you, but if you could comment on a post, the last one was a year ago. If you can have the latest, most relevant comment on a post from somebody who is the most studied CEO The most studied CEO. If you can have a relevant, thoughtful comment on a post and be the most recent post there, I mean, that is, you know, this is from three months ago. Somebody else got it. This is from a month ago. I'm gonna go here, drop a comment. Why not? Why not get that exposure? Jack, I like this question. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Okay, boom. I just left a comment now. And so I want, I want exposure to these people, these 286 people and the 5,000 people. They're going to see this again as a result of my comment here, which is really nice. Okay, all right, so let's keep listening to this song because I really like it.
A solo founder turns into a brand. Anyone can do this, keep it plain. If you can think it through, you can build a train. Learn the right tools, keep your eyes on the flow. Joe taught the path, now the whole thing can grow.
Build a crew, build a crew.
Watch them bring it back to you.
Build a crew, build a crew.
Anyone can learn this too. No code, no code.
Now they, now they Now they make, now they make, now they make you money.
Build the crew, uh, start, start, start with the idea, then the system clicks. Brand on the front end, name on the lips. Set it up right, let it run all day. Build one good worker, then stack another way. Now they make you money.
Build a crew, build a crew.
Watch them bring it back to you.
Build a crew, build a crew.
Anyone can learn this too.
No code, no code. Now they, now they, now they make, now they make, now they make you money. Build a crew, build a crew.
Okay, you might ask me, well, Joe, what's this access map thing that you have over here? This is the 251,000 companies I have access to through my network of dozens of people that are playing this game called the Prospecting Party. And if you want to play along, you could play along, but this is one of the projects that I built. Here's the guest list so you can take a look at Who the real humans are behind the prospecting party. Check this out. Real people playing the game together with me, who they wanna meet. These are their names. And it tells me like their trust score, how many connections they have, what connections we have in common. It shows me their recent posts. This is some pretty, pretty, pretty powerful stuff to see these people playing this game. And I love playing the game. I'll just kind of show you real quick how I play the game. I'm gonna go here, play the sort. I'm gonna click on the sort and I'm gonna go here. I'm gonna say sort these 2,196 people. And then it asks me, do you know this person or do you don't? Now I can click on open and split view to kind of just check them out. And of course I do know Josh. I'm gonna click on message. Hope you've been fantastic. Call me on my cell when you get a chance, 917-865-7631. Okay. I'm gonna send him a little message over here and then I'm gonna check his recent content just to see if he's Posted anything. I see that he posted two months ago. He reposted, reposted. I'm gonna like this. Leave him a comment. It's good to see that you are reposting stuff on LinkedIn. Looking forward to catching up with you. Okay, I'm gonna tag him, comment on it, and then boom, just like that. Okay, so I'm gonna say I know him. I would need to ask him if he's open for an intro. Now, Kristen McKinney. That name sounds very familiar. I think she— I don't remember last time we had— oh yeah, I know who she is. Hey, do you think we should catch up? I want to show you what I've been up to and I want to learn what you've been up to. Okay, so definitely a reconnect. I'm going to say I know them. I need to ask him first. Sherry McManus, what's she up to? Let's see, Sherry McManus. Um, All right, cool. And then Joel Schlesinger. You see, I can actually remember these people to see, okay, how well do I know this person? Do I want to get in touch with them, build a relationship with them? Like, what's the situation over here? Um, and just connect with them, build that relationship, get to know them. I just by mistake did the wrong thing. Of course I know George Jensen, and he's definitely open for Luis Corellas. I think he works at a bank. Oh my gosh. Oh, we met. We met and we had sushi together. Um, are you still playing soccer? Okay, let's go here. I need to follow up with him. Oh, this guy. I just had a conversation with this guy. This guy's amazing.
Okay.
I know him. I need to ask him first. I need to follow up with him and need to ask him first. Um, okay, so I'm gonna press end round and you can see I just tagged 15 people. Pretty cool, right? I just tagged 15 people and then you go through and you tag basically all of the people that know you, that you know. And so you're training the AI to teach the AI who you know and who you don't know. How fantastic is that to be able to do that? Um, I'm gonna go ahead and Build out something else. I want to show you something I'm building. I have an entire waitlist of people that— oh, let me invite Rishi to the pilot. Jim Jacobs invited to the pilot. Let's see. Karen, no ID match. I'm gonna look into that. Okay, um, inbox, clients, pilot batch 002. All right, let's see where the batch is. Unpublished, published. 001 is published. 002 is published now. So this is what it would look like. I'm just going to show you an idea. So let's say you want to target roofers. Let me pull this up for you. Let's say you want to target roofers. For every single company that's here, it, it'll show you the 30 companies. I guess it'll actually show you the company. It'll show you a snapshot of what the, of what the website looks like, but it'll also show ability to look them up on Google Maps, look them up inside Evie AI. So for example, this company safeguardli.com, they're a roofing company. I'm going to click look inside Evie AI and Evie AI will show me if we have any employees of the company that work there. So Sometimes it will have them, sometimes it won't have them. I kind of go through this and I see, okay, so for example, this one here, look up inside Eviair. Now these are really, some of these companies are really small, so they're not going to have a ton, you know, they have 480 perfect reviews, but they might not have a ton of people that work at the company. Let's take a look at this company, see if we have a bunch of employees that work there. Looks like we have 23 employees that work at the company. You see that? So many of these companies are not going to be— here's the owner's information with his cell phone number and email address. Many of these companies are not going to be in ZoomInfo or Apollo or any of these places, but we scour the internet to find you leads that most people will never find. And that's if you have an agency or if you're selling to a particular industry, being able to build a pipeline from companies that nobody is finding, That's powerful. And so you basically just say if you wanna keep them, hold them, or skip them, and then you tell Peter why you wanna keep them, hold them, or skip them. And the next day it sends you additional leads. That's a powerful technology called Pipeline River. And that's something that's gonna help people be able to— and do you kind of see the way I kind of integrated it with Evy AI? So it's kind of like I'm integrating the various companies together. So that I'm able to connect things in a very impressive way. So if you're not currently doing this, if you're not building AI agents, highly recommend that you get on board and you start doing this. Let's see what this said here. Separating the greens. Okay, so it finished round 3. Let me give it some more feedback. Finished round 3, 3B. Let me give it— it's waiting for some feedback from me. So let me go ahead and give it some feedback. Mark Pollux. Okay, so homepage. Okay, let's go ahead and give it additional feedback. Now we're gonna do the homepage, group landing page, category explainer page, and comparison article page. We're gonna do that next. So it's going to go ahead and design that. Once I have those designs, I'm going to send it over to my building agent. Bill and Mark are going to get together and then they're going to build the whole design for it. That is beautiful. Beautiful. Isn't that nice that we can build things like this? And so if you want to see my full portfolio, just hit me up. Let me know. This is the entire portfolio over here. I actually built— I'm doing a Claude masterclass in 48 hours from now. So if this is Something that you want to be, you want to be part of, you want to join us. I would love, I would be honored to have you in the class. Yeah, join in with us and learn. We only have two seats left, and so if you want to, if you want to join in, just let us know that you want to join in, and we'll be more than happy to get you in if you qualify. You'd have to apply. So prospecting party. I showed that to you. I have a whole LinkedIn training replay with a live Zoom chat.
Got an idea? Write it down clean. One good pain point, one real machine. I build AI employees with clock code that turn one sharp thought into a work mode. You don't need code, you need the map. Clear offer, clear task, then stack by stack. First see the gap. What do they want? What do they pay for? What do they hunt?
Then split the work.
One job per lane. One One for support, one for legend, one for follow-up, one for booking calls, one for the emails, one for the walls. Keep it simple, then make it move.
I built a whole knowledge base that's crawlable by MCPs, by API, and by AI agents. So this is a very, very, very detailed knowledge base of our product. And now if I want to ask, if I want to train a new chatbot or train something on the Evie AI system, has everything from styles to personas to pricing to help to company to developers to features. And I keep making this knowledge base better, um, with all the new features that we keep adding to it. So I'm just so pumped that we have this type of tech.
Train the steps, let the system prove. Don't chase genius, build the repeat. Put the work where the work gets beat. Build the crew, give it the Name, let it work for you.
Build the crew, build the crew.
Anyone can do it if they learn the tools. Step 2 hits, make them autonomous, not the puppet show. Make them audacious. Set the rules, set the outcome, set the handoff. Watch the hours come. Give each employee a clear first job, a clear next move, a clear feedback knob. Then brand the thing, make it look real.
The sharp little Another thing that I started doing was documenting APIs. So if you get access to an API, you can go and like deeply document that in ways that is not documentable, um, you know, like way, way, way past their documentation to properly train what is possible with that API. So if you get access to an API, you're paying like $10, $20, $30 a month for an API. There's so much that you can do with that API that the developers themselves don't even know because you have your own case use. So, you know, properly documenting APIs is so important in the world of AI.
Not just a bot, but a business with a name. Give it the name that sticks in mind. Easy to say, easy to find. When they ask who made it, tell them straight. You built the machine, then you let it Keep it simple, then make it move. Train the steps, let the system prove. Don't chase genius, build the repeat. Put the work where the work gets beat. Build the crew, build the crew. Give it a name, let it work for you.
Build the crew, build the crew.
Anyone can do it if they learn the tools. Then comes the part people really need. Make it earn back every Show the offer, show the result, show the before, then let it bolt. You don't need the code, you need taste and drive. You need the tools and the guts to try. You need Joe in your corner and 20 years earned agency muscle. That's lessons learned. Know that client game, know the pitch, the plan, know how to turn interest into hands. Anyone can start if they follow through. One idea, one crew, one name. Name one more. Start with the want, then build the frame. Name the worker, then own the game. Oh, make it useful, make it clear. Oh, make it run, then watch it clear.
Build the crew. Build the crew.
Give it a name, let it work for you.
Build the crew. Build the crew.
Anyone can do it if they learn the tools.
Build the crew. Build the crew.
Idea to income, that's the whole view.
Idea to income, baby. That's how we roll. Idea to income. Idea to profit. I told you. That's, that's just— I don't know what to say. I'm gonna go for a run now while this thing builds out the, um, The app, and then I'll show you what the app looks like. Maybe we'll get together again soon. If you want to get together again soon, just let me know. Let me know if you want to join the Claude Masterclass. Do this. Send a— let me, let me get you. Let's see. Visit it live. Okay. So, 2 things I want to share with you before we go. Number one is we have a— I think it's down here. I'm gonna pull it up for you. We have a Content Studio footprint audit, Newsjacking Daily. Okay, here's the masterclass funnel. So if you want to join this class, takes 2 minutes to apply. You could go to Evie. You could just text the word Claude to 973-841-8868. Try that, or go to evieus.com/claude. All right, so that's.
