In this video, commercial real estate broker Joe Apfelbaum presents a comprehensive LinkedIn success toolkit designed to help brokers generate more leads and referrals. He begins by outlining a "center of influence" list that identifies 15 key professional categories—such as property developers, real estate attorneys, commercial lenders, and corporate real‑estate executives—that brokers should connect with on LinkedIn and at networking events. He then describes the planned components of the toolkit, which include outreach DM templates, evergreen post ideas, curated lists of titles and industries, AI‑driven content prompts, video script ideas, connection note scripts, elevator‑pitch one‑sheets, LinkedIn headline and profile optimization checklists, daily engagement routines, analytics tracking guides, personalized messaging campaigns, content calendar templates, LinkedIn ads best‑practice guides, showcase page concepts, case‑study templates, FAQ/objection‑handling scripts, continuous‑learning resource lists, group‑engagement strategies, influencer‑collaboration ideas, advanced Sales Navigator search techniques, and more. Apfelbaum emphasizes his credibility—citing past speaking engagements with the Office Moving Alliance and experience training over 1,000 companies—and highlights that over 10,000 users already employ his Evii AI platform. He invites viewers to provide feedback, request access to the toolkit, and try the free Evii tool at evai.com, aiming to help 30,000 commercial real‑estate brokers leverage LinkedIn effectively.

First, this is a center of influence list for CRE brokers. So this is the list of all the people you need to be connecting with on LinkedIn and networking events to enable you to get more leads. The best clients, especially in CRE, come from relationships. You know that. So here's a list of the types of people that you need to be connecting with. Property developers, real estate attorneys, commercial property managers, commercial brokers, mortgage brokers, commercial lenders, economic development agencies, accountants and financial advisors, corporate real estate executives, business consultants, industry-specific influencers, architects, design firms, tenant representatives. These are the people. So if you go through this, you'll see that full list of 15 types of people and ask yourself for each one: Do you have somebody or are you in that type of network? The next thing you want to think about. Is key sources that are respected by commercial real estate brokers. So for example, people that are in corporate relocation. I don't know if you know this, but I did a talk for the Office Moving Alliance several times. They hired me to come speak in Orlando and in Phoenix, and that included 80 of the top moving and relocation companies in the world, including Beltman Logistics, JK Moving, Chipmunk, and many, many others. So if you want intros to any of those companies or you think you would benefit from knowing who they are, and, you know, I'm happy to kind of guide you and show you where to find them. The other thing is business expansion and site selection consultants. These are the people that know when companies are expanding. Commercial real estate listing services, business brokers, government officials, private investors and family offices, local business owners. So I broke it all down over here, why, and an example of each one. Each one. And then here's the full toolkit where I didn't finish building this out yet, but I'm planning on building it out. So let me know if this is valuable to you and if you want access to this toolkit, which is templates for outreach via DM for commercial real estate brokers, evergreen post ideas for LinkedIn, lists of titles and industries to connect with on say LinkedIn, maybe even the lists of people.
