In this concise instructional video, Joe Apfelbaum presents a free 5‑step goal‑setting framework designed to help individuals and businesses turn aspirations into results. He walks through each step: (1) name the goal, (2) set a deadline, (3) brainstorm every required task and person, (4) organize those tasks into a sequential order, and (5) take daily action. He emphasizes that goals should meet SMART criteria—Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time‑bound. Apfelbaum notes that most people stop after brainstorming, failing to organize and act, which leads to unfulfilled goals. He directs viewers to download a printable worksheet at joeapfelbaum.com/goalframework, promising additional tips to elevate personal and business performance.
