How to find out a NAME from an EMAIL - Reverse Search

Joe Apfelbaum and others demo five ways to find someone's name from their email: Google search, Perplexity AI, a custom reverse-lookup tool, BeenVerified, and People Data Labs. They also show how to use Evvy AI for bulk LinkedIn engagement and promote a $984/year software bundle with coaching and summit access.

Quick question, somebody recently asked me, said, Joe, how do I find someone's email address? Like, how do I actually find somebody's email address? If I have somebody's email address, how do I find it? So let me change the title of this. How do I find someone's name from email address? So finding someone's email address, that's fine, but how do I find someone's name from their email address. All right, that's going to be the title of this LinkedIn Live, and let's rock and roll and make this list right now. All right, let's go. I'll do it now.
All right, so let me, let me write this out in a Google Doc.
I'm going to go open up a Google Doc just so you guys can follow along very, very simply. I'm going to open up a new Google Doc and said, How to find any email, any name from an email address. Okay, how to find any name from an email address. So that's going to be the name of the presentation, and I'm going to kind of build it out together with you while you're on LinkedIn Live. So first thing is I'm going to make the title here just like this, how to find any name from an email address. Step 1. Do a Google search. Okay, what, what did you find? Step 2, search perplexity. What did you find? Step 3, Use this reverse lookup tool I created. Okay, let's find the reverse lookup tool I created. This is it. Step 4, use BeenVerified. Step 5— okay, that would be the 4 steps. That's it.
That's what I would do.
I would do how to find anyone's name from an email address.
That's it.
These are the four steps that I would do, and I'm going to say let's find the been verified email. Been verified dot com. Been verified email. Okay, that's it. I'm going to go here and go like that. Okay, you've been verified. So these are the steps that I would do. Use perplexity search, and perplexity search would be. Perplexity.ai question mark. Is it question mark? No, I drive. Let's see which one it was. It was the LinkedIn registration summit. Here, look at this. Here, search perplexity. Here's how you do it. Email. Um, and then the same thing with Google. We're going to click on Google. We're going to say email here. So how are we going to do this really, really quickly? Let me just click here. We can put it all into a spreadsheet, use a spreadsheet to make it go Fast. Sheets.new will open up a new spreadsheet. Okay, this is what I would do. I would do this. Uh, the next step would be after been verified, step 5. Use People Data Labs as a last resort, as it costs per lookup. Okay. All right, there we go. We did it. How to find any name from an email address. All right, so let's test this out. Let's take any name from here. So as from a Google search standpoint, um, so let's say for example, I want to do a Google search for this person's name. I just go like that, boom. And I find this person, Simone Montgomery, For Success. For success for biz, I would just take that off and see what comes up. And see if anything comes up for this person right here. Simone Montgomery for Biz Success, and I click on it, and then I see that. So I'm going to say search any part of the name. What did you find? Search any part of the name. Of the email in Google too. For example, if the email is Joe1234567whatever, just search that and see what comes up. Often they use that as their username. on social sites. Pretty cool, right?
Let me go here.
I'm going to hit share. Anyone with a link, copy link. Let me go into Zoom real quick. I have a Zoom call starting now. Let me quickly hop into Zoom. Hello, hello, hello. I'm on mute.
Hey guys, how are you?
Hey Joe, how are you?
I'm doing fantastic. I'm living my best life. What's new in your world?
I'm trying to do the same.
Are you using artificial intelligence with LinkedIn right now?
Currently, no.
Okay.
I think that's why Howie connected us.
So AI has some revolutionary things that you can do with it, like really, really revolutionary things that allows you to be able to like write content. It allows you to be able to leave comments on people's posts. It allows you to be able to save specific people's profiles to lists. It allows you to be able to use templates to go really, really quick. It allows you to be able to do a variety of things on LinkedIn to get clients. And I have lots of trainings that I do with people in general, and I have software that I've developed. Um, and so Howie wanted me to talk to you about the software that I developed and just in general, the new tactics that are working now in 2025. We did something called the LinkedIn Influencer Summit. Have you heard of the Influencer Summit?
I, I have not.
So it's the 2025 LinkedIn Influencer Summit. I bring together the 9 top LinkedIn influencers every single year.
So it happened this past Wednesday.
February 19th, between 2 and 5 PM. And we brought together 9 of the top LinkedIn influencers. And what I personally did was I went ahead and I wrote an article that took and broke apart everything each influencer taught.
Mm-hmm.
So if you go, if you go to LinkedIn right now and you go to my profile, you'll notice that in my profile, I have an article that I wrote. And that article is called LinkedIn Influencer Summit Special Notes. I'll put it in the chat, in the Zoom chat so that you have it.
Okay. Sure.
There you go. I just put it in the chat of Zoom so you can open up that article. And if you scroll down, it's a pretty comprehensive article. It shows a list of all the influencers and then it shows each one of their presentations and what they shared. So those are all the new strategies that are happening. I'm gonna be doing a recap on LinkedIn Live on Monday. At 10:30 AM. So I'll, I'll send you the invite for the recap. If you want to join that, you're welcome to join. There's no charge for that, by the way. It's totally free. So you're welcome to join, um, the recap of that event. I'll send you, um, a template as well. Uh, um, I'll send you a thing on Zoom right now in the Zoom chat. Um, so you can kind of see that right now.
Okay.
Okay, so I just I just shared the link with you and said says join me on LinkedIn Live on Monday, February 24th at 10:30 a.m. to review all the tips and blah blah blah blah. You see that?
Mm-hmm.
So I'm going to be discussing that for an hour.
Okay.
I I really appreciate that you guys did the the the blueprint with us.
Mm-hmm.
But if if the stuff don't get put into into into action.
Then the results are not gonna show.
Right. No, I get it.
Um, I'd love to guide you through the process over the course of a year to put it all into action.
Right.
Um, but I don't wanna charge you for, for training. I wanna give it to you kind of like on me to get the training on me.
Okay.
However, okay.
I'm gonna need you to actually, um, I'm gonna need you to actually use the software that I teach in order for you to get the results. And the software is $984 a year. So if you pay for the software, I'll give you my $10,000 program included.
Okay.
Um, so if that's, if that's something that he can afford to invest in, the $984, I'll tell you how you can get it and we'll get that for you.
Okay. Okay.
Does that make sense?
So the software would just be to—
To write the content, to leave comments, to like every— well, it's like your assistant, you know, you are his assistant, but you need an assistant for yourself to help you go fast.
Right.
Got it. So it's just paying for the software.
You pay for the software. You already paid for the blueprint. You paid for the blueprint.
So you have your strategy. Now we got to put the strategy into the software and then I'll teach you how to use it, how to do it every month for 2 hours a month in a group setting. And I'll walk you through. You already have your business networking one sheet done. So that's already done. We need to create one for Howie. We have one for you, but we need to duplicate yours and create one for Howie. And then we need to make sure it's on the pro— on his profile. We need to optimize his profile.
Do you have access to his profile by any chance?
I do not.
So you have to get—
I'm sure I can get it.
Yeah, get access to his profile so we can optimize his profile, 'cause his profile looks like crap. It looks really bad. So we need to write all the content for his profile.
We need to make sure your profile looks even better.
You haven't implemented the banner that we created for you on your profile.
Sorry?
Like your background banner is not implemented. And we need to start posting on your profile and adding more connections, 'cause right now you have like 400 followers.
So I want to—
I want you to be part of what we're doing and just kind of for a few hours a month, just join the trainings and just come be in my world more so that I can teach you all the things, all the new things that are happening.
Okay.
So, uh, Monday at 10:30 AM, come join me for an hour. I'll send you the link to the— I'll bundle it up and I'll call it a bundle and I'll send you the link to the bundle. evai.com/bundle, where I give you that $10,000 worth of coaching.
And I'll also throw in a community.
I'll throw in, I'll throw in a bunch of bonuses. I'll throw in like a, a template generator, um, where I'll, I'll do all your templates for you and help you put them into Evai. I'll, I'll, I'll give you a side panel extension that works on every platform and teach you how to use it. Like, I'll throw in a bunch of other bonuses for you.
Cool.
So I just sent you the link to the bundle in the chat. So if you click on that, you just put in your email and then you just, it'll say, you know, it'll take you to Stripe, you check out, and then I'll do a custom onboarding session for you as well. Like usually I do onboarding sessions for people, you know, so I'll send you an onboarding session, but then I'll do a custom one for you to kind of guide you.
Cool.
But yeah, that's what I wanted to talk to you about.
How does that sound?
All right, great. Yeah, no, it sounds good. Definitely interested in just activating this and trying to make it, make it work. Yeah. Put it into motion.
Put it into motion so that we can start getting people on the phone that are the most ideal people for your business.
Right. Okay. Yeah.
Let me, I mean, I don't see this being an issue, but I'll just run it by Hatley and then, uh, and then come at 10:30, come at 10:30 on, if he's interested in joining 10:30 on Monday, I don't think he's, I think he's gonna be over his head. But if he's interested, he's welcome to join as well. 10:30 on Monday.
Okay.
Um, and I think I sent you the link to that, to that event.
Did I send it? Yeah, I sent it in Zoom.
Yeah, it's in, yeah, it's in the chat. I'm going to try to move my other calls at the time. Okay.
Awesome. Well, I appreciate you getting on the phone with me, sir.
Thank you, Joe. I appreciate it as always.
All right. Talk to you soon. Have a good weekend.
All right. Sounds good. You too. Hi.
If you guys are watching me live right now, I'm curious to know if you guys are watching me live.
I wanted you guys—
I want you guys to be part of what I do. I, I literally want you to be part of what I do. This is why I go live. I go live to have you be part of what I do. And if you want to be part of what I do, just say, I want to be part of what I, what you do, Joe. I want to be part of it. I want you to be part of it. Um, let's see what, let's see what's going on over here. I'm going to click on comments and then I'm going to drop a bunch of templates into these comments over here. Oh, let's see what the cruiser said. Mine is a spreadsheet now. Delay. Add mine. Totally slightly worth it. If you got— if anyone wants to join me on live, I'm on right now. Um, let's see, I'm going to send a link to my live. You can discuss your business. And watch me comment on everyone's post with my system. If you want to just watch, it's on my profile. I'm live now. All right, so how do you find people's email addresses? Let's get back to the topic on hand. So step number 1 is do a Google search. I'm gonna— I'm also gonna remove this here. I'm gonna hide this here so you can see my face properly. Um, so first step is do a Google search. Okay, so you Google search an email address. So I find an email address, I want to Google search it. Any email address, I just click on it and I Google search it. Chances are I will find people's information by just doing a Google search. Now, what is the— how is this related to this guy here? I don't know how this is related. Um, but that's a good idea. I'm gonna take A post. Oh my God, I just thought of an idea of what to do with AI. OMG, I'm gonna go to Claude. Oh my God, I'm gonna take this to the next level. If you guys wanna see me do this now live, oh my God, am I gonna, am I gonna blow your mind? Should I blow your mind? If you want your mind to be blown, just say mind blown in the chat or blow my mind in the chat, and I'm about to blow your mind for what I'm gonna do. But let me, let me just rock and roll and bring some people on here that want to be on live. Julia Gold is on.
Hey Julia, good to see you.
How are you?
Oh, hello.
Hello.
Thank you for joining me. Of course.
So I'm showing people how to be able to do things on— so this, the topic of this live was going to be how to find anyone's name from an email address. 'Cause a lot of people, a lot of people get emails, you know, like you, you get emails, somebody signs in up to your list and then you don't know who they are. So how do you find their email? So I'm gonna create with artificial intelligence, I was gonna sit down and actually create a tool that will automatically be able to generate anyone's name from their email using my, I, I wrote down a, a 5-step approach on how to do it. And I was gonna use a piece of technology that automatically goes through each of the 5 steps. So I already started the process of building a reverse search tool, lookup tool, where you put in someone's email and automatically looks them up. But I wanna do like a phase 2 and a phase 3 where it also generates links. So with one click of a button, you can do a Google search and another button you could do, You could do a perplexity search, you know, step number 1, look it up, step number 2, whatever, like, you know, take it to the next level. So that's what I'm thinking to myself, you know, like, so, so let's say you want to find someone's name, you would do first name, last name, company, and then you press look up. And if you can't find any information through my backend system, then you could push a button, it'll do a Google search. You could push another button and it'll do a, um, You push one button, it'll do a Google search. You push another button, it'll do a Perplexity search. Do you guys know what Perplexity is?
Hey, Michael Taylor, welcome.
How are you? We can hear you. Doing great.
Great.
So glad that you're pushing the chat.
So you guys are live with me here. So I have Julia Gold, we have Michael Taylor, um, we have Sarah Fuentes.
These are amazing. I'm saying both.
Somebody said, how do you find my live? Just go to my profile.
You find my live on my profile. It's on my profiles. Okay, so I'm going to go here. It's on my profiles.
It's on my Facebook.
It's on my LinkedIn. It's on my Twitter. So guys, so one of the things that we do as part of the Marketers Cruise is that we get together and we have a posting party for all the people that were on the Marketers Cruise. So I'm going to click on the spreadsheet.
So check this out, just to make it easy for you. I click on the spreadsheet and then I have a list of all the URLs that I need to open. So I'm waiting for everyone to post their URLs here because look at this, Mo Cooper hasn't posted her URL.
Tammy hasn't posted their URL. Misha hasn't posted their URL, but I can see they're on it.
You see, you see they're on it. So my URL is right over here. This is mine. I click on it and actually I want to tell you guys a secret. I posted this 20 hours ago. Michael and Julia and Sarah, I posted this 20 hours ago, guys. And then I went back and I edited it because I realized it had a bunch of typos. And once you edit your post, it kills the reach of the post. It actually resets all the engagement. So I did it right before the posting party.
I edited it.
And now everyone's going to comment on this and it's going to reactivate the engagement. But I tricked the algorithm.
Do you know how?
I originally didn't include any links in the post, but when I edited it, I changed and added all my links. You see my link to ajaxunion.com, my link to the EvAI bundle, my link to my book, highenergynetworking.com. And what I realized is, is that LinkedIn doesn't linkify the links. So it doesn't linkify the links. That means that the algorithm doesn't detect that this post has links in it. Do you get what I'm saying? There's no way for it to detect that it has links. And so now I have a post that is getting engagement, that people are reading, that has links, but the algorithm doesn't mind that it has links simply because I edited the post and added my links. But I did it after the window of the algorithm monitoring the post. So the algorithm is no longer monitoring this post, and I don't care, but it's still going to go out to people. And this is a very important post to me because this post tells my story. It tells you what I do for a living, tells you my background. This is how people get to trust me, know me, like me, and so on. So this is the idea, and you can see people are commenting on it.
Tina, Veronica. Lisa, Selena, Steven, and you can see all these people are commenting.
And one of the things that I do is I make sure that I reply to everybody's comments. Now, I might not have the time to reply to everybody's comments, so I use artificial intelligence, namely the tool called Evie AI, to help me reply to the comments. But I don't wanna write a whole long reply, and so I have a very specific Comment Reply Persona. You see this one is called the Joe Apfelbaum Comment Reply Persona. And if I go in here and I click on Derek's thing and I click generate, what this will do is it'll read his comment and throw in a tiny little comment with the word boom. You see that? Every step forward, progress, keep pushing. You see that? So I replied to this, but I didn't have to sit down and actually type up the whole reply. That saves me a ton of time, but I want Michael and Sarah and also Julia to kind of introduce themselves.
I see Julia's walking around there, so that's super interesting.
Julia, do you wanna unmute yourself briefly and just tell everyone who you are and what you do? And I'll pull up your post as well.
Perfect. Yes, I do a lot of leadership consulting and executive coaching for companies to pivot or recover from tough workplaces. A little bit. They'll do a lot of career strategy and travel retreats. And then they do a lot of corporate training for companies. And then this post is about speaking up and just that culture, feeling comfortable when you're working.
That's awesome. I love that. Thank you for sharing. So I'm gonna comment and I'm gonna give you a light bulb comment, 'cause this is a very insightful post.
When you're commenting on people's posts, don't just leave a regular thumbs up or a middle finger. We don't like your middle finger.
We like your insightful, your heart. We like your love. So make sure that you love. I'm gonna click comment over here, and then I'm gonna hit generate, and it's gonna read her post and suggest a thoughtful comment with my persona called the Joe Apfelbaum Friendly Persona. Julia, your post hits home. I remember a time when I was held back my ideas in a meeting, thinking it was safer, but then I finally spoke up. It felt like the weight was lifted. It's so true. Silence could be more damaging than the fear of speaking out. Keep sharing those important messages. How nice was that? I shared a story, a real story. That's beautiful. Thank you so much, Julia, for making this post and for allowing me to comment on it. Michael, do you want to share what your post is about? I'm going to pull up your post as well because Michael, Michael is right here.
Michael Taylor. Let me find him.
He's here. He shared his post over here.
So let me open it up. Go ahead, Michael.
We hear you.
Yeah, yeah. So so night night. I'll hear it. Last last night was the highest highest hockey game in fifteen years for what was a made-up meaningless tournament. And so my post is on how players bought in and how that got fans to buy in, and it became the highest rated. Game in the last 15 years, and it was a meaningless tournament.
Wow, that's incredible.
I love that. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and drop a comment on this post as well to support you. Remember that every time you leave a comment on someone's post, you're actually amplifying it and sending it further into the algorithm. So I do recommend that you tag the person by pressing the@ sign and clicking on their name. And then you make sure that you read the post and read the comment and make sure that it makes sense. I read the post, I read the comment, it makes sense, and I'm gonna comment it. And my comment said, this is such a great breakdown. It's amazing how a little passion can turn meh into something epic. I remember when I got hooked on hockey after the 1996 World Cup too. And actually, I played roller hockey, believe it or not, and I'm also an ice skater. And so I loved it. I was actually in Montreal at that time, and I have pictures of me playing hockey in the ice in Montreal. Isn't that crazy?
Oh, that's so cool.
And so this really resonates with me, and the AI knows who I am. That's insane. It knows who I am and it tells stories as if I would tell the story. And this is seconds. And for those of you that haven't gotten the bundle yet, if you go to evviai.com/bundle, we're offering $10,000 worth of training for just buying Evvy AI Pro. So we're throwing in an entire year worth of training to be able to benefit. Plus you get unlimited posts, comments, messages, connection notes, recommendations. You get a networking one sheet, you get a dashboard and so much more. And now we're also giving away the LinkedIn Influencer Summit recordings. That's 4.5 hours from the 9 top influencers. They shared all their insights and all the tricks for what works on LinkedIn. We're giving it away. It's usually $300. It's selling right now for $300 and it's not even available. It's gonna be available in 2 weeks. We have it ready on demand available now. So if you guys get the bundle, you'll get that available on demand and I'll throw in last year's Influencer Summit at no extra fee included in the bundle. So guys, if you're interested, write bundle in the chat so I know you're interested in the bundle. This is for a limited—
Time only.
Sarah, let's look at your post. Sarah Fuentes, welcome. So glad that you're here.
Hello. Hello.
It is definitely from a teacher problem perspective. I was on my Facebook, and when I was teaching 10 years ago, that was my table, my dining room table. Oh my God, 20 pounds of papers to grade. And since I had a week off of work, I spent the entire week just grading by hand.
I, you know what I love so much about this post? I love that you actually took a screenshot with the actual date and that it's a private post because it's only shared with your audience. You see the way that it's only shared with your audience here. So on Facebook it was a private post, but over here on LinkedIn, you're sharing it with the world. You see, you're saying, taking something that's very private and personal from Facebook, which is clearly from Facebook, and you're sharing it with the world. That is very, very beautiful and very powerful.
So congrats on doing that. Thank you.
and repurposing content. I'm a huge proponent of repurposing content. Most people, they post something, they think they can't post it again. But I would suggest people post things over and over and over because nobody remembers what they saw in 2014.
Nobody remembers. So I work with schools to increase math achievement by leveraging tools that make it sustainable for teachers because I don't want this to be true for any teacher ever again. Wow, that was like 50 hours of grading if I graded nonstop. And that's, that's why I shared that story.
I love that story.
And I was actually a teacher, an elementary teacher in Kentucky, believe it or not.
And I remember, I remember spending my winter breaks buried in papers. I remember that like it's today in Louisville, Kentucky. I was a rabbi, I taught in the Army, and then I taught in an elementary school. in Fort Knox, an elementary school in Louisville, Kentucky.
I think it was 3600 Dutchman's Lane or whatever.
That's where the school was. And let me tell you something, I resonate with this on a very deep level. And you know, the crazy thing is there's a billion people on LinkedIn and people have very diverse lives. And so what you share on LinkedIn about yourself will often resonate with other people, whether it's what Julia shared. about not speaking up, whether it's what Michael shared about sports or some hobby, or whether it's what you shared about grading and spending time doing these things. That's— and I'm so grateful that you guys are here with me, sharing the, the stage with me to be able to let the world know how important it is to be posting on LinkedIn and engaging methodically. Now I want to show you guys something called the bulk Link opener. Have you guys ever heard of the bulk link opener?
Nope.
No, you haven't heard of it. So I developed this last— I think it was on Monday I developed the bulk link opener. I think I developed it while I was on LinkedIn Live, and then I created a template for it. I know I laugh really weirdly. I'm like, I don't even know why. I laughed like that at a comedy club one day, and someone's like, hang on a second, who's laughing like a pervert? And I was like, I was like holding my mouth shut. I was like, no, no, you don't want to hear the perverted laugh. Anyway, so it's right over here. It's called the, um, the Bulk Link Opener. You see that? So if I press copy this, the Bulk Link Opener, I'm gonna give it to everybody as a gift. So whoever's on this live right now, I'm gonna go to my live in the comments of this live. I'm gonna put it in here and I'm gonna give it to you as a gift or write gift in the chat. And I will send it to you in the DM wherever you might be. So if I open up this bulk link opener, look at this. It says safely open up multiple URLs with customized timing. You'd be like, ooh, interesting. What does that mean? So let's say for example, I have a list of URLs that I wanna open. So for example, I'm in a posting party and I have all these URLs that I wanna open. You see that? So if I wanna open up all these URLs, then it's gonna take me forever to know which ones I opened, which ones I didn't open, and all that stuff, right? So what I'm gonna do here is I'm gonna hit clear all URLs, and I'm gonna paste all these URLs here. Then I'm gonna hit process so I can open them one at a time and it'll tell me which one I opened already. Or what I can do is, you guys ready for this? I can say start timed opening and it'll open one every 30 seconds. In this case here, I'm gonna say open it every 45 seconds so I have time to read the post. And I'm gonna press start timed opening and it's gonna start opening each post. So it's gonna start with Elisa, but do you see it's counting down? You see 40, 39, 38. So it's gonna pop up with a new one. Even if I get ADD and I get distracted, it'll still open up a new one for me in the next 40 seconds. So I'm gonna open up Evie AI. I'm gonna click in here. I'm gonna hit generate. It's gonna read the post for me. Okay. I love how you emphasize the importance of details in launching pro. And remind me of the time when I first started out, I had ideas but struggled with logistics. Your approach helping coaches, da da da da da. Okay. Now I'm gonna tag her by pressing the@ sign next to her name, clicking on her name, and then hitting comment. Did that take me long? Now I'm done. I close it, but in 2 seconds it's gonna pop open a new one. You saw that the next one is my own. So during my own, in 45 seconds, I'm gonna reply to all these comments because I can reply very quickly to comments with Evvy AI. I also have a bulk liker that I created with AI that likes all the posts with a click, and it, you could load all the posts and it'll just like everything at one time. Um, in this case, I'm gonna go through these and methodically reply to each person and probably message each person as well. So I'm gonna leave this one open because I want to get back to it. But do you see I have 14 seconds left to get to the next one? And it shows me which ones it already opened. And I could also pause it. Do you see I just paused it? If I want to resume, I could resume, or I could just say go to the next one, or I could stop the whole thing and, and, and clear all the URLs. Michael and Sarah, what do you think of this technology that I built that you guys now have access to? Or anybody else in the comments, or maybe Julia.
Yeah, that's amazing. That's a great time saver. Just kind of goes through it all so you're not having to double-check where you're at.
Yeah, you don't have to double-check where you're at. It tells you what you did, and if you are in a call, you can pause it and continue later. But look, I'm gonna, I'm gonna do all of these. What do you think, Michael and Sarah?
Uh, Michael, freaking awesome. And I gotta tell you, I know that there are some other AI tools out there that people use for like 1, 2 days before I was introduced to Evie AI. And what originally started as a comparison, there is no comparison. Like, The add-ons, the stuff that you have added in this bundle is like just ridiculous. Like it crushes everything out there that I've seen. I've seen 3 things now.
Thank you. I have about 30 other bonuses that I don't even talk about publicly that, um, that I give to people. Like for example, do you know what my— did you— have you seen my template generator? So you can answer a series of questions.
No.
And then what I do is I use my template generator to generate the answers to all those questions. So I'll give you guys as a gift the template generator. And if anybody wants this, I'm not going to share this publicly because it takes up credits for me every single time. So it actually costs me money for people to generate templates. So I'll send it to you guys privately here. I'll send it to Sarah privately and I'll send it to, um, actually Sarah's not connected to me, so I can't message her. Um, so Sarah, send me a connection request and I'll connect with you, but I'll send it to Michael privately. I'll send, well, this guy for some reason is not connected to me.
Thank you, Joe.
Um, I'm going to hit message.
We got disconnected after you had a LinkedIn issue with the account.
Oh, really? All right, so I'll send you, I'll send you a message like this. I just sent you a message.
Um, I just sent you a message right over here, so you should have received it. That's a template generator.
I'll also send it to Julia. So the way that I find Julia, she's right here. I'm going to click on this, and then I can send it to Julia because Julia and I are connected.
And I'm going to press send the template generator.
So when you fill out the template generator, you know what happens?
You type in your first name, last name, and company name, and your professional title.
You put in how you would describe your business in one sentence. Then you write who you help and how you help them. You write what is your calendar link for booking meetings, your LinkedIn URL, your website URL, your email, your cell. a free resource or a lead magnet that you want to share, one impressive result or achievement that you'd like to highlight, any specific messaging or keywords that you'd like to include in your templates, your primary goal for networking, and what you'd like your messaging to be. And it'll create an introduction template, a follow-up after initial contact template, a meeting and call invitation template, a value proposition template, a testimonial and success story template, A promoting lead magnet template, a website promotion template, an event or webinar invitation template, an engaging with comments on LinkedIn post templates, a Zoom networking intro template, a problem solution template, and a quick response template with your contact details. And then you can save all those templates into Evvy AI because Evvy AI has a template section that works on mobile. So if you're ever on the go and you need a template, you just save all your templates here. And you can modify them, make them better, improve them, but at least you'll have your template generator that will generate all your templates for you and you don't have to rethink it or reinvent the wheel. Michael, that's one of 30 additional bonuses that I give people.
What do you think of that?
Good stuff, man. You continue to put out great material and connect with people and just being in your orbit, it's been what, 5 weeks now? And what a difference. Thank you.
Thank you for being in my life. Do you want to tell me a tip for speakers?
Oh, go ahead.
Do you want to give me a tip for speakers? Because a lot of speakers are out there and they're not really sure how to be excellent speakers. And I've seen you speak numerous times in front of groups and you're an excellent speaker, but you also train women on how to speak really well. Do you want to give some of the women or even some of the men out there a tip On how to improve their public speaking?
Sure. Quick ones. One is the internal game. You really gotta think to yourself, what are the stories you're saying? You really gotta think to yourself, what are the stories you're saying about your audience? Your topic.
What do you believe?
Do you have some stories that are not serving you? They're not gonna serve the audience either, and it's gonna be a disaster. On the external game, when you actually are speaking, you gotta be prepared to know your audience and make them the star of the show. Think that their content, their material needs to be the star, and it's always the audience. You set them up to win.
Wow, thinking about the audience is so important.
And what about you, Julia? Do you have a tip for people who might be ashamed of sharing themselves out there, a coaching tip where you can give something to somebody that they can take away and be like, you know what, I really, I really need to work with Julia, or I need to think about these tips. What are some things that you can share?
Yeah, I think it's always important to connect with your, your message, your why of what you're doing it, because it can get discouraging sometimes if you're not getting responses or you're getting negative responses depending on the platform. So just connecting with why you're helping to change people's lives or, you know, the ripple effect of the world in general, and I think confidence has a lot to do with it. A lot of people contact me asking for confidence, whether it's finding a new job or speaking up in their job, so remembering what you've done that you're really proud of and having people share with you what they admire about you, those are 2 small starting activities, because then You're remembering, oh wow, I did those 5 badass things. That's amazing. And so just reminding yourself that you've done things and because it can get discouraging depending on where you are and the environment you're in. So yeah, connecting with yourself and also surrounding yourself with others who will bring you up. You know, being in a good environment makes a big difference. So that's why it's good having you in my network. So that's great of you.
Wow.
Very powerful. Thank you for sharing.
And Sarah, as a teacher that works with other teachers as an expert, can you share with us some tips for people who are teachers and coaches?
Sure. I think there's so much— we already know there's so much overwhelm out there that people are trying to do as much as they can for kids but feeling like it's just too much. And so they just wanna keep their head above water. And it wasn't until I started my own business that I realized that there are other ways of doing things that would save me time without sacrificing the quality of the work itself. And so I just keep on reminding teachers that there are processes out there, working with me or working with Math Mini Lessons, I can find ways to give them back that time without a cheat, without some type of, hey, do this instead and you could just get by. No, you can still have quality work with kids You can still really make kids grow without feeling like you don't have a life anymore.
Wow.
It's not just about a product, it's about a practice.
You do, because I both seem to be doing that.
Well, it's about using the tech to do it. Yes, we don't want to do it because we feel like it's inauthentic and that it's, it's cheating people, but it's— no, it's not. It's, it's just taking it next level. And it's just opening up different possibilities.
People think that using technology is cheating. Some people think that using airplanes is cheating. Some people think that going into an airplane bathroom with somebody else is cheating. No, but what I'm saying is— what my point is, what I want you guys to know is that technology Kind of is cheating a little bit. And you know what? Sometimes in life you need to have an unfair— cheating means having an unfair competitive advantage, knowing hacks and having technologies that nobody else knows and nobody else has. And artificial intelligence used correctly, used authentically, used in the correct way, can help you be able to achieve some things that very few people can achieve in terms of the lightning speed that you get in saving time. You know, when I go to Brooklyn to pick up my kids for dinner, and I take them out to dinner sometimes 3 or 4 times a week because I love them very much— I have 5 children. The oldest one lives with me full-time, so I have dinner with her every night. But the other kids, I want to see them, and they live with their mother because they're still young and they go to schools locally over there in Brooklyn, and I live in New Jersey. And so my, my kids, uh, wanna see me right away. And sometimes they're like, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up. I wanna see you. Um, and what I end up doing is I pull up in the block and then I back up. Now that's not illegal to back up, but I don't wanna have to go around the corner cuz it takes an extra 10 minutes to go around the corner. Sometimes extra 30 seconds if I make all the lights. But if there's a bus or a garbage truck, Or a person who's experiencing homelessness, naked, running around the street yelling obscenities in Brooklyn, which happens very often, then you have to stop and watch that. And I don't want to have to waste time, so I will back up on my kids' block. I'll pull up from the main street, back in, because they live in a block that's very secluded, and I even have to go over a speed bump backwards, and my kids are there cheering me on. Go, Dad! Go, Dad! Go, Dad! And they love it. They love seeing me pulling up from the the street telling me to back up and back in and come on, let's rock and roll. Let's get this. Let's get to dinner quickly. So although it's not illegal, some people might consider it cheating that I backed into the block and got there 30 seconds faster. So I just want you to, I want you guys to think about what can you do to do things in a smarter, more strategic, and faster way? Because I truly believe that the right strategy will save you a decade. And here's something else. I would not be able to be commenting on LinkedIn thoughtfully while also doing a LinkedIn Live, which is called multitasking, if it wasn't for the help of artificial intelligence. I can edit something. I literally can edit something, um, very, very quickly and very methodically while I'm still giving a seminar, while I'm still doing whatever it is that I need to do. Most people don't realize the power of using artificial intelligence and using it, uh, successfully would be the difference between wasting a lot of time or having an unfair competitive advantage. Like Sarah said, maybe some people think it's, uh, cheating. And you know what? I think it's cheating not to use AI.
Why?
Because you're wasting time. If you're a lawyer and you charge an hourly rate, if you're an employee and you charge an hourly rate and you're doing things manually just to milk your employer, shame on you. You should learn AI and save them time and do more work for the same time. Do 10 times more work. Don't do less work, but do be 10x more productive. If someone hired you to create posts, figure out how to create their posts in their voice authentically. And instead of delivering one post for $250, Deliver 10, deliver 100, deliver 1,000, and you're afraid they might not use you as a result of it when then you have the wrong client. The right client will find ways, and with AI you can find brainstorm ways that they can use you in an unlimited fashion. And maybe they'll, you can increase your rate because you're so effective and efficient. I would rather hire somebody for $100 an hour that can be 20 times more effective than someone that I pay $10 an hour to. Because someone 10 times, if it's 20 times more effective, I'm actually paying the person that I'm paying $100 an hour, the equivalent of someone that I'm paying $5 an hour and it's less stress. So think about it that way. Think about being more effective and stop cheating the world by thinking it's cheating and gaslighting those that use AI. You like the way I took it to the whole next level there?
We're talking about gaslighting already.
But that's the idea. Julia, do you believe in AI or what's your opinion? I'm curious to hear from you.
Yeah, well, actually I think you are putting yourself at a disadvantage if you don't use it because you're going to be left behind. Most people are going to be using it in some shape or fashion, so you're just not going to be able to keep up. It's just, you're going to be obsolete, so you have to use it.
And I'm testing out this new technology, which is a side panel that helps me be able to not just work on LinkedIn, but it also helps me to be able to work on Facebook as well. So I can click on Jane's profile because I'm already connected to Jane. So if I go to Jane's profile over here, I click on Facebook and it'll load her Facebook account. This is insane. You see the way it loaded her Facebook account? Now I click on her name, and if I want to respond to any of her posts What I can do is I can select my Facebook persona. Then what I can do is I can easily select all the content that she shared here, February 19th, right-click on it, send it to the sidebar, hit generate, and it'll write me a Facebook response with my voice perfectly. So I'll just copy the Facebook response and paste it into Facebook. Cold outreach? Nah, that's for last season. I love how you highlighted the power of warm introductions, Jane. And now I'm gonna tag Jane so she sees me. Oh, it's like making a new friend at a party. It's way easier when someone vouches for you, right? Building trust.
I'm gonna say, like on the Marketers Cruise, like on the Marketers Cruise with Lou Edwards.
You see that? Trust is everything. Let's ditch the awkward pitches and let's keep shining. Let's chat more about an awesome topic soon. You see that? Dude, I just wrote an epic, epic comment, and I'm one of 3 people on this popular person that has 7,300 followers, and I'm one of the only people that left a comment. And instead of just saying fabulous, which I have nothing against Krista, I love Krista. We have this jumping selfie on the cruise. But come on, Krista, you could have said something better than fabulous. You could have said cold outreach? Nah, that's so last season. But do you get what I'm saying? The power of this, that it works literally everywhere now with the side panel extension, is just phenomenal. Like, my mind is blown. The fact that I can make this available unlimited, unlimited, as much as you want, as often as you want. You know, that's the definition of freedom, doing something as much as you want. With whoever you want, anywhere you want, anytime you want. Think about that. That's a powerful, powerful thing. So with that being said, I would love to welcome all of you to get the bundle. Just text the word bundle to 973-841-8868, and you can grab the bundle. It looks like my team wants me to jump on my next call, so I'm gonna hop. I'm gonna say coming.
Coming.
And we're going to end this Zoom. We're going to end this, uh, this meeting. And I just want to say thank you, Michael. Thank you, Sarah. Thank you, everyone. And guys, check out the comments of this post to connect with all the people that were on here. Take care, guys. God bless you.
Have a good weekend.
