How to FIND prospects emails on search engines - Joe Apfelbaum

In this extensive live session, Joe Apfelbaum walks viewers through converting his side‑panel target‑market finder into a full‑featured landing page using Claude’s code generation and GoHighLevel’s funnel editor, demonstrates the tool’s workflow for searching platforms, gathering emails, and exporting CSVs, and then shows how he integrates the landing page into his Evvy AI ecosystem. He outlines his daily LinkedIn productivity system—generating ideas, writing posts, engaging, connecting, and messaging using AI templates—while sharing real‑time examples of bulk birthday messaging and prospect outreach. The second half of the video is a detailed recap of the 2025 Marketers Cruise, describing the high‑energy vibe, events he organized (high‑speed networking, improv, LinkedIn trainings), the volume and quality of networking (over 100 new relationships, dozens of customers, projected $100k profit), leadership by Captain Lou, Mike Filsaime and Tom Beal, and lessons learned about LinkedIn usage among attendees. Throughout, Joe uses AI (Claude, ChatGPT) to draft articles, FAQs, and social posts, showcasing rapid content creation. The session blends technical instruction, entrepreneurial workflow, event storytelling, and live audience interaction.

Joe, can you convert that side panel extension you built yesterday that helps you find people's target market on LinkedIn into a landing page? So today I'm going to show you how to do that. But first, let me just show you the side panel I'm talking about. So let's say you're on LinkedIn through your messages and you're like, you know what, I want to find more people like Peter. What does Peter do for a living? Peter is a business coach, it looks like. He's an author. Okay. He's an author, but I want to find people like Peter on Instagram. So I have this cute target market finder here. I'm going to type in author. I'm going to type in business author. I'm going to click on Instagram. I'm going to click Gmail. I'm going to click results 100, and then I'm going to hit search. And it's going to search Google for all the people that have Gmail accounts that are authors on Instagram. Now I hit gather emails. And it just collects all the emails it can find. You see, it has all these emails. And if I want to turn it into a spreadsheet, I just press download CSV and it automatically turns it into a spreadsheet just like this. You see that I have everyone's Instagram and their email address for the ones that it found. If it didn't find their email address, I can manually go look for it. Or I could use another tool that will find their about section, grab their email and throw it in here because Their email's in the About section, for let's say Donnie P. Official, it's just not showing up here. Let me just quickly take a look and see if it's actually here somewhere. It found an email somewhere, but it's not actually showing up, so I don't know. Let me click on this real quick, see if it actually shows up anywhere here. Let me click on their name just to kind of see author. They have a Linktree in their Linktree. Let's see if there's an email here. Okay. I don't see an email here. And so I don't know why it's coming up when I search for gmail.com. Um, but there are third-party tools that will help you find email addresses of these people, but I have some of them and I can go on to the second page, third page, fourth page, and find all these authors' email addresses and start reaching out to them, obviously without spamming them, but building a relationship with them. So how do you turn that into a separate landing page? This is what you do. You go to Claude and you say, can you turn this into an HTML, CSS, JS landing page where it remembers each search? So you do local memory, the ability to delete copy history, doesn't do scraping because it's just a search link creator. Here's the type of HTML, CSS you should use. And so it goes ahead and it creates all this HTML, CSS for me. I'm going to go ahead and copy the contents of this. I'm going to go into my GoHighLevel instance and I'm going to go to LinkedIn brainstorming. Actually, I'm going to use Apple's Creations for this one. I'm going to press edit and it's going to edit the Apple's Creations funnel. So I have 2, I have Apple's Creations Home, and then I have Jobs Finder, but I really want to put it in the strategy.evaai.com funnel. So we're going to put it into LinkedIn brainstorming. I'm going to press Edit. It's going to edit this funnel. Then I'm going to go to the last one, the text formatter, and then I'm just going to clone this funnel step. And I'm just going to say clone it in this funnel. And I'm going to call this the target market finder. Should we call it the target market finder? What did Claude call it over here? Let me just download this and open it just to kind of see. Target market search tool. Okay. So we call it the target market search tool. So we're going to go back into GoHighLevel and then we're going to edit the name of this and we're going to call it Evie AI Target Market Search Tool. And then we're going to do Target Market Search. I'm going to hit update page. Okay. So now it's called Target Market Search. And now on top over here, still called /formatter. So we're going to, we're going to change this. To evai slash target market target dash market dash search and change this evai target market search. Okay, update step. Now we properly change the name to it in both places. I don't know why it makes me do it in both places, but it made me do it in both places. So I changed it over here like this. And I changed it over here by this. Now I'm going to click on edit and I'm going to edit the actual HTML file. So I click on custom HTML JavaScript. I click on open code, Ctrl+A, Ctrl+V. I'm going to delete the extra body tag here from the bottom, and then I'm going to cut out any extra, um, body tags from the top. So I cut out the top and the bottom. Now I'm going to go into the script area on top where it says tracking code, and I'm just going to put in the style tag here. Just so that it has the script and the style tag so it knows how to design the actual form. Now I need to create an image for this. So the place that I'm going to create an image for this is called Canva. So I'm going to go here. I'm going to go to canva.com and then I'm going to open this up here and I'm going to duplicate this image. Let's see, I'm going to duplicate this image here. Instead of calling it PDF Analyzer, I'm going to call it Target market search. I'm going to say find your target market on any platform. Okay, platform. Okay, find your target market on any platform. I'm going to go here and I'm going to change the name of this PDF, the name of this to target Market search. And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to export it by clicking on share, download, and then I'm just going to tick off the first one. So I just grabbed that image. Okay, now that I downloaded that image as a PNG file, I'm going to minimize this here and I'm going to click on this image here and then I'm going to simply edit this image. I'm going to upload the file I just downloaded. It's going to load right over here as the first file. I'm going to double-click on it and now I updated. I'm also going to update the SEO metadata so that when you search for it, it looks nice under social image. Double-click on that, double-click on that. And the content of it, instead of calling it the LinkedIn text formatter, I'm going to call it the target market search. And over here it's going to be called target market search tool that allows you to find emails for for any target market on any platform. Okay, I'm gonna press update metadata. I'm gonna hit save. I'm gonna hit publish. And then I'm going to click on this just to kind of test it out and see if it works. All right, looks like we did it. Target market search tool. So over here I'm gonna do speaker. I'm gonna search for speakers on Instagram. 100 results at once. I'm gonna hit search URL and it finds all the speakers on Instagram. Look at that. Boom, done. site:instagram@gmail.com. Okay, it did it. Oh, and I have a copy of all the search history. So instead I want to do LinkedIn, generate URL. I generated the URL, I find all the speakers on LinkedIn, and now it says speaker on Instagram, speaker on LinkedIn. If I wanna open it, it remembers what I did. Damn, son. So it doesn't lose it. Oh, that's so good. That's so good. And that was done. I'm done. How long did that take me to do? How long I've been on this for? 7 minutes. Wow. Write wow in the chat if you like what I just did, if you think it's useful and wow. And if you want the URL, say I want the URL. I'm gonna go ahead and send this. Look what I made just now. I just created it while on LinkedIn Live. Okay. So yeah, so there you go. So I just created that amazing landing page, which I'm very proud of actually. It's actually a really good landing page. It's a nice little gift to give away to people. Anyone can access this. It doesn't cost me anything for you to use this. You could use it as often as you like. And yeah, enjoy. It's live on the internet. Oh, I'm so happy right now. Do you wanna take a moment to celebrate how quickly I'm able to build technology when I come up with an idea? I have so many ideas constantly, and if I have to go to a developer every time I have an idea, Makes it very difficult for me to execute. So for example, if I want to be able to promote my courses, my programs, any templates that I have, I can literally just do this because I built a technology that allows me to simply, um, just click, click, boom, just like that. You see how quickly I'm able to leave comments. I just click buttons and the comments get created. Everything's right here on the right side. Looks like my son is calling me. Let me just— my son's calling me. Hang on a second. Let me pick up my call from my son. Hey, sweetie. What's going on? I do have half a day. You only have half a day today? Oh, no. Okay, is that good or bad? Do you want to take the train here? Okay. Do you want to play Fortnite with me? Okay, so let me know when you do. Okay, I'm on LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, and Facebook Live if you want to watch what I'm up to. I love you. And my son has half a day of school and he is like, oh, I don't know what to do. And I was like, do you wanna play Fortnite? Oh, you heard all that. Um, he's like, no, not right now. But if he wants to watch me, he can totally watch me. All right, so let's, um, let's take some action on LinkedIn every single day. On LinkedIn, there are things that you need to be doing to be successful on LinkedIn. I have an AI called Evvy AI where I teach people how to be able to use artificial intelligence. And I give you the tool that allows you to do this. So when you log in here, you'll be able to have something called Learning Hub, Quick Links, and then you have a daily workflow. And this daily workflow organizes what you need to do in the morning. So the first thing you want to do is you want to generate an idea, and there's a tutorial. Then you want to use the post writer to write a post. So every single day you want to write a post. Then you want to engage on at least 5 posts, connect with 10 new people, And then you want to reply to 20 people's messages. You want to send messages to 20 people, leave a recommendation, and then optimize your profile if you still have time at the end of the day. That you do that every day, you're going to get 10x the amount of exposure than you typically have. So let's see whose birthday it is today. Every single day I have a list of people's birthdays. Yesterday I sent out the birthday messages. I'm going to send them out today. I'm going to go to Evie AI. I'm going to go to my templates. I'm going to type in birthday. Because I have a specific type of template that I like to use. I'm going to click on happy birthday. Today's 10/26, so I'm going to use my 1/26 birthday update. Um, try this again. Birth. Okay, so I'm going to grab this, I'm going to press copy, and then I'm going to go here and I'm literally just going to do this. Watch. Paste once, twice, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 6 times, and 7 times. That took about 15 seconds to do, maybe 30 seconds including grabbing the link, maybe 45 seconds, but let's just consider it a minute. Okay, took me a minute. To go ahead and message everyone. Wow. For me, that's fantastic. Then I take a look at who recently engaged with me on LinkedIn. Who are the people that are engaging with me on LinkedIn? So I go to my profile, I click on posts and activity, and I just identify, okay, so who are the people that are actually engaging with me on LinkedIn? I could take a look at these people. I can see their profiles. So for example, I see we have Mark gave me a heart, Ace gave me a heart, Jack gave me a heart. I control-clicked on all of them. Robbie Hassan, Cruz, Catherine. I'm going to take a look at their profiles just to see who these people are. I see we have this person, Marc-Antoine, Consciousness Whisperer. Take a look at what he's up to here. It looks like he posted about a day ago in a different language than I typically speak, but my artificial intelligence can still read his post. Unfortunately, he only allows connections to comment on his posts. So I cannot comment on his post. Next, moving on. Looks like I have a pending connection request with this guy Ace. Um, and yeah, we still have a pending connection request. I'm gonna send him a message, but I can't send him a message. We're not really connected. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna say, I'm gonna use Evie AI. I'm gonna click on the microphone. Not sure if you know this, but I realized that we do have a pending connection request. Have you noticed? I'm going to go here. I'm going to press and I'm going to press comment. And now I commented on his post just like that. I want to check to see if I have any available connections. Yep. I have 3 people that I can easily connect with. I'm going to see who else is waiting to connect with me on LinkedIn. As you can see, I have over 1,000 people waiting to connect with me on LinkedIn. I'm going to go through and just identify if there's anyone here that I actually recognize and see if we can connect with each other. Irwin said, see if you're on my new connections, fellow Made of Rehabments community. I don't know many of these people here. Kristen Connolly says, I enjoyed the webinar Improving LinkedIn with AI, was insightful. As a seasoned project manager, I'm excited to apply to some of your strategies. Okay, that one's a good one. That's a good, that's a good connect. Tuval Bailey said, Hey Joe, let's connect. Top 3 NASA blah blah blah. This is from 3 days ago. Uh, Lacey Platt, Maisha Morgenstein. Um, enjoyed my first posting party this morning, Mandy May. I'm gonna accept that. I'm also gonna accept Sally. Now what I need to do is I need to go ahead and remove people because I'm at max connections now. So if you go back to my network, You'll notice that I have 30,000 connections. That means I can't add any more connections. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go through my connections real quick. I'm gonna pick a name like Mandy, M-A-N-D-Y. See if any of these Mandys are people that I have messaged in the past. I see I messaged her last time last year. She's been pretty responsive. So Mandy's a good name. Have you had a chance to see Let's see what— okay, I'm gonna go to this Mandy over here. Let's see. Happy, happy. Okay, so this person I've been messaging for a while and she hasn't really responded to me anytime soon. So I'm gonna click on Abby AI. Looks like I've been messaging you for some time and you haven't really been responding. Not sure if you're using LinkedIn. Although LinkedIn does tell me that you are currently on LinkedIn. Let me know if you use the platform still. I'm going to press send. And then this Mandy May right here, training sellers and masters of Sales Navigator. July 4th was the last time. She said, I've heard of it, but never really checked it out. Oh wait, I'm thinking Eva, maybe similar, not yours. We just added some new features related to Sales Navigator. I think because you're selling sellers how to use Sales Navigator, you might benefit from knowing more about our feature. Would you be open to me showing it to you? Okay, I'm gonna press go and send that. And as you can see, I'm doing things pretty, pretty, pretty good. Um, LinkedIn Live. Um, okay, so we gotta find more people to disconnect from. So I'm gonna go here, I'm gonna hit, um, so those people weren't good to disconnect from because they're all active. But let me find the name like Megan. Megan, because Megan's chatting with me on WhatsApp right now. I'm gonna hit search. Now I'm gonna scroll down and pull up all the Meghans. Okay, so I pulled up all the Meghans. New business at Time Moving. Megan, I am hosting a summit this next month called the LinkedIn Influencer Summit. It's where we gather the top LinkedIn influencers and we share their secrets at no cost for 3 hours. Would you be interested in joining us? Let me know and I'll send you the link. Okay. I'm hosting a summit this Feb on Feb 19th called the LinkedIn Influencer Summit. Send. Now what I'm going to do is, being that she has no image, I'm just going to remove her. So you first want to send a message to somebody and then you want to remove them. So this way you can keep messaging them back and forth. Um, okay, so let's go to this Megan. So what I'm going to do is, now that I have this message in my You see how quickly I can message all these Meghans? So I'm gonna go through every one of these Meghans and I'm gonna send all the Meghans this message. You see that? We have 1, 2, 3, 4. Now this is relevant because every one of these Meghans are connected to me on LinkedIn. Some of these Meghans I haven't spoken to in some time, as you can see. See, the last time I messaged that Megan in red was in 2020. This Megan over here, I messaged happy birthday. She hasn't responded to me. Totally fine. Over here, 2021 was the last time I messaged this Megan. So this is a relatively new strategy to be able to message as many people as you want. Using this strategy, you're gonna be able to get a lot more responses. So the strategy behind the type of message that I sent was a curiosity-building message. Message, which allows me to be able to build curiosity with people relatively quickly. And I ask a question, but I don't give all the information. That's really key. I ask a question, but, um, I'm not giving away all the info at once. You see that? Megan Clark. Look at all these Meghans. Megan. So this Megan's here. I'm live. I'm chatting with her on WhatsApp too. Last thing I was working on, Canva template, finishing it up today. Amazing. I'm gonna go here. We have this. So if you're watching me live, say I'm watching live. I'm curious to know who's watching live actually right right now. Megan Murphy, she's a luxury yacht seller. You see that? And then we have Megan Conway, SVP of Brand and Creative. We have Megan Smith, select board in Vermont. We have Megan Shen, a behavioral scientist. We have Megan Watt. Happy anniversary. Megan O'Rourke. I just had a conversation with her. I invited her to a networking event and she showed up. That was pretty cool. That spits out reach out to, for target. Are you suggesting that the people spits out reach out for target market research? Yes, and to identify if they might be a good client. Okay, let's see. All right, Megan Mann, the flywheel on Facebook. Ooh, that sounds interesting. I would want to learn more about that. Megan Dahl, Megan McCoy. Let's just see. Megan Edwards, Megan Voygias, Megan Martini. I haven't spoken to her in some time. Megan Keegan. Oh man, this reminds me, you know, like there are some people that I haven't spoken to in a while, and by taking this approach, I'm able to remember the people that I have to go deeper with and maybe use another platform to communicate with those people. You know, that's powerful. It's a powerful idea. Megan Kent. We got a couple more Meghans. I'm probably gonna remove that Megan there without a photo. Um, see this one here? But first I'm gonna message this Megan. Also, this Megan has never responded to me, so I'm gonna go ahead and remove this connection just like that. We got Megan Burns. I haven't spoken to her since January 5th, and she hasn't responded to any of my things. She did give me her email address not too long ago. Former CEO, board advisor. And then finally, Megan Cunningham. Boom! That didn't take me that long. Oh, let's see what Kelly's saying. Kelly messaged me just now. Let me know. Okay, let's see. Christian Connolly said, I enjoyed your webinar on improving your AI. I'm excited to apply some of the strategy. I'd love to connect and share ideas on leveraging AI project management. I'm happy to connect. Okay, let's see. Ian Turner commented on my post. He says, are you still live? Yes, I'm still live. Is this still live? Yeah, this is still live, Ian. This is definitely still live. If you want to join me on Zoom or something and chat with me, you can. Let's look at Ian's profile. Ian made a comment about something the other day. Uh, just did a join of Sales Navigator Core. Just joined Sales Navigator Core. Amazing. Okay, let's see. I'm gonna send him this. I'm gonna say, Ian, I'm hosting a, um, thing called the Influencer Summit. Now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go here to Evie AI. I'm gonna click on templates, add a new template, and I'm gonna say message. It's a message, and this is called Influencer Summit DM. I'm gonna say name, and I'm gonna hit save template. Um, join me and 1,000 other attendees. We have a great lineup. Join at no cost. Copy. I'm gonna paste that into here just like that. Let's see what happens. Let's see what Ian says. Ian says, thanks, Joe. I'm going to say you're welcome, and then I'm just going to paste that in here. Okay, and I'm going to paste this. This looks like it's starting to take off. 41,000 people saw this. I posted this one day ago, and guess who wrote this post? Heavy AI. Heavy AI wrote this post, and 41,000 people saw it. That's incredible. At least I think it's incredible. But just because 41,000 people saw the post, it doesn't mean I'm gonna get any clients from it. Instead, the one person that comments, the right person that comments, that's the person that I can get on the phone with. And the person that I can get on the phone with is the person that can turn into a client. That's the idea. So I'm gonna go here, join me and 1,000 other attendees. I'm sending him a message. Let's see what Mandy May says. Enjoy the first posting party. Glad you enjoyed it. If I want to send her this template, I could just click the little dropdown here. I can click on Influencer Summit domain. I could hit generate, and it's going to generate a Thanks. Sounds like you had a great time at the posting party. I'm hosting a LinkedIn influencer summit tonight for free. Let me know if you'd like the link. You see that? So the AI kind of customized that message to what she said before. That's the power of Evvy AI. Very, very powerful. All right, let's check out some other people here that have been looking at my stuff. We got Cruz, we got Ravi Hassan. We got— oh, it looks like somebody's chatting with me on HelpCrunch right now. Let's pull up HelpCrunch. HelpCrunch login. Let's pull this to the side here in case it's something that somebody wants to know that's personal. But we have live on our website and someone's right now asking a question. So I'm going to go ahead and click on that and build those relationships. Now, what I want to do is I want to have a public Publicly facing marketing crews spreadsheet to make it as a as a thing. Publicly facing. I want a game. Somebody wrote chat closed. Michael Neal said something. How do you create a list of people to monitor posting on premium? Do you already have your list? Okay. Oh my God, this is great. Thanks for sharing. I want to say you're welcome. All right, so I'm going to go here. I'm going to close this, close this. Ooh, this is good. I'm going to write a post about this in school. School. I'm going to go here and I'm going to say find. Anyone's email quickly using this hack. Find your prospects' emails. If you are looking for emails for your target market to be able To create Facebook targeted ads, try out this new Evi AI Pro feature. We are rolling. Let me know what you think. And also, We created a beta Chrome extension, extension that can pull all the emails into a CSV that it finds quickly. Check my last LinkedIn Live to see the Example in action. I'm going to go here. I'm going to click on how I use Evie AI. I'm going to put a GIF. I'm going to put this person here. I'm going to hit go. All right. Find your targets quickly. Let's see my first draft one sheet. Let's check out her. Ooh, I like this one sheet. This is very well done. Barbara is one of a kind coach, women chemists. I'm gonna say I love this one sheet. Now it's time to add it to your post. and make it featured so we can get you 100 likes and comments on it. All right, let's do that. Looks like you are streaming on a few platforms, can't see the Zoom link. Okay, um, you can go on LinkedIn. You might be able to see this better on LinkedIn. Wicked Digital Media. Um, Eric Edwards says, learning from you. I'm gonna say thank you so much. Okay, let's see what this person says. Just saw this. Thank you so much. Check this out. Okay, let's see what this is. People are saying so many nice things here. Wow. Thanks for sharing. Very nice. Hey, Ian. He said it's Ian. It's not Ian. It's Ian. Okay. I'm going to start closing out some of these windows here. Alrighty. Yeah, we have a lot of really cool things that we've been building out. Here's a marketing cruise thing. We already built this out. We don't need to build out another one, but check this out. I'm going to go to eviai.com. I'm going to click on login. Then on the left side, I'm going to click on save profiles. I'm going to select a list. I'm going to select a list like Megan here. Oh, it's not Ian. I was wicked on YouTube. Oh, thank you. That's funny. I didn't know that that was you. Let's see, I'm gonna leave Megan another comment here. I'm gonna build some rapport with her. So I went on a cruise called the Marketers Cruise. Let me know if you would wanna go on a cruise with 400 online entrepreneurs. Is that something that you would wanna do? To meet online marketing entrepreneurs and to get to know them and build relationships with them and create joint venture partnerships? Is that something that you would wanna do? If you want more information about the cruise, say more info about the cruise, please. I'm gonna create an article about the cruise, and it's gonna be a very detailed article. It's on my list of things to do. So if I go to Drive, I'm gonna click New, and I'm gonna go to New Document. I'm gonna say The Marketer's Cruise Report. Recap by Joe Applebaum. Marketers Cruise 2025 Recap by Joe Applebaum. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to open up my mic so you can hear what's going on here. And I'm going to chat with ChatGPT about this. ChatGPT. I'm actually going to use the Marketers Cruise Directory chat, so it has all the information about the directory. I'm gonna put it in voice mode. Hello. Let me put on my headphones. Hello. I have a question for you. All right, ready when you are. Let me know how I can assist or chat. I wanna create an, uh, an article called the Marketers Cruise 2025 Recap by Joe Apfelbaum. Can you ask me some questions about my experience on the Marketers Cruise so I can tell you a little bit about it and you can help me write a recap? I wonder if it could hear me. Sure, let's dive in. Here are some questions to get your thoughts flowing. 1. What was the overall vibe of the Marketers Cruise 2025? Did anything stand out to you about the atmosphere or the people? Were there any specific moments or events that you found particularly memorable or impactful? What ports of call or excursions were your favorite, and why? How did the networking opportunities compare to your expectations? Did you meet anyone who inspired you or sparked a potential partnership? Did you attend any of the group leaders' showcase sessions or other featured activities? If so, what did you take away from them? What did you learn or gain from this experience that will help your business moving forward? How was the balance between work and play? Did the cruise feel more like a vacation, a business event, or a mix of both? Were there any surprises, funny moments, or unique experiences that really stuck with you? How would you describe the leadership and organization by Captain Lou, Mike Filsaime, and the crew? 10. If someone asked you if they should attend next year, what would you say and why? Feel free to answer whichever ones resonate most, and we can turn those into a fantastic recap. All right. So what was the vibe? Let's begin with that. What was the vibe like? The vibe was actually very high energy. You know, there are different types of people in the world that have different levels of energy. And when you go on a cruise, You know, typically it's people that are a little bit, from my experience, lower energy. They want to just chill. They want to go to the buffet. They want to eat. But when you put 400 entrepreneurs inside a cruise together, there's something really, really special that happens. And these aren't regular entrepreneurs. These are online entrepreneurs. Most of them are speakers, authors, coaches, consultants. They all have tons of opinions. And so bringing these people together on the cruise has really been very impactful for me because it's a different spirit. It's people that are more evolved, people that are working on themselves, people that have audiences. And so it's just interesting to be able to bring these people together and see the different levels of people in different areas and how they come together and how they build relationships and There's always something to learn from each person, but the vibe I think was high energy. People were hungry to learn, hungry to connect, hungry to network. And it would— there was always an interesting conversation to be had. There was always something, whether it was at the JV Jacuzzi, whether it was at Pizza and Profits, whether it was just breakfast, lunch, and supper, there's always somebody who had a comment, somebody who had a question, somebody who wanted to learn, somebody who wanted to grow. And so it was very powerful to connect with these people deeply. I had over 100 conversations, and I took over 100 selfies with 100 people that I had 100 conversations with, and I posted them on social media. And I can tell you that this is one of the most incredible events that I've been to in the past couple years, and I'm so grateful that I was able to experience the vibe, the camaraderie, the family— the family-like vibe There weren't a lot of cliques. Even people that were there, a lot of people were there for the first time. It was 70% women, 30% men. People came with their spouses, with their families. It was like 70% vacation, 30% business. But it was so effective and so great to be able to make not just, not just people for the meeting for the first time, but actually create friendships with a lot of these people. Now I have friends. I personally was a little intimidated at first because I never met anyone before. There's 400 people out of 4,000 people on a ship, and I just never met anybody. And now I get to meet all these new people. It's kind of a little scary, but the people made it so easy. Like, nobody ever really rejected me. Well, there was one person that rejected me, and I'm okay with that person's rejection. But for the— out of 400 people, 399 accepted me, loved me, connected with me. Well, 398. There were 2 people. One, one person who just came up triggered, another person got angry about something, but 398 were really happy to see me. And it was such a great vibe and I've gotten so much love and so much connection with so many people. So the vibe I think was excellent, was transformational, and it was conducive to joint ventures and conducive to success. Moments and the events that were impactful for me, I think the ability for me to be able to rally around a group of people that were really hungry and that were asking for things like, for example, I met somebody that did improv and I said, do you want to do a networking improv event? And I put together a few dozen people and we did an amazing networking improv event. And then, you know, the action that people were taking, the amount of people that were just kind of like leaning into the conversation and wanting to connect and wanting to build relationships was just really different than a lot of the other events and venues that I've been going to. People were humble. People were willing to give their best. They were show their best, be their best, and show up fully just wanting to learn and grow. And so this is a very nice audience of people that had humility and were willing to just tell you all their secrets and give it all away and just connect deeply and just be able to be present there and, and just enjoy. You know, it's like, it's like a time to get together and a time to enjoy and You do business after. Maybe you do business, maybe you don't do business. That's not the point. The point is I have a whole new community and a whole new group of friends that are high energy, that are coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs. So it was, it was really powerful to be able to be in that atmosphere. So there were some pretty epic moments. I, I probably had over 100 incredible moments and special connections with people. Um, so it's really hard for me to kind of break down every moment, but I think it would be worth it for me to take a couple moments. Like, for example, I was in a cabana just relaxing, watching sunset with somebody, and then we were done and they were on their way and I was on my way, and then somebody yelled out my name. He said, Joe! Joe! And I walked over to him, and he's sitting in a Jacuzzi. This is a guy that's going to be walking across Africa to dig 400 wells across Africa manually, by hand, with a group of people. And he— we just connected, and we went very, very deep very, very quickly. And we ended up just building this friendship, and now we're friends. He's a client of mine now, but now we're friends, and it's just such a beautiful moment that he called my name out. I came to him, and he told me I impacted more him more than anything else in the world, and it was just so nice all the kind things that he said, and it was so nice all the kind things that I shared, and we really connected on a very deep level. We're both parents. We both had difficulties in our marriages. I ended up getting divorced. He has an estranged marriage. So it's like very interesting. The way we connected, the way that we shared with each other, and the way that we were willing to go deep and kind of get to know each other. So that was a really powerful moment. There were so many like little powerful moments like that. Um, I actually didn't book any excursions. I wanted to sleep during excursions, but I ended up going on excursions that were unplanned. Um, my favorite ones going was going to a cigar shop in St. Thomas. My other one was in the Dominican Republic. I met with a few friends and we went shopping. We literally just went to the store shopping and then we went around hopping from cabana to cabana. And it was just so nice to meet all different types of people from all different worlds. But that was really nice. The networking opportunity doesn't compare because I get to kind of jump into people's families. You know, like I come to dinner and then there's Molly Mahoney there with her husband, her 2 kids, and her whole staff. And I'm sitting next to her having dinner with her. Like, Wow. What's the likelihood of being able to kind of inject myself into people's life like that and be able to network and build relationships and relationships that last a lifetime? Because how often do you have dinner with a business relationship that you just met and their whole family? That's very, that's a very, very powerful, like, you know, skipping a bunch of levels to get down to the ultimate trust. I met so many people that inspired me. I met All the group leaders were just so super inspirational. They had incredible stories. And yeah, they were so— Lou himself, I mean, Lou's story, how he grew it for 18 years, he's building this Marketers Cruise community. And even the story that he told me, I started connecting with people way before I got on the ship. I started reaching out to some people. I made a list of all the people on the Facebook group and I started building relationships with people. And I was like— Damn, son. I was just— it was just so inspiring to see his story and how he actually told me he was Orthodox at one point, and he went to Lubavitcher Yeshiva, which is the same school I went to. And he told me his whole life story with a 15-minute conversation. And now he like— now we're buddies, now we're friends, now we're gonna— I'm gonna be on the ship again next year, but he already invited me to have appetizers with him near his house. So that's like really, really powerful that I get to do that, and I get to like just connect with him and so on. Attending the group leader showcase, definitely went to a couple of them. I really wanted to prioritize my rest during this time. So when they had those events, I tried to rest as much as possible, but I did go to a couple and I was able to spend my time learning and growing and so on. So those were really nice. What did I learn and gain from the experience to help businesses? For me, it's like how hungry people are for growth and how much help people need to be able to share their voice and how few people even use LinkedIn right now. There's 400 people in the room. Only 25% of them even have a couple hundred connections on LinkedIn. The rest of them are not even on LinkedIn. I think it was really 70% play and 30% business. But for me personally, it was 70% business and 30% play. But for me, play is business. It's kind of like one. So I'm always having fun, whether I'm going down a slide with somebody Or whether we're playing pool or whether we're sitting around having dinner or we're in the jacuzzi or whatever we're doing, there's always some business to be done. There's always some conversations that will lead to opportunities because I'm always asking the right questions. Surprises and funny moments. I mean, there were so many funny moments. I feel like everybody was a comedian on the ship. I kept laughing the whole time. I was making people laugh. People were making me laugh and we were having such a good time. It was one woman that was looking at my t-shirt because I had a Minions t-shirt. And I said, hey, hey, hey, eyes up here. That's like a joke because I had like 2 eyes by my chest. And I said, eyes up here. And she looks at me and she's like, eyes down here. And I was like, no, no, I'm not doing that. It was such an instant connection where I looked at her from afar and I was like, oh, we have nothing to— nothing in common. And then all of a sudden, like, we have this little mini interaction and we become fast friends very, very quickly. And I was like, wow, like, you know, we both have this sense of humor that we connected on very quickly. And then we got to spend time in a game show together and we got to do all types of stuff. So it was really, really little, those little moments, like those little side moments, walking somebody from the ship to, like, off the ship to the banking area to go have a drink, or just sitting on the side and seeing somebody that's from the marketers cruise and turning to them and asking them if it's the first time that they're there and having an incredible conversation that leads to dinner, that leads to dancing, that leads to— the next morning doing some type of strategic alliance or something. Like, it's like the little side conversations are the biggest ones. And in terms of the leadership of Lou, Mike, and Tom, the MC, like, these people, they wear their heart on their sleeve. The amount of love, the amount of giving, not just from Lou, Mike, and Tom, but all the group leaders, all the people just kind of like leaning into it. And the groups that they've brought themselves And the amount of giving, and thanks to Virginia Musquiz who brought me onto the cruise, and she treated me like a king throughout and always being there, and she's just such an amazing giver. I would say the leadership was incredible. And, um, of course sometimes things went wrong, like the mic stopped working a bunch of times, or there were certain things that just didn't work the way it was planned. But those were funny moments. Those were moments of humor and connection and humility. And it was just so beautiful for people to just come together and love each other and to connect and to be able to step up and step into leadership. That's what it was about. So overall, I had a really great time. I left very inspired, very motivated. There's a guy named Tevye in Puerto Rico at the social club. He connected with me with a bunch of the group leaders, and I was able to kind of meet them because of that. So I'm very grateful to Tevye and some of the other people there. So overall, it was very impactful, very positive, and I'm so grateful that I got to do it. And I'm gonna do it again next year. I want to be a group leader next year. That means I wanna bring 9 people along with me. And if you wanna be one of them, just hit me up, let me know. And I'm writing this article right now using artificial intelligence because I want to write a whole recap about it. And kind of get all my thoughts out of my head onto paper to allow me to be able to properly let people know what this is about and what I experienced so that I can bring more people with me. I have 2 people that are already booked, so I only have room for 8 more people. I only want to bring 10 people with me because I don't want to take responsibility for bringing in way too many people. I know some people bring 30 people with them, but I'm looking to book 10 cabins, which wins me a 30-minute spot. As a group leader, but also so that I have my people, and it has to be special people that I'm bringing along with me. So I'm going to be inviting people from my community to come along with me. I'm gonna be networking them with the 400 people that are going on the ship next year before we even go on the ship, and I'm gonna do all the practices that I typically do with these people to help connect them, network them, and build relationships with them and the community to integrate them way, way, way before, during, and after. the crews to be able to show how, how you masterfully network, how you do things in a way that's like proper and that's long-term. Relationships are not overnight. They're not fly-by-night. They are long-term. And so that's, that's my thought process. So, uh, ChatGPT, I know you're listening and this was a mouthful, but tell me what you heard so far and ask me maybe 3 more questions. Sorry, I'm having issues right now. Our systems are experiencing heavy load. Please try again later. No way. No way. You're— are you telling me that everything I just said was completely worthless? It wasn't worthless because everything is being recorded. I'm curious to know if you heard me right. I heard you in the chat. If you heard me, I'm gonna stop this. I'm gonna end this recording here with ChatGPT. But, um, wow. I think it's because I spoke for 15 minutes straight and had a heart attack. I should have— I shouldn't have spoken that much, but it's okay. I'm gonna take the recording of this, throw it into Otter. And organize it and then turn it into, turn it into this. But check this out, I'm gonna grab this here and then I'll work on properly answering these questions. Boom. What was the overall vibe of the event? What were the most specific moments? How did they compare? Why did you attend? Boom, boom, boom. What was the balance between work and play? How would you describe leadership? Great. Great rendition, he said. We heard you, Joe. Okay, good. I'm glad you guys heard me. I'm gonna go here and I'm gonna— so the vibe was just incredible. Yeah, I felt very, very honored to be on that ship and to be able to add as much value as I did. Really, really powerful. Let me show you another way to type things up and I'll type it up in a different way. So check this out. You can use this typing tool here. So check this out. And I'm going to go here. What was the vibe of the Marketers Cruise? Did anything stand out to you about the atmosphere of the people? The vibe was really incredible. I really enjoyed connecting with the authors, speakers, entrepreneurs, and I love that most people had an online business and were willing to share all their secrets. I know that I showed up authentically and I shared as much as I can during the times that I had in front of people. There were 5 events that I organized myself. And everybody was really gracious. I organized a high-speed networking event and 50 people showed up. I organized a networking improv and we had dozens of people that showed up to that. And then I organized 2 separate events that were LinkedIn training events that people absolutely loved. And so between all the different events that I put together, the small ones and the big ones, I feel like the vibe was really high. Anytime I ever met anybody, they were excited to see me. There were 2 people, however, That had some complaints about me, that I was too much or something. But that's okay because 398 people were really happy to see me and be with me. And I feel like I've made like definitely at least 100 friends that I'm going to be following up with and building relationships. And I already have a dozen customers as a result of being on the ship, and I'm going to be helping those people generate $100,000 in profit this coming year. So I'm just really grateful that I'm able to impact people deeply and make a difference for them in a meaningful way. And I feel like the vibe of the ship was exactly that, what I was looking for, a connection with people that I can connect with deeply and I can build friendships for the long term. All right. So you see the way I typed everything up. Were there any specific moments or events that you found particularly memorable or impactful? So let's see. Let's go here and separate this out. Okay, so let's do this one over here. I really enjoyed the elevator pitches. Watching people do their 30-second elevator pitches over the course of several hours was really draining for many, but for me, I was energized and I learned a lot about people and their personalities, and I'm very grateful That I was able to record most of it so that I had artificial intelligence help me organize the information in a meaningful way so that I can go back, listen to it again, and even have it transcribed for me and organized into a custom GPT. Let's just see what else. Um, any other moments that weren't impactful? What really stood out to me was the little moments, the profits and pizza, the joint venture jacuzzi moments, the times when people I met randomly, whether it was for breakfast, for lunch, for supper, during an event, before an event, after an event, dancing in the evening, or just watching sunrise, watching sunset, or even running with people. I ran every single day, went to the gym every day, and made sure that I was Keeping my health tip-top shape to be able to have the energy to network with so many people. I was eating healthy, I was taking care of myself, and I was hanging out with people that I was able to connect with and that I was able to vibrate in a very high level. Not every connection turned into a friendship, but I can say I have over 100 friends as a result of being here. So I had many memorable moments, whether it was playing pool or whether it was Mini golf, or whether it was climbing or going down a slide, or just shopping in the Dominican Republic, or cabana hopping, or it was just hanging out with people, um, just anywhere, just talking, having conversations. It was really powerful. Um, what were your favorite ports of call? I really enjoyed Puerto Rico. As soon as I got off the ship, I saw a Walgreens. It made me feel at home. I took an Uber to to the old San Juan Hotel. And I got to meet some incredible entrepreneurs that are part of the San Juan Social group. And I was just so welcome there. Tevye specifically introduced me to many of the group leaders at that event. And I felt very warm and cozy. And I had somebody that bought me a drink. I asked them for some water and they bought me a bottle of water. And I felt so weird about them buying me a drink, but— I ended up buying them a drink back later, but I'm just so grateful that I had such a good time with all those people and I connected deeply and I have so much follow-up to do, which I'm very grateful for. How did the networking opportunities compare to your expectations? I was blown away by the amount of networking opportunities, not just the volume, but also the quality, being able to have dinner Every single day with people and their entire families was very meaningful to me. I sat down next to Molly Mahoney with her husband, her 2 kids, and her entire staff. And for me, that was very impactful to be able to get to know her, who she is, and her family. And I did that with multiple people across 8 nights, and it was just incredible to be able to go deep with people, get to know who they are, where they come from, what they do. And it's almost like a hack to be able to build trust quickly, to be able to spend 8 days with hundreds of successful entrepreneurs and go deep with the right ones that match your vibration is very powerful. Um, let's see. Did you attend any group leader showcases? If so, I attended several of the group leader showcases, but what really stood out to me was the events that were like off to the side, like the impromptu events. I did 2 LinkedIn training sessions and those were really impactful. Or just little roundtables sitting around having conversations, strategic alliances, getting people together. Even the event after we finished the whole cruise, we went to a hotel together with 12 of us and we did a roundtable event. And it was just so beautiful the way that everybody shows up, leans into the conversation, and is willing to just be part of the community and is willing to just give back and is willing to be vulnerable. It's just really incredible to see the people that were there, and I'm looking forward to keeping in touch with all these amazing friendships that I've made. What did you learn or gain from the experience to help businesses move forward? What I really learned over here was that so many people are not using LinkedIn. Only about 25% of the people even have a few hundred followers on LinkedIn, and every single person in the room can have 30,000 followers by just adding connections in their target market using LinkedIn. So I feel like I was able to add a significant amount of value as being one of the only LinkedIn experts in the room that specializes in making sure that people have tens of thousands of the right followers. And fortunately, I was able to work with over a dozen people so far to help them be able to start getting closer to generating $100,000 in profit this year. So I'm very lucky that I got to meet these people, connect with them, build relationships, and go deeper. Moving business forward is about building relationships through trust, and coming to the Marketers Cruise is one of the most effective ways to build relationships through trust. I personally didn't meet anybody before I joined the cruise, and because Virginia Muschies invited me, I decided to come. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it. Okay, what was the balance of work and play? On the website, they say it's 70% business and 30% play, or 70% play and 30% business. I don't remember exactly, but for me, it was both. It was both play and business, and it's the best way to be. When you love what you do, you don't work a day in your life. I personally didn't go on any excursions, but I was able to actually go to amazing events with amazing people and connect with all different folks from all different walks of life. And so for me, it was all business and all play at the same time. It was really powerful. Were there any surprises, funny moments that really stuck out to you? There were so many surprises and funny moments. I feel like everybody was a stand-up comedian at the event. So many people were so vulnerable and so open and so connected. I had this one experience where I was walking away from spending some time with somebody in a cabana, and then somebody called my name from the jacuzzi. And I walked over and there was this tall towering guy that is going to be walking the entire Africa to dig wells for people who don't have water. And we were having this amazing conversation and we went really, really deep. And it was so surprising how incredibly human he is and how incredibly vulnerable he can be and how our stories are so aligned and how we, how much we have so much in common. And so I met so many incredible folks just like that, that my stories are similar to theirs. And I was very grateful that I was able to Connect with people in such a deep way. And it was like those little side moments that created the most impact for me. How would you describe the leadership and organization? After doing this for 18 years, I would've expected them to have everything figured out. Just kidding. There were some quirks, there were some issues, but you know what? They rolled with the punches and everything worked out beyond my expectations. Sometimes the microphone went out and nobody knew why the microphone would go out, but we finally figured it out. When the captain is speaking, the microphone goes out across all the side rooms. And it was just really beautiful to see people jumping in and supporting when things went down. Somebody got injured, somebody left the boat to go help them out. It was just really powerful. Another person got up and decided to start a GoFundMe campaign for the person who got injured. And everybody chipped in with their courses and people were donating money. And it was just so nice to see the camaraderie. And it's because of the spirit and the culture that Captain Lou, Mike, and Tom the MC, they just come together and they've built some incredible, beautiful moments for people to be able to have and to be able to share together. And it's just so nice what they do, and they're so kind and giving of their time. They don't charge people to come to the cruise. You just pay whatever the Carnival fee is. They could be charging thousands of dollars to be able to create this experience. Experience. And they're doing it as a service. And I'm really grateful that they put this together. And I can tell that they love the community so much, and they want to add so much value. And so it's just so beautiful, the things that they do and how they do them. Okay, and if somebody asks you whether they should attend next year, if you're serious about being an online marketer, if you're serious about building relationships and want to be able to go deep with people, this is a really great Event where you can come and also bring your family if you want, where you can mix it as a vacation, but also as a major business networking event that can generate a significant amount of revenue in your business through trusted partnerships. This is one of the best ways for you to build partnerships and build momentum in your business. I highly recommend it. All right, now let's take this. Let's take this. And turn it into an article. Watching people and their stories and expertise are not just exhausting. I even recorded many of these pitches with AI. Beyond formal sessions, the moments that stood out was pizza and profits. Let's go find the pizza and profits thing. Oh, this is a good one here. Download. This one's also very good. Oh, this one's even better. Download. I'm gonna download this one here. That one's cute. I'm gonna download this one as well. Download this one and download this one. Let's see what else we have here. Download this one here. This one's good. This one kind of has them all in one. This one's good. Shows me having dinner with a group of people. This one's good because it has me jumping over the cruise ships. This one is us jumping up and down of Joy. Let me see if there's one that's a drop slower. This one's a drop slower. This one's good because it's a nice group shot. Um, this one's really nice as well. Let's see, this one's everyone saying goodbye at the end. That one's nice. And this one's a cute one as well. Download. Okay, excellent. Oh, we have this one here as well. This one was at the very, very end as well. Okay, so there's some really good shots here. Oh, I like this one here, Captain Lou. Download. All right, so now we have all our photos together that we want. We're gonna go in here and bring those little moments together here. Now I could also go and take my uploads, my video uploads. Let me see this one here. These small moments add a deep sense of community. So let's go and find that other photo. Um, I think it was this one here. No, that's more of the excursion. Let's see. Oh, that one's good. Getting an Uber in Puerto Rico outside an ice cream shop. Taking a break in St. Thomas to do a jump shot. A collection of relationships. Okay, exploring Puerto Rico and building bridges. I'm going to go here and put that one in. That one's not exploring Puerto Rico. Let's see. That one's a good one. The generosity and hospitality of entrepreneurs. Um, Let's go here. That one's good. It really felt like a family. Counter vulnerability. Let's do this one here. Connecting on the deck and doing jump shots. Leadership and organization. That one's a good one because that one will be the last one here, which is Lou on stage. Yeah. Why should you attend next year? If you're serious about attending the online relationship building, it's a rare opportunity to combine vacation in a meaningful way. This is by invite only, so please reach out To me, Joe Apfelbaum, if you want to learn more about attending. And do it soon because whether you're looking to generate revenue, find customers, or simply connect with like-minded individuals, this event offers unique opportunities. I joined the cruise on an invitation from Virginia. Went to Virginia. Those skis. I'm so grateful. That was worth every moment. The Marcus crew is more than a trip. It was a Transformers experience. I can't wait till I come next year to deepen the connections I made. Delete that one. Let's see. Delete that one. Uh, let's see what other one here. I already used that one. I think it was this one here. There you go. The last session together at the hotel. Wow. Okay. So now let me go in here and do an FAQ. Based on the info I gave you and the info in the directory, create a comprehensive FAQ about the event. Okay. Wow. I'll give you a minute. This is really great. Look how quickly it's typing everything up for me. Powerful stuff. Okay, this is good. I'm going to copy all this information here. Copy. And then I'm going to paste it in here at the very bottom. Washington next year. General information with the marketers. Cruise and Real Mastermind brings together online entrepreneurs. Of course, yeah, no pitch session. And, uh, um, who attends the cruise? Participants include entrepreneurs, other culture marketing. Who organizes the event? CEO Group. I'm just going to delete CEO Group. Mike Filsaime and Tom Beal. I'm gonna see if Lou Edwards could be, um, Captain Lou. Mike Filsaime, CEO Grew, and then Tom Beal. I'm not sure if this is the right Tom Beale, but I'm gonna assume it's him. What networking opportunities are available? Accounts opportunity, high-speed networking sessions. I'm gonna delete that one. 30-second elevator pitch, casual dining, impromptu sessions, post-grad gathering, and make it authentic. Workshops and events. Are the workshops a big opportunity? Yes, there are several workshops and learning opportunities. 15 to 30-minute burning panel. Participants like Joe Apfelbaum often host impromptu— Or networking roundtables. Okay, dancing, poolside surfing, West Beach and present official networking event excursion with a typically 20 stops at amazing destinations. 2026, we are doing the West Coast leaving out of Long Beach and going down to Cabo with a few ports on the way. But does it really? Does it really matter? Are these private screens? Yes, marketing show offers organized private separation. I don't know. How to prepare for the cruise? Upload your profile. Join the Facebook group. Pack your business. How do I check in? Where's the dinner schedule? Which of the first-timers know? How do I stand out? Okay, post-cruise activities. Okay. I'm gonna delete this. I'm gonna add an image at the very end. Looking forward to seeing you on the cruise. Boom. I'm going to also say create a blurb. It's a blurb about the directory and how each person gets a printed copy with page numbers. And there is a digital directory too available. And Joe Apfelbaum. Created an AI that helps match people with each other based on the directory and their goals. You can learn more about the AI at highenergycruise.com, where Joe has made— Made this available for participants. I mean, there's a printed copy comprehensive guide. Okay. I'm going to go here, add this to the bottom. Now I'm going to find the directory. I'm going to see if there's any images here. Oh, looks like Mo commented on my post. Okay, let me go here and see if there's media. See if there's any other images that I can find here that I can use from this here. I want one with a directory. Let me see if I could find somebody that had put a picture of the directory. Oh, I think I have one of Lou holding the directory. Um, at the event. Let's see. I definitely have a video of him at Cocoa Beach holding the directory up high. That would be a cute photo to put up. Well, let me just see if it's here somewhere. Oh, look at this photo. This is a good one. We should totally use that photo. Download. Download that puppy for sure. Let me see if we could find that photo in the directory. This one's also a great photo. We should include there. I did— oh, I did have one with my page number somewhere. That I took. That's a good one. I should, I should post that one as well. Or posting a photo with my page number. Let's see where it is. Uh, see if I can quickly find it. He posted that one. Okay, this is when I posted when I was in Walmart. I posted that one. And I took a picture of my page number and I said, where— what's your page number? Or something like that. Oh my God, that was so good when I came with my cape. This one was also excellent. I'm gonna download this one as well. Okay, moving on. Isn't it great to watch me, um, put all this together, and so you can see everything that I'm up to and what I'm doing. Let's see if I could find one with my page number here. Okay, I can't find one with my page number, which is totally fine. Um, let me see, recent media. Let's see my recent media. Uh, I'm 99% sure that I had one, but I don't seem to see it here. There's so many photos that people added, like crazy amounts of photos. Oh, look at this. Look at me here. There's a picture of me. I don't know what that's about. She took a picture of me from behind me. That's funny. Oh, here it is. Here's the photo I was looking for. You see? I'm on page 30. Download. That's really the photo that I wanted. And then I want one with them holding up the directory, but whatever. That's good enough. We don't even have a picture of the actual directory. We do have a picture of the Angels. Those are— they call themselves the Angels. Because they're always helping people. And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to make a separate article discussing how I built the directory. So we'll make that a separate article. All right, so let's go in here before this breaks, add a picture of the directory thing. And then, um, I'm going to add some more pictures here and then we're done. Add a couple more pictures. All right, so there you go. There you go. So what do you say? Want to join me next year? All right, so Roger says, I am selling leads to mortgage brokers. What would be the best way to find huge buyers on leads? Ooh, I love that. Well, the best way to find leads on LinkedIn. Let me just write a quick LinkedIn post about this. Oh no, I put it in the wrong place. Hang on a second, let me close this real quick. Go back. Oh no, I put it in the wrong thing. I was supposed to put it in the— And the other thing, let me close this. You haven't finished your post yet. Are you sure you want to leave and discard your draft? Discard. Okay, good. I'm going to change this from here to here. Good. So now putting it in the right place. Now we're here. I'm going to ask ChatGPT, write me, write me a post about this amazing event. And make it conversational with a hook, main points, call to action, and 3 hashtags. Make it like I'm talking to a friend and make it viral-friendly with no large Let's see what it does. Okay, look at the way it's writing it all up now. So if you want to find mortgage brokers, this is how you find mortgage brokers on LinkedIn. Check this out. You go here, you go to LinkedIn, and you search the following. You type in mortgage broker, just like that. Mortgage brokers. And then you click on people. Roger, you watching? Say yes in the chat if you're watching. You click on people and you see commercial mortgage broker, mortgage broker, mortgage broker, mortgage broker. Now you have to decide, do you want commercial or residential? Let me know in the chat if you want commercial. Commercial. Or if you want residential. Next. I'm gonna go ahead and post this. Um, yeah, so the first thing that I would do is I would connect with those people. So how many connections do you have? Also, if it's residential, you just search residential. Let's go back here and search residential. Residential. I'm going to say not commercial. You see, I wrote not commercial. The words not is really important. That's called a Boolean. So everything will have the word residential, or, um, or at least it won't say the word commercial in it. So I have 48,000. You see it says 48,000. So learning how to be able to get, uh, the email addresses of all these 48,000, I actually built, um, a tool that allows you to be able to find all their email addresses. Um, it's Evvy AI is your sales assistant that will help you leave comments on their posts, be able to write posts, be able to Save their profiles to lists. There's so much that you can do with Evvy AI as your sales assistant. But there are other third-party tools that allow you to find all their contact information. And Roger, what I would do is I would build a relationship with them, especially the ones that are like the CEOs of the mortgage brokers, and get them to buy it on behalf of the mortgage brokers that work for them. You know what I mean? So you want to find mortgage broker companies, and you can use LinkedIn to both find the mortgage brokers and the mortgage broker companies. That's the idea. You can check out highenergycruise.com. High Energy Cruise. I'm going to put .com. Okay. Uh, it's a springboard. Let's talk. Boom. Okay, trust me, you'll thank me after. Daddy, I'm hungry. You're hungry? Okay, so I'm gonna wrap up now. I'm gonna make you dinner now. Let me wrap up. I'm gonna hit publish. And now this just went out to, uh, this went out to 14,175 people. How cool is that? All right, ladies and gentlemen, I'm gonna go feed my daughter. Thank you for watching me send out this amazing LinkedIn newsletter, and I'll see you guys on the next one. Boom. Can you say boom? Say boom.
