How to get clients from LinkedIn with artificial intelligence in 2027

In this live tutorial, Joe Apfelbaum, CEO of Evie AI, walks viewers through a step‑by‑step LinkedIn growth system powered by his Evie/Evvy AI platform. He begins by emphasizing the importance of self‑liking and replying to comments on one’s own posts to boost visibility. He then demonstrates how the extension lets him post comments and likes from multiple company pages and personas (Ajax Union, Evie AI, Evergreen Networking, etc.), showing how to switch personas instantly. Joe introduces “assets” – reusable message templates for LinkedIn Live promotion – and assigns keyboard shortcuts (Alt+1, Alt+2) for rapid insertion. He showcases the built‑in image generator to create branded promotional graphics, copies them to the clipboard, and pastes them into messages. Using these assets and shortcuts, he mass‑messages a long list of support groups, illustrating how to broadcast a live‑stream invitation efficiently. He then shows how to save leads directly into Evie AI, edit their profile details, tag them (e.g., “job seeker”), and sync them with his CRM and Google Contacts. Throughout, Joe shares practical growth tactics: like your own posts, connect with at least 20 new people daily, engage with profile viewers, and consistently add value. The session ends with a reminder to leverage profile‑viewer data and a friendly sign‑off.

Ba ba da da da da da. Hello, hello, hello, hello. Welcome. My name is Joe Applebaum and I am the CEO of Evie AI. Hopefully you can hear me clearly. If you can and you're watching this right away, just give it a like, leave a comment. Let me know that you are watching this live. Now, a lot of people don't realize that LinkedIn is the world's largest professional social network. There are 1.3 billion people on LinkedIn, and if you're not sure how to use the platform, you are in the right place. Today I'm going to show you what to do on the platform to get more clients. I posted this post just this morning, and I'm going to go ahead and give myself a like. So the first thing you want to do is once you post content, you want to give yourself a like, and then you want to start replying to people's posts, people's comments. So if somebody comments on your post, for example, B. Randall comments on my post, I'm using an extension called Evy AI. It's E-V-Y-A-I. To help me leave comments. I'm going to click in here and then the extension will actually write the comment for me. As you can see, it wrote the comment exactly like that. I read the comment, make sure it makes sense, and then I went ahead and replied to his post. Now, one of the things that people don't realize is that if you reply to people's comments, they actually appreciate it much more than you just, you know, ignoring them completely. The other thing you can do is you can actually comment from your company pages. So I'm going to go ahead and switch to my Ajax Union company page, which is my marketing agency. And then I'm gonna drop a comment from Ajax Union. Now I'm gonna change this to the Ajax Union page so that it knows it's Ajax Union. And then when I leave a comment, it's gonna leave a comment as Ajax Union. You see it's talking about B2B marketing and blah, blah, blah. You see that? So Ajax Union left a comment. Now I'm gonna switch from Ajax Union into Evvy AI. That's a different company page, different company, different topic. I'm gonna go here and I'm gonna switch to Evvy AI. AI, which is the Evie AI company page. I'm going to go ahead and drop a comment with Evie AI. And now I dropped a comment with Evie AI. So I'm going to go ahead and change this. Just actually, you know what, I don't like what this says over here because it stayed here. So I'm going to switch this to Evie AI. I'm going to go in here just like that. Now I clicked Evie AI. I'm going to click on this again. All right, so from the perspective of— from a LinkedIn strategy, that's much, much better. Okay, good. So I just left a comment related to LinkedIn strategy and B2B marketing. Now I'm going to switch and I'm going to also give it a round of applause. Now I'm going to switch from Evvy AI. I'm going to switch to Evergreen Networking. So I'm going to switch to Evergreen Networking. Evergreen Networking. I'm going to leave a comment based on the Evergreen Networking brand. But I just want to show you how, let's say you were Barbie and you want to leave a comment as Barbie. it would leave a comment as a Barbie. You see? Completely different. If you want to leave a comment as, say for example, Professional Chill, you see it says Professional Chill up here. These are all what they call personas that write in a very, very specific way. Okay? I'm going to tag Joe Apfelbaum in that. So Evergreen just commented and tagged Joe Apfelbaum in that. And as you can see, we're up to 8 comments. What I'm going to do is I'm going to switch now to the Executives Association of New York City. I'm just going to go ahead and like the post with the Executives Association. My goal is to get to 10 likes. I'm going to do Entrepreneurs Organization US Bridge Chapter, and I'm going to like it as well. And then I'm going to switch to Mojo Boom Boom, which is one of my avatars, and I'm going to go ahead and like it as well. So as you can see, I just liked it from a bunch of different pages. And then if you go to my profile and you scroll down, Suddenly this has 10 likes. You see that? 10, 11 likes and 9 comments. So I'm going to go ahead and like this one as well. Again, liking your own stuff really matters. Most people don't realize how much it matters, but it really does matter. Now what you can also do is you can copy the URL of the post like I just did there, copy, or you can click on this link here and hit copy link. And then you can open up WhatsApp. I'm going to open up WhatsApp in another screen and then you can send that to people. Okay, you can send it to people. I love sending this to people. And I'm going to tell them, hey, I'm going to address that question live right now. If a content marketing agency wants to enter the US market, any advice regarding that? The advice I can give you is to build relationships. Use LinkedIn to build relationships with people and start adding value to them. If you're outside the US, and you want to break into the US, the first thing you have to do is build relationships in the US. Start by connecting with 20 new people every single day and finding out what they need. Start adding value to their life. Start figuring out how you can introduce things to them, how you could comment on their content, how you could like their content, how you could support them in a real meaningful way. 20 people a day, every single day, connect with them and add value to the ones that actually accept your connection request. Okay, so I just wrote that. That is my answer, my official answer to the question the person asked. And by the way, if you guys are watching this live and you have a question for me, put it in the chat, put it in the comments. And I'm gonna switch to the company page over here. Again, same thing I'm doing. I'm doing it live on this live. I'm gonna switch to Evvy AI here. I'm gonna give it a like. I'm gonna switch to Evergreen Networking. I'm gonna give it a like. I'm gonna switch to the Executives Association. I'm gonna give it a like. And my goal is to get up to 10 likes. So that's, that's the idea. The idea is get up to 10 likes. If you have 10 pages, use 10 pages, whatever it takes. I'm going to have LinkedIn Santa and give it a like. And then every single like that you put on your thing increases the visibility of that post. We're almost done. We have Basil the Samoyed, give it a like. And then we have Mojo Boom Boom. I'm going to go ahead and give it a like. And so now we're at 10 likes on this page, on this live that's happening right now. Which is very nice. Okay, so that's one thing I want you to do is I want you to make sure that you get likes on your page. And the reason I want you to make sure that you get likes on your page is because it just looks more impressive. It's much more likely for someone to want to like your page, like your post, if somebody else liked it in advance. You know what I mean? Most people are not doing that. They're not taking the time to do that. So I highly recommend that. I'm actually on live right now. If you guys want to join, feel free. Okay, so I'm gonna go here. I'm gonna look to see if anybody else is replying to my comments. I see Michael North mentioned me in a comment, so I'm gonna go ahead and like Michael North over here. I'm gonna like this, like this. I'm also gonna comment on Jim Jacobs right over here because this came up here for some reason. So I'm gonna go ahead and comment on it, and then I'm gonna send him a message right now, and I'm gonna promote my live right now. Okay, I'm actually on live right now in the above place. If you want to join me on live, you're welcome to. Okay, so now check this out. If I go to my messages here, I can actually see who's actually on their computer. So you see Annie Sires, I can send her a message. I'm actually on LinkedIn Live right now. If you'd like to join me, feel free. Okay. Now what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to find all the people that are live. So for example, he's here. I'm going to say, I'm on LinkedIn Live right now. If you want to join me, feel free. Okay. Now I don't want to have to keep pasting each thing or saying each thing over and over and over. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to create something called an asset. Okay. What are assets? Assets are prefilled things that you can use over and over. LinkedIn Live promotion. Okay. So I'm going to paste this in LinkedIn Live promotion, and I'm going to say link. Here is a link to my LinkedIn Live that I'm doing right now. This is a promotion that I'm gonna be using to promote my LinkedIn Live via direct message and other ways. Okay, so I'm gonna press Save Asset, and I just saved the LinkedIn Live promotion. Now I wanna create another asset, and I want it to be the text for the promotion. I wanna keep them separate. You wanna keep the text separate. LinkedIn Live promotion direct message text. This is the text for the LinkedIn direct message promotion. Promotion that I am promoting without the link in it. Here is a LinkedIn Live that I'm doing right now. So if you'd like to join me, you're welcome to. If not, you can catch a replay and let me know what your thoughts are. If you can like and comment on it, I would appreciate it. And if you have any questions for me or any topics you want me to cover in future LinkedIn Lives, let me know. Okay, so I'm gonna hit save assets. And now I have 2 things. I have the link and I have the text. Okay. So I'm going to click in here and I'll click on support group. So if I click on support, what you're going to find is a lot of— I'm actually going to search support group just like that. And you're going to find that I have quite a few support groups. For example, I have this support group right over here. So I'm going to first send the link just like this. And then I'm going to send this link just like that. You see that? So now I sent the link separately, but then instead of people just seeing the preview, They said, here's a LinkedIn Live I'm doing right now. If you'd like to join me, you're welcome to. Okay. So I want to send this to multiple support groups. So for example, I want to send it to this support group now. So I first send this just like this, and then I send this just like that. Now I could attach keyboard shortcuts to this. So for example, if I want it to be like Alt+1, Alt+2, what I would go here is I would click on assets. I would open up this right over here, and this is going to be set as, let's just say Alt+2. Okay. So I'm going to set this as Alt+2 right now. This shortcut is used by a different asset. I'm just going to do this. Okay. So I'm going to make it Alt+2. So now this is Alt+2. This one could be Alt+1. So I'm going to switch this to Alt+1. It's going to say it's used by the 10-Day Posting Challenge in Mail. I'm like, okay, I don't care about that. All right. So now I'm, I have Alt+1 and Alt+2. Alt+1 is this one. Alt+2 is this one. Okay. So let's go see how that plays out in real life. So I'm going to go find someone who's on LinkedIn Live right now. I actually want to join, do it to another group. So I'm going to do Alt+1 and then Alt+2. You see that? That is unbelievable. The types of productivity that you can have with Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3, Alt+4, whatever. Imagine you can do it just like that. And this is what I'm doing. I am being productive. I'm doing things manually. But I am being productive. That's something that most people don't even realize that you can do with Evie AI. Okay, now if I want, I also have an image generator with tons of images, so I can create an image of myself just like this one. I can hit regenerate, and instead of saying Loring is the best, I can say I'm on LinkedIn Live right now. I am on LinkedIn Live right now. Please join. Okay. I'm going to press go and let's just see what it says. So it's going to create an image of me saying that I'm on LinkedIn Live right now, please join. I'm on LinkedIn Live right now, please join. Now, for some reason it didn't get my image right. I don't love that. So I'm going to go here and I'm going to say, use my image. So if I click in here, use my brand, use my image. And then I'm also going to say, use my logo. Okay. I'm going to read this, a cheerful, high-energy photo of a man, of me. Of me, me smiling proudly using a purple flag with the Evvy AI logo. The flag clearly reads in bold letters, I'm on LinkedIn Live now, please join. And there's also tons of cameras around him pointing towards him. Okay, so let's do that and let's just see what, what happens. So I attached my image with, by just clicking on me cuz it's in my settings. And then I also told it to put my, my logo on the flag. Oh my God, I'm on LinkedIn Live right now, please join. And that is exactly what I look like. So that is epic, epic. I downloaded it. Okay, so now what I'm gonna do is I am going to put that in a file. So I'm gonna go here, Joe Apfelbaum, Lisa Will Do. I'm gonna grab this here, I'm gonna put it in here. And now I'll just show you what that looks like. Okay, I just sent it. Now I want you to realize that I just posted this right here, right? Like that. If I press Ctrl+1, Ctrl, I mean Alt+1, that comes in. If I press Alt+2, that comes in. So I put the image in, I put this, and if I want to copy this image, I press copy. It just copied the image into my clipboard. And let's see what it looks like if I paste the image in here and then I press send. So now I have paste, the ability to paste the image in here. It's attaching. You see that? Then Alt+1 and then Alt+2, just like that. Wow. That is very productive. I got an image of myself in here. I got, um, a link to the LinkedIn Live that's actually live right now. And I got my template in there. That is powerful. Okay. So you don't need to do the image every time. If you don't want to, you just do Alt+1. You just do Alt+2. And then you're good to go. And so on and so forth. And so I'm actually sitting here promoting my LinkedIn Live as the first step, showing you exactly how to promote it. So if you're watching this live and it's helpful for you, go ahead and hit helpful while I send this to a couple more groups. And as you can see, it's going to all these groups here, and these groups are going to see me live right now for anyone that's actually logging into LinkedIn in these groups. I'm sending this message just like this, letting them know, hey, I'm live. Now, if you have not been sending messages out, by the way, and I also could just send the link. I don't even actually have to post that message. I can post a message later. So I can just send the link, send the link, send the link. As you can see, I'm sending it to all these places right over here. And you're gonna see the aftermath of this. We might have a few dozen people that are in here. Again, this is sending notifications to all the people that are on those group messages. I'm going to send a couple more. Colleen Support Group. Let's see what else we have going on here. A couple more support groups here that I have. High Energy, blah, blah, blah, group messaging. That one didn't work. Atlantic Tomorrow's Office. Let's send that one. Let's send the LinkedIn Engagement one. Let's send the National Speakers Association group. Let's send it to the EVAI support group here. Let's send it to the Strategic Forum. Let's send it to this group messaging thing. Oh, that one didn't work. Let's send it to the Entrepreneista ladies. Let's send it to the Million Dollar Woman ladies. Let's send it to who else? Let's see. Let's send it to the Sprint Booster community here. Let's see what else. Bringing things back up for peeps. Okay, right here. Every AI support group, just like that. Let's see, Lisa. I'm not going to send it to Lisa, but look at this. Mark Firth is right here. Mark Firth gets annoyed from me, so I'm not going to send him that message. Evan Messman, weekly accountability group. I have that there. Boom. Send it to him. JK Moving. Let's just see what happens if I send it there. I haven't communicated there in a year. All right, let's see what happens in this group over here. This is the Jofflon Connections group. This is my LinkedIn, um, some other LinkedIn group. This is the Tribe Uplink over here. Look how beautiful that is. Here's a Sales Navigator Bootcamp group. Here's an OMA group that I have from back in 2025. Here's a 30-day video challenge group. Here's a Five Towns LinkedIn Meetup pod. What's up, sweetie? What? You wanna talk to me? You can't talk? You wanna talk privately to me? Whoa, you wanna type? Should I type something? You wanna type something? You wanna type something on the screen? Okay. Let me see if I can quickly draw something for you here. Yeah. Let me Put in draw. Okay, what do you want to type? Type, type, type, type, type what you want. My daughter's typing. She's asking me a question. She wrote, which way is Mizra'akh? Is east. Which way is east? So the sun sets that way, so east is that way. The sun sets in this window. East is pointing that way, pointing to the green couch. Okay, somebody just messaged me. He says, Joe, thank you so much for staying in touch. I truly value our connection opportunity to connect. I wish you continued success in the work and the upcoming endeavors. Please don't hesitate to reach out anytime you find anything useful. Thank you for being on school and very active lately. If you have not been very active lately, now's your chance to be a little more active. I'm actually having a webinar coming up. If you'd like to join me on the webinar, do you mind if I send you the link? Okay, let's see. Let's see what's going on. Okay, so I'm all up to speed with my relationships over here. Let me see if there's anything else I should be pumping over here. All right, so I'm going to press Ctrl+1 over here. I mean Alt+1, send it. And I'm going to go to Om of Clear Water, send it. Let's see what else we have here. I'm going back to groups from 2024. Okay, content support group here. Mark removed me from the group, which is very interesting that he removed me from this group. So let's just see, um, who's in this group. Who is in this group? Archive, manage settings. How do you see who's in the group? Manage settings. Nope, that doesn't tell me who's in the group. Label as jobs, star, archive, seems like AI slop. Manage settings. It doesn't give me anything else. Oh, but it does have a bunch of people that are here. Oh, look at that. Look at all these people here. All right. All right. So let's click, click, click, click, click. Let's just see who these people are. Oh, look at this Phoenix area. This guy has 700 connections. Let's see how he's doing. Send him a quick message through Sales Navigator. I'm going to send him a message. Hope you're doing fantastic, Jason. I noticed that you haven't posted on LinkedIn in 7 months. I'm curious to know, are you still using LinkedIn? Or have you kind of given up on it? Okay, that's nice. That's a nice little message to send Jason. Let's send a message to Zayna from Canada. Message her. Okay, this comes up over here. Zayna, hope you're doing fantastic. How is your LinkedIn game going? The reason I'm asking is I see you have over 2,000 followers. Followers on LinkedIn, but you're not really getting much engagement on your posts. Okay, let's see what she says about that. Okay, let's see what else we got going on here. No more, no more activity there. Let me look at my thing. Okay, work performance helping CROs, thank you very much. Okay, Grinch is connected, Michael connected. Look at all these people connecting with me on LinkedIn. I love it when people connect with me on LinkedIn. This is very, very nice. Susie Hall, Paul M. Look at that, amazing. Okay, so I am going to— should I continue looking for some more people here? Oh, look at Beltman. Beltman, Alt+1. Alt+1, just like that. Boom. Um, JK Residential, Alt+1. Oma. Alt 1. Thought Leader Support Group. Alt 1. Let's see who else we got over here. That's a lot of groups. That is a lot of groups. Look at that, another one right here. LinkedIn Trends Collab. That's a good one. Let's see what else we have here. Sabina, how are things going with you? Long time no speak. All right, all right, let's just see where we're at here. I mean, we did a lot of damage here, so we're going to leave this. We're going to come back to the messaging now. Just to kind of see what happened here. Wow, look at all these messages! How many do we have here total? Let's count together. Wow, so many! Okay, so we have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-six, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty, thirty-one, thirty-two, thirty-three, thirty-four, thirty-five, thirty-six, thirty-seven, thirty-eight, thirty-nine, forty, forty-one, forty-two, forty-three. Let's just say it's 44. Can we say it's 44? Write 44 in the chat if you're watching this. I'm gonna go check this out, see if anybody else comments. It looks like nobody else commented, which is fine. Um, but 40, 44. Oh, I appreciate Aaron's little recent email introduction. I'm going to accept it. Oh, this guy's good. This guy's a good lead for me. So the first thing I do when I get a good lead is I save the lead into Evie AI. I do that by clicking on the check tab button here on the top right. And then I'm gonna do intro, intro. So intro from Heather, prospect intro. So this is a prospect intro, I press save. Now that I saved him, I open up his profile just to kinda see, do I have any contact information about the guy? I don't. I don't have any contact info. Is there any contact info here? Yes, it's right here. So what I'm gonna say is look at any visible text on the screen and kinda save it as the information that you can save. So you see it saved all this information. It did. It didn't mark him as a female. I'm going to change it to a male. So it's important to look at everything, make sure that, you know, what people are putting in is actually what it was, what's actually accurate here. I'm going to press save. Then I'm going to click on connection details. I'm going to add some additional information over here. Like for example, his company name is— doesn't have a company. Job position. What was his most recent job position? President, president, vice president, vice president, president of Shield Systems, engineering operations person. I'm just going to say president seeking a job, or maybe just company's job seeker. And then location, he's located in Greater St. Louis, Missouri. Okay, and the company domain—he doesn't really have a company domain right now. So I'm gonna press—I'm just gonna press save. I'm also gonna click on contact info. Thank you, sweetie. I'm also gonna press contact info to see what he has going on here. And as you can see, I have his cell phone number. I have his information. I'm gonna push him into Go High Level. I'm gonna tag him as a job seeker. I'm gonna say I know him. He's open for intros, and I'm gonna tag him as a. Job seeker. You see? Job seeker. So I tagged him as a job seeker so that I know he's a job seeker. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to push him into my CRM, sync with my CRM, and then I'm also going to push him into my Google Contacts so I could pick up the phone and give him a call from my cell. Okay? So that's nice. It's nice to be able to have all this information organized. Now my son did make me breakfast, so I'm going to go ahead and eat that. This food that he made me. Look how beautiful that is. You guys see what I'm seeing here? And we'll continue later. If you have any questions for me, or do you have any ideas for things that you want to be learning about? I'm more than happy to, to teach you more. This is about a 10-minute live. I will come back on live when I'm done eating and I'm done preparing more things. But if you want me to go live again, you see that? You see how, you see how much I promoted that live? Oh, it looks like Sushit, he, he liked that comment that I made. just for him. It's really, really nice to comment on people's stuff. But here's one more tip I'm going to give you before I go. If you click on your homepage and you click on profile viewers, you're going to see everyone that looked at your profile, every single person. And you can actually build relationships with those people by sending them messages, connecting with them, building those relationships, getting to know them, seeing what they're up to. Most people are not doing this. You could be doing this. Be different than most people. And by the way, now you could look at the past 365 days of people that looked at your profile. Extremely powerful. Anyway, thank you very much for watching this. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you guys next time.
