And so they could barely hear you and you're in the front shouting, making jokes, and they're all just eating. They're eating barbecue rib steak and completely ignoring you. And you are trying to get their attention, trying to get them to lean in and they're busy eating. But The beauty is that it helped me be able to not be worried about other people's opinions and just do my best and then figure out ways to be more, like engage people more. Like my problem was, is that I'm up there and I'm already self-conscious because there's a bunch of Orthodox Jews eating food. And I'm not just having a conversation with them. 'Cause when I have a conversation with someone, 'cause the guy's literally a rib steak down his throat. You know what I mean? And so now your LinkedIn is showing instead of your face. And when they do, they write me a testimonial on LinkedIn. So 2 weeks ago, The 2026 Inc. 5000 list came out. We took the list one person at a time and we analyzed it. Each company, each of the 5,000 companies, we said, okay, what technologies does this company use? Who's the CEO? Who are the rest of their employees? What are their email addresses? What are their phone numbers?
I love that. And it's hard. Being a CEO is hard.
How many clients can you coach at the same time?
Uh, it depends. It depends on the level of engagement. I'm actually starting a cohort at the end of September for up to 6 founders on either side of the Series A, working on leadership presence, whether it's heading towards a fundraise, making sure that you're showing up powerfully with the investors, creating the emotions that you need to create. In order to induce people to act, to take action, or to scale up their leadership from being in the room, being the person building everything, to enabling their team to succeed and being not the bottleneck.
