LinkedIn and YouTube Cover Strategy 085 LinkedIn Live 2024 with Joe Apfelbaum

amazing video. My name is Joe Apfelbaum. I'm excited to talk about YouTube art and LinkedIn art today. So one of the things that you'll notice if you go to youtube.com, and let's just go to youtube.com right now, sometimes you see things that have covers and sometimes you see things that don't have covers, like videos that are, you know, that have art or that don't have art. So let's just go to the homepage of YouTube just to kind of explore. You see this guy has his picture here with, you know, with a title. This guy over here has a title here. And this guy, Joe Apfelbaum, he doesn't really a title here and what he's doing over here. This guy over here, it says level 1 scraping. You see this video here? It says level 1 scraping. Over here it says 100% automated and it has a make.com logo and then it has a logo. So let's try to copy this guy over here and just see what happens. This guy says infinite content with make.com logo. You see that? Um, so you don't want to reinvent the wheel. You want to just basically R&D, which stands for rip off and duplicate. So how do you do this? How do you create this 100% automated or this infinite content or this level 1 scraping or whatever? How do you make those videos? Well, just go to, just go right here. Do you see this? The most attractive thumbnail. I love that. So if I just click on the most attractive thumbnail and I just click on customize this template, it shows you a MrBeast style. This is called the MrBeast style thing. So over here, I'm going to write 100%. Automated, automated agents, 100% automated agents. I'm going to do AI agents, AI agents. Okay, so I'm going to say 100% automated AI agents. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to find the Make logo. So I'm going to do Make. Just search Make.com under Elements. See if anything comes up here. You see nothing comes up here, so I'm just gonna go to Google and type in Make.com logo. And then I'm gonna click on Images, and I'm gonna find that Make.com logo right over here. You see there's one here. I'm gonna copy this Make.com logo, copy image, and then I'm gonna go back into Canva and paste this right here. You see the way that it's here, make.com. And then if I want, I can add a white background to this. All I gotta do is put this here. And if I want a white background, I click on Elements. I click on this little background color here. I can make it white by clicking on the circle, clicking white, and then I can pull it here. And the way that you get it to the background is you can right-click it and then you can click on Layer. And you can send backwards. And you can click sending backwards. There's a shortcut for that. You see the shortcut here? It says Ctrl+left bracket. So you can press Ctrl+left bracket. And then you do right bracket, left bracket. You see I'm pressing on my keyboard left bracket, right bracket. Okay. Now I'm gonna make this a little bit bigger, just like this. And if I want to connect these 2 together, I can click on this and Shift-click on that. And then I can move them both around. If I press Ctrl+G, now they are Bonded together forever. Bonded together forever. Now I wanna remove this guy's face here 'cause I don't need this guy's face. Instead, I want my face. So I'm gonna go down to Photos, Joe Apfelbaum Photos, and here's photos of me. These are AI-generated photos of me, and I'm gonna use this one here. And then what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna remove the background from this photo. I'm gonna press on Edit. Image. And then on the left side, I'm going to click on BG Remover, which removes the background of it. And now I'm going to make it bigger just like that. And you see it's just like this. Perfect. All right, so 100% automated AI agents. Let's see if it looks like this one here. 100% automated. And then it wants the LinkedIn logo and the Twitter logo. So I'm gonna say LinkedIn, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook logo. So you see all the logos are here? See, they're right over here. You can just use any of, like this. Let's see what it looks like. And copy this image, copy link, copy image. I just right-click, copy image. Go back in here, paste it, and I can make it smaller if I want because they made it smaller. I can also turn this around like this, you see, so it kind of matches this. And if I want to move this stuff up, I can pull this up like this. I'm going to take this and this red box behind it, I'm going to group it together. So you see, I'm Shift-click and And Ctrl+G. Now they're all together. I can move it up nicely. I'm gonna take Make.com, put this here like this, nice and tight under here. And then this, I'm also gonna spin around by holding down the spinny and just spinning this around just a little bit. Okay. Now I got this nice, cool shimmer. All right, cool. So now I have this. Now I'm gonna name it on top. I'm gonna say YouTube, I'm gonna call it YouTube Cover Video 100% Automated. Okay, so now I have this like 100% automated YouTube video cover, and now I press share, and then you click on download here, and then it asks you if you want a PNG file, whatever, and then you press this purple button here that's download, and I press download, and it downloads the file to my computer. If I want to go to my YouTube videos, I can click on my channel where it says your channel, find the video that you want to put 100% automated on. You can press the 3 buttons and edit the video if you want. So let me see if I can do that to any of these videos. So let's say I wanted to find a video that talks about that. So how to make money and pitch people on LinkedIn. I'm going to go to the next one over here. How to engage LinkedIn hashtag, how to leave a 5-star review, how to sync GoHighLevel, how to improve your SSI score. I'm just going to click on videos just to kind of see all my videos here and see if I talk about make.com anywhere here. Okay. Right over here. How to connect GoHighLevel and make.com, or how to use, create a Canva carousel. So I haven't talked a lot about make.com on my channel, but I should be talking about make.com. Um, but let's just, I'm just gonna go here and click on this. In this video, I'm gonna show you exactly how to connect. And you see where it says edit video? I'm gonna click on edit video. And then on the left side, do you see where it says, let's see, uh, upload thumbnail here where it says thumbnail, upload thumbnail. I'm gonna click on upload thumbnail. I'm gonna find this YouTube cover art. I'm gonna press okay. And now it's 100% automated AI agents. I press save. And now that video, that thing is there, but I don't want it to say 100% automated YouTube agent because that's a lie. That's not what it's about. So I'm going to go here instead of saying that, I'm going to say 100% automated GHL to G to Google. GHL to G Contacts to Google Contacts. 100% automated GHL to Google Contacts. I'm gonna make this much smaller. Let's make this 100. GHL to Google Contacts using make.com. And I'm gonna delete all these logos here 'cause we don't need it. Okay, and then I'm gonna delete this guy here and I'm gonna put this guy here, why not? Just to kinda show you how to change it around. BG Remover, that's the background remover. And I'm gonna open this up here. If I want to find the GoHighLevel logo, I could just go here and type in GoHighLevel logo. This is it right here. Uh, let me see if I find one that's transparent. That one's transparent. You see, I clicked on it, it shows transparent. Copy, right-click, copy image, and then paste it here. And then I could just boop, go high level just like that. You see? And I could put a white background, blah blah blah. I don't need to do that. I'm going to do YouTube cover 100% automated. I'm going to do YouTube cover GHL to contacts. I'm going to press share. I'm going to press download. I'm going to press the purple download button. Now it's 100% automated. Go high level to Google contacts. And then I'm gonna go back into YouTube and I'm gonna change this to a video cover that actually makes sense. Click on the 3 dots, change, and then click on Google Contacts, press OK. And now it should automatically do it. Did it automatically do it? I'm gonna refresh this. It did not do it. I'm gonna click on the 3 dots, change again, click on this again, press OK. I'm actually gonna see if I can remove it. Is there a way to remove this? Did it not work? 100% automated. Uh, let's check my files just to kind of see what's cooking here, because I thought I downloaded that. Oh, it still comes out like this. That's ridiculous. Oh, it is the right one. What am I doing? It is the right one. No, it's not over here. Change, click this, press open, and then what? And then it doesn't work? And then refresh. Son of a gun, it doesn't work! Test, change, click this puppy here, save. File. Let's see if it worked. Let's go back to that content. Let's go back to my videos, live posts, posts. I haven't done any posts. Let me go to the second page. I've done a lot of videos. I got a lot of it. It's still here. It hasn't changed. Oy vey. Why they change? Now how do you save it? All right, I guess it doesn't let me save it. Why doesn't it let me save it? How do I even remove it? Oh, you know. Oh no. Okay, select and upload a picture. Oh, you know what? Let me just change it to this and do save, and then upload a thumbnail. There you go. Oh, it says bigger than 2 megabytes. Oh, it didn't give me the warning before. So let's go to share. And it didn't even give me the warning. So I'm troubleshooting here, ladies and gentlemen. Uploading. Okay, now it works. So, okay, apparently you gotta change it off to that. Oh my God, YouTube, you're broken. You're broken, YouTube. So if I wanna do the same thing to LinkedIn, then I just go to LinkedIn and I can add it as well. So I'll quickly show you how to do that on LinkedIn. I know I have a call starting in 30 seconds, a webinar, but if I go to any of my videos on LinkedIn, I just click on myself here and I go to any of my videos down here to, let's say videos. You can actually upload a cover video to any of your videos. Let's click on Edit, Edit Post. It actually doesn't allow you to add a cover video post.
