Ruke + Joe Apfelbaum Share Secrets Of Success

In this live, informal interview, sales experts Joe Apfelbaum and Daniel Rook (Ruke) dive deep into practical outreach tactics, LinkedIn optimization, and community-driven sales events. They discuss how to prioritize high‑value connections on LinkedIn by starring messages, segment audiences using LinkedIn polls, and avoid transactional impressions by only sharing calendar links after a request. They emphasize curiosity‑driven outreach, ending every DM or email with a question to force a reply, and using concise, casual language. The conversation shifts to a live demonstration concept: a "cold call battle" where the two hosts alternate calling each other's leads via GoHighLevel, turning prospecting into a competitive game called "Sales Smackdown" that will be promoted to thousands of subscribers. They also reference their broader community (Game Changers Club), AI tools (Evy/Evvie) for research and messaging, and tease future masterclasses. Throughout, they invite the audience to join live calls, follow up via email, LinkedIn, or phone, and promise future collaborative events.
Chapters
We are live with the amazing Rukh, also known on LinkedIn as Daniel Rukh. Me and Rukh met when I was at an event. Where was it? It was in Florida, right? Was it in Fort Lauderdale? Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale. Michael Goldberg, the boxer. Michael Goldberg and I go way, way back, uh, pre-pandemic, as they say. And, um, Me and Rukh hit it off right away. I saw Rukh with his rings and with his blue hair and with the whole thing. And I was like, damn, this guy's chilling like a villain. I wanna get to know him. He has attitude. He has the energy. I like him. And we kind of like right away just hit it off. And we've been friends chatting very often. He owns a marketing agency and he helps coaches and consultants be more successful. He has incredible frameworks. But he's a family man and he loves his family. He loves his kids. He lives right next to Disney so that he can have a time of his life with his kids. And he's a gamer just like me. He's just better than me at it. And Rook, can you tell everybody what the Game Changers Club is about and like, what are we gonna be talking about today? Yeah, yeah. Well, first of all, you and I are gonna jam on sales, sales techniques, pro tips, sales tips.
And I know that you and I fall pretty much with the same—
Recording in progress. With the same ideas.
We agree on the same themes, which is great. We have different techniques. So if you like to sell without leveraging pain points and being gross and all that, this is a great conversation because you're gonna get some great tips on how different people kind of approach that kind of stuff.
I love that.
They have LinkedIn Navigator or Pro or something like that because they can really do some cool things. Saying that, We set up their LinkedIn in a way that builds because it's not know, like, and trust. It's like, trust, and then I care to get to know you. And so we set up their entire LinkedIn like that. We treat it like optimizing a website and they get clients all the time because of it. So that's really cool. We give them outreach scripts, we give them a headline, a message, a couple of marketing materials, some social media things based on their intellectual property, which we build for them. And therefore we give them the best sales and marketing materials that, that are in their tone, their voice. They feel great about, they use it, and then we hang out a couple of times a week. Using it together, practicing it, pitching. Like we have a networking hour. This is so much fun, Joe. We have a networking hour and what we're sharing, we highlight a member, but they're only sharing what I call the deciding slides in their sales presentation. Because when you're doing a sales presentation, there's like, like 2 to 3 slides that people actually go, oh yes, I'm in. And so we have that down as part of our formula. That's all they're allowed to talk about, right? It condenses, but we're watching how people, other people actually sell. It's so cool. So we do cool things like that.
Wow.
And how many people usually attend these things that you do?
Uh, hover around 15. We got 50 people in the club, and, and since we— and they bounce around to whatever hour they're interested because we have Sales Rocks, we have an AI Tech Playtime, we have a promotion time, we have networking time. So they just come what they need when they need it.
Who, who are the people that are most engaged in your community? Because you always have the people like— what, what is the, uh, the avatar of the people that are Literally the most engaged people in your community? Is it like a guy like Nathan Stadler, Bookkeeping Without BS? Is it this type of guy or is it somebody else?
Well, so I would say the— so the people who are most engaged are wanting to really succeed and willing to put the work in. So they also already have habits. Some of their habits are they're kind of posting on LinkedIn. You know, they're trying it. They are networking via Zoom, real life, whatever that is. They are engaging and having discovery calls. So they're doing the right habits that allow them to grow the business. As you know, there's only 3 ways to grow your business. There's paid advertising, which is the most expensive and quickest. Content, content, content, which can be the most expensive but the longest. And then, you know, outreach, which I include networking into. So they're doing the outreach and the networking thing. The problem that they're running into is that they're stuck on discovery calls. So they're meeting after meeting, being busy, being, do, being busy, but they're still doing it. But they're going, but I'm not making the money. I'm not getting sales. No one's hiring me. Right. Because they don't know how to sell. The biggest thing I do is on-sales training.
Okay. So hang on a second. So let's— so let's take a moment and unpack that for a second.
Yeah.
Most people, they're good at getting on discovery calls. Cuz I speak to people that are not even good at getting on discovery calls. They're not even getting on calls, period. You're helping people that are good at getting on calls, but when they get on a call, they're not closing the deal. That's, is that the idea? Yeah.
That, that, that is one of the avatars because they don't know how to step into the sales conversation without having all the triggered bad yucky moments that they've been sold on into. So they're like, I don't want to show up like that. Therefore they, their energy just shuts off on the sales. Therefore they're just making a bunch of business friends.
Wow. So they have a bunch of friends. They're not selling at all. And so what's your method to getting people to be great at sales? What's, what's ultimately the, the way that you, that you think about it? I have my way of thinking about it. How do you think about it?
Yeah, I'm gonna give you a pro tip. Is that all right?
Yeah, let's go. Gimme the pro tip.
Pro tip. It's not important that the person we're calling or talking to knows us. It's important that that person knows that That we know who they are.
Ooh, tell me more about that.
I'm gonna say that again because this is, this is you and me. This is, this is your night. You and I DNA, why we get along so well. A lot of other reasons too. So phone calls, right? You and I do that. Our teams do that, right? They'll pick up, do cold calls, hold on yards. And the first thing the person says on the line is, who is this? Now anybody else will be stumped. Like, well, okay, well, this is, you know, this is Joe with Evie and I just, you know, and you're repeating yourself and the other person still doesn't care. Right? So, the who is this, you think you owe them explanation. You do, but you don't. That's not the question. What you go into is what you observe of them really quick. Like, actually, literally what kicked off this training internally was the company was called Unicorn something. I'm like, how do you get hung up on a company called Unicorn? So, it goes like this. Hey, Joe, this is Rook. We're connected through Game Changers. How you doing, buddy? Tell me, ask me who it is.
Who is this? Who's calling?
Yeah, well, yeah, well, this is Rook with Game Genius. Listen, unicorn stuff. First, I want you to listen to Joe. I believe in unicorns.
I love unicorns.
I actually have— yeah, I believe in unicorns. I love unicorns.
Hang on, hang on.
Who is this?
Who's calling?
You stop it. You stop it. You want to go deeper? But the co— the company is called Unicorn— I forget what it was called. So my point was, that was the obvious in to talk about something that's relevant. So they immediately go, wait, you know who I am? You're talking about me. I'll give you some more time and listen. So it's not important that you actually recognize my name. What's important that you know that I know who you are. Wow.
So this is how, this is why Evy AI is so powerful because—
It is so powerful. Wait, I wanna brag about it because I love Evy AI and this is where the pro tool comes in. Such an important thing. When you put the LinkedIn there, you open up your little card and you hit whatever your favorite research is and it gives you a summary of who they are so you can pick What you're interested in, and this is my next pro tip: only meet with people that are interesting to you. Wow! Because if you find something interesting with them, you're gonna have a real conversation. So that's one of the reasons why I love Evie AI because it allows us to do that quickly. So for example, if I'm on okay now you can brag about your own stuff now, but I wanted to hit you.
Oh no, you're sweet. You're sweet. So if I wanted to learn more about you and I was on a call randomly and I was like ring ring and you pick up the phone, you're like hello Rook speaking. And you're like, hi, uh, Rukh, this is Joe Apfelbaum from Evvii. You probably don't know who I am, but the reason I'm calling is because I heard that in The Game Changers you help entrepreneurs scale faster and that you're working with Disney and Marvel. Do you have 2 minutes to talk to me about that? Because I really love the way that you, your approach to brand emotion. Can you speak to that? Do you have a minute or 2 to speak to that?
Uh, can I, can I, can I correct the, Yeah, go ahead. Okay. I love everything about that, but I want to tell you something because there's also a trend that's happening. I never want any of our people, you people, we love you, to fall into this. Okay? So, first of all, I'm going to give you my best stuff. This is you. We're connected through— the word connected through that, you know me, maybe know me, maybe not, maybe so what? You say we're connected through Game Changers. I say that because a lot of people who come to our world, kind of like you, have responded to an ad or shown up somewhere like this. Everybody we're connecting, everybody we're calling, we're basically connecting. We do some cold call, but you get my point. So that says, okay, we know somewhere somehow, or we're— Yeah.
I always use, I always use LinkedIn. I always use LinkedIn. That's like my thing. Yeah. I love that.
That's a great thing.
I always say that.
No, but like, so you, you get a ding, a ding of a little, a little, a relationship ding. Yeah. I'm, I'm, there's your ding. You get a ding higher. So they listening to you and then I agree. What you wanna do is speak.
Yeah.
Yeah. Then you speak to them. But here's, here's, here's the trend that's happening that I don't want anybody, you people, to fall into. So a lot of people are using this technique, but all they're doing, the first level of the horrible way to use this technique, the bad way, is they're repeating the other person's headline.
Mm-hmm.
Or then the next level is their about section, or the next level is further down on your page. So I, this is what I say, go 2 to 3 layers deeper. So 2 or 3 layers deeper is look at some of their content, not today's content. Just go back through their content. Like, for example, you find interesting.
Like, for example, I'll give you an example. If I wanted to say, for example, be able to see every podcast they've ever been on, and all of a sudden I call you up and I use a different approach. I say, hey, um, Rukh, is this Rukh? And you say, yeah, it's Rukh. Um, I was listening to the AI Innovation Allies podcast that you did on October 16th. Done. And you were talking about the AI strategies. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We're done. We're done.
You win.
You win. That's it.
That's it. Okay. Okay.
So that's all we want is someone to engage with us. Yeah. That's all we want is the other person to talk to us and listen to us and have a real conversation. And that was a real thing because you went layers deeper. Therefore, I'm going to listen to you.
Yeah.
I can tell you I've had this before. They said to one of our sales ladies is You know, I'm not interested, but, you know, I wanted to not interrupt you. I wanted to hear what you had to say. Right? I'm like, that's an engaged lead. Right? So they came, she came back and say, listen, I want to tell you, I appreciate how polite you were not to cut me off. I'd love to invite you. You know this, right? So when they say no, that means not yet, but we'll still talk to you. Right? So I know that theory.
Yeah.
So with that theory, it's like, listen, love to come to an event and it worked. I love that because they listen and we're getting you to listen. So go a couple layers deeper. And I was gonna say, go to their website, look at other media as well. So they know that you went beyond just looking at their LinkedIn profile.
LinkedIn. Yeah. And, and the beauty, and the beauty is if you're watching this on YouTube or on TikTok, or you're watching the replay in the school community, or you're watching it on LinkedIn Live right now, you can see my screen as I'm literally going through the, I, I'm clicking on buttons on Evvy AI. And it's showing me all his recent articles, his recurring themes, his specific type of terminology. And you can see that it's done research on hundreds of websites while Rook is talking, while the phone is ringing. I already know every podcast he's been on, everything he said on every podcast, his unique perspective. I have a conversation starter for every single podcast, and it's really about listening to the person. Like, for me, the most important thing that I want to know is that I'm being listened to. So I had 2 women cold call me recently. One of them cold called me and then I gave her tons of rejection and then she put me on with her friend and then I gave her rejection. So she put me back with her and they were kind of going back and forth between each other and I was just having fun with it. But the truth is both of them were not listening to anything that I said. Both of them were not listening to a word I was saying. And all they wanted to do is push the agenda to book the meeting, push the agenda to book the meeting. And I would say, I'm not interested. And they would be like, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's totally fine. But you have no idea how important our company is and how good we are and what we do and how we do it. So let's just book a meeting for Wednesday at 2:00 PM. And I kept saying, I understand you want me to book a meeting at 2:00 PM, but you're in my house now. Are you in my house? They're like, yes. So in my house, we build relationships. I'm going to the Brandy Library tonight. Both of you already slid into my Instagram. So come meet me and let's have drinks on me. And they both came and it was amazing. I closed the deal. So, because I listened to what they want. I said, I know what you want. You want clients, right? So let me introduce you to my lawyer. Let me introduce you to all of my friends. They're going to be at the Brandy Library. It's 15 minutes from where you are right now. I know exactly where you are. You're in Affleck's office. I know where it is. I worked with Affleck in the past. I've trained some of their other salespeople. You guys are fresh out of college and you have no idea what you're doing. You're 22, so you can drink. Come meet me. I'm 25. Come meet me and we'll get to know each other and I'll introduce you to all the people at the party and that's it.
And drinks on me.
Awesome. And so they came and we built a relationship and we got to know each other. And then I asked them both, I said, why are you not on LinkedIn? And they both said, we just don't see the value of it. And I was like, the reason why I am not going to do business with either of you is because you don't see the value of LinkedIn. Because it means you don't see the value of relationships and you're transactional. And I don't want to do business with people that are transactional, period. And that's it. That's the name of the game. If you're transactional with me, I don't want to do business with you. So like really, so what you're basically saying is don't be transactional. That's what I'm hearing. Build a relationship, get to know someone.
Yeah. And no one's going to care about you until they know that you care about them. So, right. And so when you're able to say that, and that's why I said that, where did you get that from?
Did you read it in a book? Did you see it somewhere? Did you come up with it? You just made it up.
Amazing. I 100% make these up. I love it. 100%.
100%.
Yeah. I even have a button just when I have something I made up that's cool. I know you've already seen it. That's why I have it. No, I just make this stuff up. It's just logic. Come on. You look, man, I used to, like you, been doing this for a while. I used to be a phone jock. I wasn't a telemarketer because I was really good at it and had a great time. So I built my business back, back 20-some years ago. I was a phone jock and I call you up and I had to just figure out how to engage with you, not get hung up on. And I, and I did really good.
I could imagine. I could imagine. I think people would want to hear us call people and just have conversations with them out of the blue and see how it goes. I think people would like— have you ever gone live and live cold-called people for your community? Is that something you've ever done?
I, I, I, okay. So I love you and you inspire me to be so much better. And I haven't taken that step yet. I watch you. I'm like, oh, I want to, I want to. I am shy. I really, really am.
I love that.
You see that now?
I love that. But you're good. But you're good at it. You're good at it because you know what time it is. And also, one of the things that I always tell people is like, don't put your ego in front of yourself when you're on one of these calls. You literally don't exist. It's not about you. It's about them. So get into their mindset. Like, what is the mindset of the person you're walking over to? Somebody once told me, Compliments will get you so far. So I, I have 3 C's that I talk about when you're creating connection requests on LinkedIn. The first C is customization. They have to know that you actually customized it and you didn't just use AI or whatever, but you customized it. They don't want to feel like you're just a transaction. So customize it. That's number one. Number 2 is give them context. Why is it that I should even accept your connection request? What's the context over here? And then the third C is connection. How, why do, why do, why do I trust you? How do we know each other? Who do we have in common or what events or places or something like that? That's the connection part. So if you have the customization and you have the context, the reason people do things for reasons, and you have the connection, which is the trust component, those 3 Cs are valuable. I like to add the compliment, but sometimes if I don't know you and I compliment you, it can come across as disingenuous. So it's, it's a, it's kind of like a risk that you can take with people. Some people will fall for it. Some people will actually take a step back when you give them a compliment. And so knowing, reading the room and knowing the type of people that they are, but compliments get you really, really far if the trust is built first.
So I have, for one thing, a side note for Evvy. What I love about Evvy is I'm dyslexic and reading is exhausting to me. And so what I love about Evvy, because it knows me, knows what I'm selling, knows my personality, is when I'm going through posts and all that, It summarizes what I should say based on what I know, what it knows about me. And then I actually, with voice command, re-say it a little bit differently so it feels customized. But I gotta tell you, Joe, that's one of my biggest tricks is to have Evie go, Rook, this is what you wanna say to this person based on this. So I don't have to read their 15 paragraphs. You should probably say something like this. I go, I got it. Thank you, buddy. Huge, huge, huge big deal for me. The other thing I would say is this is really what I think is very, very important. And I said it earlier, but I'm gonna say it again. I only meet with people that I find interesting. And so when you're looking at someone's profile, try to find 3 things that interest you, generally interest you. It might be a personal thing, it might be a professional thing, it might be a content thing, but that's what you bring up going, listen, I saw you just said it. I saw your podcast on this, blah, blah, blah. Found it super interesting because here's what happens. They're gonna challenge— it's nature— that, did you really? And you can speak to why you love it. And when you meet with them, you bring that up. That's also why I love having the tracking of all this stuff, because I pull up their LinkedIn and see what I said before. I know where to pick up the conversation, but I can hold a real energetic, high-energy, energetic conversation with that person because I am actually interested in that piece. And if you can find that, You will always have a deep connection. And trust me, if you can't, you will have a boring relationship. Please don't meet with them.
Wow.
I love that.
I love that. No, I love what you're saying. And the reason why I love that so much is because there's something spiritual about that. There's something spiritual about it. I'll tell you the spiritual component to that. The spiritual component to that is if you follow your excitement, then that's the best way of living where you're following the things that give you life, where you're actually living and not the things that drain you. And so like looking for that excitement, that's the spirituality in life. It's like, okay, the universe will get you excited about the right things. You get excited about something, that means that that is the thing that you need to follow. You need to follow your greatest excitement. That's what I believe. And so when I meet you, Daniel Rook, I get excited. I call you Daniel Rook because it says Daniel Rook on your LinkedIn. I know you want to be called Rook, but that's the idea. When I meet you, I get excited. I love the way you laugh. I love the way that you throw that pro tip. Throw the pro tip back on. Throw the fucking pro tip back on.
Woo-hoo!
Underlap it, underlap it.
Oh no, do the pro tip. Do the pro tip.
Woo-hoo!
Pro tip.
Pro tip. Pro tip. Pro tip.
Follow your greatest excitement. Follow your greatest excitement. Follow your greatest excitement. So what excites you? What's passion? I'm doing a goal setting masterclass on December 29th. That's by invite only. I have— I'm only doing it for a dozen people. I have a questionnaire that people need to fill out in order to see if they qualify for it. If they go to strategy.vai.com/goalsetting, they can fill out the questionnaire. And for 3 hours, I'm going to walk people through how to be able to come up with their values, with their passions, with their agreements, with their bucket list, with their— basically get organized and figure everything out about their life. Even do a StrengthsFinder assessment test, a DiSC assessment test, a Myers-Briggs assessment. We're going to go through all of that to figure out their identity, then help them be able to have perspective, help them be able to plan, and then ultimately be able to perform and get shit done. for the whole year, you know, have all their goals set up and everything, their, their, their, um, their measurable action plan, everything, frameworks, a brain dump system, a whole thing. So I'm going to teach them everything they need to do within the Goal Setting Masterclass. But my whole point is like, people cannot follow their excitement if they don't know what even excites them. Like, you know, Disney excites you, so that's where you head. You know that gaming excites you. You know having 1,000 candles on your desk excites you.
Right? Yeah. Let me, let me, let me show this to you real quick.
Um, what is the thousand candles about? What is the thousand candles about?
Hold on, hold on, hold on. So here's my calendar. That's pretty full. I mean, you know, if you look at that, that's a, that's a, that's a, that's a good 7 to 7, right?
Wait, hang on a second. It just says Rook there. It says Rook there. I, I just made the screen big.
Well, I changed it. Screen big. Here. Well, I was sharing this screen.
Okay.
So there's my calendar. Okay. Right? So that's, that's a lot, right?
There's a lot going on. There's a lot. There's— yeah, there's a lot.
And the point of that is I'm like this on all of it. I'm all, you know what I mean? You know, now this, you know, this is, uh, I am, uh, uh, during the holiday, you know, this is the last week that people really, really doing. So a lot of people want to get a lot of meetings with me at the end and all that good stuff. Um, but the only reason why I'm able to go from 7 to 7 like that, like with this energy, is because I'm only meeting with people that I'm genuinely interested in, I genuinely care about. I mean, that's the biggest thing about this. You know what the secret of life is?
What's the secret of life? Tell us.
Give life meaning.
Give life meaning.
The meaning of life is give life meaning. Exactly. Do it with high purpose, 100%. And so that's what I do. And like you, and this is why I love you, and I really say this, and I'll say this in front of everybody so they can say my man crush here. You make me a better person. I've never met anybody who gives, who's like faster than me. That's rare. But also really pours into their community. And I, like you, every waking moment is what can I do for them to blow their mind next? What do they need? What can I build for them? What can I put in their hand so their dreams can— they can live the dreams that really matter to them? And that's all I live for. And that's what you do too. And I do that for my family. I do that for my people, my friends.
We're leaders.
Teammates.
We're leaders.
All of it.
Well, we're givers.
I don't like the L word, but You don't like the L word?
What's wrong with the L word?
No, I know. No. Well, just because I've been here for a long time, a lot of people go, I'm a leader in this. It's like, you're not a leader unless you have followers. And if you can't proclaim yourself to be a leader, you can— I believe— and by the way, this is what I also—
I said you're a leader. You didn't say you're a leader. I said you're a leader.
You can say it. You can say it. You and I have lived in a world where people self-proclaim their status, and you're kind of like, but are you really?
A thought leader. How about a thought leader? Does that word make you icky?
Look, I got my own cringes. It's okay.
It's okay. I like your cringes.
So, when you— here's my thing. If you look at my LinkedIn profile, my LinkedIn profile doesn't tell you I'm a high performer. It doesn't say that stuff.
It doesn't.
I am being it. It's more important to be it than say that you are. And it's more important to be, to lead than say that you're a leader. That's why that word just makes me cringe.
I hear you. I hear you. Makes you cringe. Guys, if it makes you cringe too, write cringe in the chat. If you love it, write I love it in the chat. I'd love to. I always love to do that type of stuff. Um, to get people engaged and get people with the program. One of the most important things that you, you can do if you want to build relationships is know exactly who you want to build a relationship with and then intentionally go after them by leaving comments on their posts. Can you tell me about the, the, the way that it becomes easier for you to be able to leave comments on people's posts? Like, what are you doing to leave so many comments?
Are you asking, is this a setup?
No, I'm just asking you, how do you, how do you leave comments?
No, no, I told you. No, no, I told you. This is, this is one of the best things. I said it already. This is one of the best. You were talking direct messages. I'm talking also posts, right? So when using Evie AI, because it knows me, knows what I'm selling, knows my personality, it says, Rook, you should say this. Now, I don't, I hit generate, but I don't input it into it unless rarely ever do I do that. I restate it in my own attitude of that moment, of that moment, because my attitude and energy changes throughout the day and I speak it and it feels very human. So the biggest tool I use is Evi to tell me, hey, Rook, I just read all this so you don't have to. Here's what you should say. I go, oh, I get it. I'm going to say this.
Amazing.
Phenomenal.
I love that. Thank you so much for sharing that. And that's so important to be able to do that. I have a question for you.
Oh my gosh. Yes.
I have a question for you. If you were gonna review, do you ever run ads?
Yes, all the time.
Okay, so—
For us, our clients, the whole nine yards.
Do you wanna look at some ads with me and you can give me feedback? You can roast my ads and tell me if you like my ads or not like my ads. Okay, so I'm gonna share my screen so you can see my Excel spreadsheet. My video guy just sent me a bunch of ads and you can tell me on a scale of 1 to 10 how much you love these ads. I'm gonna share my audio with you on Zoom right now. So these are all the different ads that we have running in. And I'm gonna open them and they're very short. So check this out. Can you hear that?

Would you wanna see some examples of those hacks so that you can properly leverage LinkedIn to either find clients or get a job? If you want information about how to do this, click on the link below.
What do you think?
Play it one more time.
Oh, play it one more time. Okay. Okay. Here we go. Here we go. Here we go.
Imagine you had access to videos on how to leverage LinkedIn that were each under a minute, and it was 99 videos of the most amazing hacks. Would you wanna see some examples of those hacks so that you can properly leverage LinkedIn to either find clients or get a job? If you want What'd you say?
So yeah, I said pause for a second. And so this takes them to, uh, um, a landing page for the $99.
No, it doesn't, it doesn't, it doesn't take them to a landing page. They, they automatically get their phone number and email address and it gets put into— they just say, I want it. And then it gets put into, into right here, into my opportunities tab. I'll show you where, like this. And then this, this is what it looks like. This, so this guy Tony, he literally just asked for it. I'll tell you what time he asked for it. Let me click on his name. He literally just asked for this 27 minutes ago. And then, um, we call, we didn't call him yet. So if I click here and I call him right now, you see, this is the first time. Can you hear that ringing?
Yeah, no, I hear you. I know you're calling.
This is the first time we're calling Tony and it's ringing at this 816 number or whatever. And if I want to look him up on LinkedIn, I could select his name. I could press Alt+Shift+K and it automatically, Evvy AI will find him on LinkedIn. And then I can decide, okay, is it Kansas City metropolitan area or Kansas City, Missouri? It's obviously the same guy. So I'm going to click on this one over here and I'm going to build a relationship with him. The Google number you have called is not available. Now obviously you put a Google number in.
Please leave a message after the tone.
Hey Tony, it's Joe Apfelbaum about the 99 LinkedIn hacks. If you can text me back, I sent you my LinkedIn profile. I'm actually looking at your profile right now. It is super interesting. I'm pretty impressed that you have almost 5,000 followers on LinkedIn, and I can't believe that we have about 5 mutual connections. I'm so glad that we're in the same world. The universe definitely put us together, and I'm very excited about getting to know you a little bit more. If you can gimme a call back at 973-841-8868 or reply to me. That would be lovely. I love that you do RF verification, broadcast repack project management, and especially the drone stuff that I'm super passionate about. If you can gimme a buzz back, I would love to talk to you, to get to know you, learn more about you, and also see what your experience is with broadcast repacks, especially since, uh, when you started the QCOM in 2006. Anyway, looking forward to chatting. I'm really glad that you entered my life and I'm looking forward to speaking to you soon. All right. Happy— if I don't speak to you before the holidays, happy holidays. But I do hope that you can get back to me because I really want to chat with you. Talk to you soon, Tony. Boom.
Okay.
So I just left him a voicemail. Now, the reason I was so specific in that voicemail is because what I wanted to do is I wanted to make sure that Tony actually gets a transcript from Google. And that's the key with the voicemail. He gets the entire transcript. And so I got my phone number in there. I got the fact that I looked at his LinkedIn and he knows I mentioned how many followers he have, that we have mutual stuff. And I mentioned some stuff that Evie AI did research on him. But this is the ad. This is the type of ad that kind of drives that into GoHighLevel directly.
The, the, oh, so the, the only thing I would say different, if I can just help my friend here. Is go to his LinkedIn profile.
Yeah.
When I say pick on, I mean good. This is a good thing. So I would pick on that image. He's ridiculously proud of it. It's a— I'll make sure I don't say it wrong. So come on, my computer's gonna tell me.
This one? It's a HUD?
It's a Cirrus SR22. It's a Cirrus SR22.
This thing here?
Yes.
Yeah, I wouldn't— I wouldn't— I'm not passionate about that. That's why I didn't pick it. Are you passionate about the Cirrus SR22?
Well, no. What I would say is Dude, do you— how often do you fly a Cirrus? That is ridiculously geeky. I love that kind of stuff.
I don't know the first thing about planes, because if he start— if I did get that, it would be inauthentic for me.
Oh, I don't either, but I'm super interested that he— that he's brave enough to fly such a small plane.
I didn't— I honestly thought it— I honestly thought this was a, um, I didn't think this was a plane. I thought this was something completely different. I thought it was something to do with, um, with, uh, You know, what, what is, what do they use to check what's inside a baby's, a mother's stomach for the baby?
Oh, did you think that was a, uh, sonogram?
Yeah, I thought it was a sonogram. Not a monogram, a sonogram. Yeah.
Well, I knew it was some kind of flight thing.
No, I didn't know it was a flight thing. I didn't even—
All I did, all I did was I downloaded the image and I put in Google search. That's the only reason why I know what it is.
Here's the next level. You want to know the next level to that? You grab the image and drag it into Evie AI.
Okay.
Yeah. What is that? You literally say, what is that? And it'll tell you how crazy.
Okay.
Yeah.
That's actually better.
You just drag it into Evie AI just like that.
You're right. I could have done. I didn't even think of that. Yep.
You're right. Insane.
Insane.
Yeah. Insane.
So, but the point is he's proud of that and I don't have to be a plane enthusiast.
I, I, I hear you.
You know, I hear you.
That's a great idea. I appreciate that. I'll think about that more often in the future. And I love that. I love that. Let's watch the next one.
Cause he's gonna want, he wants to brag about what he wants to brag about.
He's proud of it. This will change your LinkedIn. Do you want to learn how to use LinkedIn for one of the top LinkedIn experts out there? He created an incredible course and I recommend it. You should check it out. Click on the link below and we'll send you some information about how you can watch these videos at a low cost. And if you want to upgrade and watch all of them, we'll give you a special deal. Click below and get started.
That is ins— like, I don't know about you, but that— do you notice how AI that is? Is that AI to you or does this look real? Because that model These hacks make it— Oh, I personally know her. Does it, does it look like a real person? Does it look like AI?
AI.
Okay.
Okay. What about this one?
Make LinkedIn easy. AI is changing the game. If you want to learn how to leverage AI to get clients with LinkedIn, you definitely have to check out the—
Hey Martha, can you come here? I want, I want to show them that you're not AI. Oh, she said she's busy.
No, are you for real? That's a real person? That's not a real person.
That's not a real person. So here, it'll be crazy if it was. It'll be crazy if it was.
Well, I wouldn't— I would— but see, what I would say is that you cloned her very well. It's still AI, but it's based off a real person, is what I was going to tell you.
Yeah.
So, so let me give you my feedback on this. Okay, so first of all, I'm not your audience necessarily, right? Because I don't look at the women's stuff. I'm— but, but listen, I'm sure it works very, very well. A pretty girl Someone looks at it. I just, just let you know, that's just not me. Now here's, here's the thing. Um, what, what I like is to share. Did you know if you do this, you get this and we got 99 more of those. Okay.
So you get right into the actual tip.
Yeah. Give them a, give them a pro tip right up, right up front. Give them a pro tip. Blow their mind. So I'm a big believer of that. And by the way, I would even put your rap in one of these because I think it's hilarious.
That's the one that's running right now. So if you go to the ad library, so I'm going to do ad. Library and you search ad—
But I'm still giving the pro tip out there.
100%. I'm with you. So if you go to the ad library, well, I think we have one with a pro tip, but look at this. Most professionals only scratch the surface of LinkedIn. They connect, they post once in a while, and then wonder why nothing's happening. That's exactly why I built the 99 LinkedIn Hacks Crash Course. It is the result of 10 years of practice interviewing top influencers and training over 1,000 Companies. Each hack takes less than a minute to implement, but the results can last for years. More leads, more meetings, and more opportunities. You'll discover smarter ways to grow your network, engage the right people. Do you hear the, the rap in the background?
No, I didn't. No, I did not hear the rap.
Oh, okay. It, there's a rap running in the background of that, which is a nice little—
I, I, but I also like this one better. Um, so, so there is, I don't know what, I think it's called Camilo or Cantaloupe, something like that. It's a kids cartoon. And and it's just not like it's not like entertaining. It's just it's one of those kids cartoons. Yeah, but kids would watch it addictively, and so they did a research on why. And what it was is every three seconds they changed something.
Wow, like this one over here. So oh my gosh, these hacks blew my mind.
One thousand two, one thousand three, one thousand four. Completely changed the way that I think about LinkedIn.
Okay, so what so what you're saying is you're okay. So what you're saying is. Um, you're not attracted to beautiful women in an ad. No, right? That's not something that you would want to click on. You see a beautiful woman in an ad, you actually get disgusted by it.
Well, I, I actually, I actually, we're getting personal. Let's do it. So I actually, I actually, uh, uh, uh, give it a bad and say it's, uh, either it's either, if it's a subject I like, I'll say I don't like the creator. If it's some, but if it's like, I really don't like even any of it, I just say it's irrelevant. So I don't see it again.
Okay. Okay. We made sure everybody was modest, so we're not trying to play on that. But they say that ads cost— that have women cost half the price of ads that have men on it. So we're going to just test it out. And these are— these are not even live yet. These are just—
oh, no. And I'm not saying that's— you're asking Rook here. Yeah, I understand.
I love—
yeah, you're asking my opinion.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I have an opinion as a client and as a user.
Yeah.
I'm just personally telling you that. But beyond that, though, I do like the fact that you're doing the quick little cuts. That's important. I want to share that with people. It's not— it's It's important to make the brain refresh like that, but I would hit it with the value right in the beginning.
Yeah.
Did you know if you did this, you can actually get this and we got 99 more of those?
Yeah.
So I have one. I liked yours.
I have one of those already, but this one, this one's a little more of like, um, of like, we fix your LinkedIn, we'll give you, we'll basically fix up your headline, your about section, everything. We do everything. Click on the link and we'll redo your whole profile for free, no cost.
But I have a, but from that perspective, I have a, uh, I, I, so, so I do branding, marketing, and sales. You know that. And, and by the way, you do too. So, so knowing that your marketing can actually sell for you. So for instance, the LinkedIn profiles that we set up actually do the selling so the person doesn't have to do that. By the way, squirrel moment, when you said that one of your issues, and that is one of our avatars going, hey, I'm not getting enough appointments, we help you with that. Part of it is making sure the profile compels people to get on with them. So my challenge, the disconnect with this from brand experience, because if you want them to join something, I loved your first video where you showed the community because it's a big deal about Evi is we have an incredible freaking brilliant community. You want to show so they go, oh, I want to be there too. What I keep seeing in these images are home scenarios, kitchens and all that kind of stuff. So therefore it's not a professional environment that I even want to be. So I automatically got a disconnect from a brand perspective going, I don't want that. Now, if it's an office, coffee shop, which I think has been overdone, walking— and by the way, you do great. Your personal ones are better. Like, you know, when you're doing— I look, I found LinkedIn walking down the street at a convention center.
Oh, the walking down the street thing. You like this one over here? I decided to make it a day.
100%, it's real.
To you because you are a coach and a consultant and you need more clients and you need to save time. And if that's the case, if you want to make money right now, then download the 100 prompts that I prepared specifically for you. It's $5 if you want to download them, but I give you your money back if you're not happy and you get to keep them. It's a very minimal investment, very low risk. Who am I? I'm Joe Apfelbaum. I've trained over 1,000 companies on how to use artificial intelligence. I'm a prompt engineer and I built a multimillion-dollar business with artificial intelligence just using prompts. And I'm giving you my top 100 prompts. Why am I doing this? Why am I giving it away for $5 with a money-back guarantee? Because I want to build a relationship with you. I want to get to know you. I want to give you a video that teaches you how to use those prompts in your business. So yes, people that pay pay attention. That's the reality of it. So if you're the type of person that wants everything for free, I got plenty of those. I got 50,000 followers on LinkedIn, but I'm looking for a couple people that are willing to invest in themselves, even if it's just a little bit of money, to show me that they're serious. So click the link below and let's do this. Is that, is that good or is that too close into my face?
It's a, it's a, it's a really good one, but you gotta find a way to chop it to have that every couple seconds refresh.
Oh.
Um, and I would definitely start out with the, the hook of it, right? Which I feel is a profound, here's a quick little tip. Did you know this?
So check out, check out, check out this video, which is a tip video. This is a different one. The Calendly meeting hack. If you want to book more calls on LinkedIn, this one's a goldmine. Here's the move: search the word Calendly on LinkedIn, filter by first-degree connections, and boom! You'll see a list of people who already have a booking link on their profile. Wanna go next level? Head to Google and type site:linkedin.com calendly.com sales trainer. You'll find pages of people with Calendly links right in their profiles. Click through, find their booking page, and instantly schedule a call. Wanna get the rest of the 99 hacks? Click below to get access to all 99 LinkedIn hacks so you can get your next 100 clients without spending a fortune on ads. So that, that was, this one did really well, but the pro— the problem with this one was that it cost me 4 times the amount to get people to actually hit I'm interested versus the other one. The price is, so this one is like $16 for every lead. And the other one, it was only $2.90 or $3.80 for every lead. You get what I'm saying?
So, but let me ask you. Yeah, hold on. 2 things. First of all, with that ad, just because we're critiquing it, you're hitting it right out the beginning. It was a, it was a holy— no, holy— where is it? There we go. There's a button. I gotta use my buttons today.
Give me the button.
So it was a holy crap moment, right? So that, that was great. So you brought it, but you brought me into a dull AI of you, monotone, no highs, no lows. Therefore, my, uh, attention could not stick with it. You gotta keep those— you gotta get those endorphins off. You get the endorphins off by the pro tip. They go, holy shit, sorry, holy, that's amazing. And then you show them how real it is. So that— I would've gone right to your— right, I would do that. Then I would go right to your, your other one. The other part that I would ask, because I hear what you're saying though, here's my question though, right? Because this is where this stuff matters. You can get less expensive leads, and, and that is one of the best ways to do that, but they're also less committed, right? So did the other more expensive one get you someone who— did it convert more on the ad?
Overall, overall, we're getting, we're getting a great conversion rate from the ads. Like, people are buying and we're making much more money. Then we're booking between 7 to 11 meetings every day. We can't even keep up with it. We have so many leads coming in. So you saw our— 27 minutes ago, a lead came in. You saw the guy has 5,000 followers on LinkedIn. Like, holy shit, this is a perfect client for us. So we have those coming in. Like, if I want to increase the volume of that, I can increase the volume of that. I don't know what the amount is. There's something called the law of diminishing returns. At some point, it's just going to cost more and more. It's going to be cost prohibitive.
Yeah, exactly.
I want to get to a place where I really nailed the acquisition component of it, where I put myself out of the picture. Right now, I need to close the deals, otherwise they don't close. We have great team—
I understand.
We have great team members, but the problem is that my team members have great conversations with people, and then ultimately, it's not me. You know what I mean? Like, when I get on the phone with somebody and I triage their situation and I help them out, they usually end up wanting to spend money. When I, when, when my team is doing it, I haven't found, and I'm looking for this person, I haven't found that person yet that will actually be the one that I can kind of step away from it. So I think there's process. I think there's process that needs to build, be built around this idea of helping somebody become a better closer. And I'll tell you what I think the process is, and you'll tell me if you agree with this. I think when you get on a call with someone, my team is really great at building rapport, getting to know them, asking questions, going through a checklist, qualifying them and all that. And then at the end, asking for the order is always going to be super awkward. It's always super awkward for people to ask for the order and to talk about price and all that stuff. It's just super awkward. It's always like that. Even with me, there's this like weird energy where you're not sure if the person's going to get pissed or you're— or if they're going to be like, all right, I'm done. Let's go. There's like this like shift that you need to make. And I think that if I add an assessment right there where they self-assess and they self are able to kind of work out all their objections right there with an assessment, I think it'll help. And I, and I tried this out recently with a few people and they closed a lot easier. Even for me, they closed a lot easier because they kind of self-sold themselves in the assessment. So if you take somebody through 10 questions and they're all multiple choice questions and you, they share their screen, Go to strategy.eviai.com/3levers. Check this out. Go there if you can and go through the assessment yourself if you want. You could even share your screen as you're going through it and look at that 3 Levers assessment because there's networking. It's almost like a triage. Do you need networking? Do you need marketing or do you need prospecting? Which one do you really need? I don't know. You tell me. Let's just check. And then they go through and as they're answering questions, they're giving me everything that I need to know. in order for me to determine if they're an ideal client for me. Do you get what I'm saying? So if they go through that assessment, at the end of it, I was like, listen, the AI recommends that this is the best thing for you. We're gonna give you a crazy deal on this. Is this something that you wanna move forward with? Do you actually wanna solve this problem or do you not wanna solve this problem? What are the thoughts going through your mind right now, Rook?
So there, there's a bunch of 'em. First of all, thank you. Uh, and I'll, and I'll show you exactly what I do. Um, and I'll make it super crystal clear. So, um, First, just, I hope y'all are enjoying this conversation. This is real owner-to-owner conversations, right? So, so let's get the truth out there, first of all, about salespeople. You're— I'm going to make up numbers. Joe, your closing rate's 80%. Mine's 80%, right? By the way, I'm pretty sure that's real.
We're very, we're very high. If we get somebody that's qualified on the phone, the likelihood of them signing up is really, really high.
Yeah, I don't care how qualified they are. We're— you and I are 80% because we know what we're doing. We know how to make that work.
100%.
When you— when, when, when— and this said, when I hire is when my calendar is 80% full too, right? So I'm like, okay, I'm about to get full. I don't have enough time to on the spot put people in. Now it's time to hire a salesperson. Okay. But here's the thing. People then hire a salesperson and they don't give them enough leads. Their closing rate's going to be around 30%.
Yeah.
Sure, you might get someone who hits the 50, but they're not you. So therefore you have to make it up by numbers. So that's why people get screwed up on— I want to give them this because I know you and I are past this, but I want to give them this because a lot of people like, I want to hire salesperson because they don't want to sell and they suck at selling and whatnot. Therefore, that's a problem because you don't know how to train them, monitor them, or oversee them. Big deal. But you do need to not have your leads here. You have to have your leads here to compensate they're not— you're not going to have 80% close rates anymore. And that's a good thing. That's not a bad thing. That's a good thing. Now, here's some tips that I do. When they schedule that call, they also get on that call.
Hmm.
So, they're seeing how I'm selling. They're right there. By the way, they earn the right to watch that to get to the next level if they're able to get successful. It's a natural ecosystem that they're able to get that many appointments. They're— one of the rewards, they get to see how I sell it. And therefore, they are also training With someone they knew, they brought in with a relationship. You get it? So that's huge.
I hear what you're saying. Now, I just don't want to— if I get a really good opener, if I get a really, really good opener and they're just crushing it and they're booking 10 meetings a day, like every single day, 5 to 10 meetings every single day, nonstop, really high quality meetings. And people are showing up to those meetings. I don't want to take them away from that. They're enjoying that. I don't want to take them away from that and waste their time.
Well, I'm not saying everybody has to do that. Yeah. Because you and I both share people. So I understand some of them are not going to want to get on Zoom and close, but others have that ambition. And that's what I'm—
that's who that speaks to. I think what I'm hearing here, and I think this is really good, is if you get a closer, if you get somebody that applies to being a closer, have them start as an opener, give them qualified leads that already raised their hand. If they can't even book them as an initial, then they're never going to be a closer. And then get them to show up to those meetings because you're training them to be a closer. But if you have an opener that's always gonna be an opener that loves being an opener, leave them be an opener. But to get a closer, I get it now. I cleared up what you said and I think that makes total sense. Yeah.
Here, here's the, the number one way that I trans— into sale, I transition into sales. This depends how you sell and how you set it up. So even with our ads, well, a lot of our ads will go to come to our, our event. All right. And so, well, I'll give you some secrets. Here's some like pro tips. Here's some awesome stuff.
All of it. Do all of it. Do all of it. Go crazy.
Okay.
Here's Go crazy.
Here's the winner. Here's the boom. Oh, I love the boom. And it's not so secret because I'm about to tell you, but it is secret. So this is how, this is how you— okay. So all your emails, your, your posts, you're fishing for engagement, folks. You don't know. Most people don't know what a lead is. Okay. So I'm gonna use a scenario and I think you get why I use this scenario because it's funny. So you're a dress shop owner. All right. Someone's walking by your window. You're behind the cashier. Do you walk out and go, hey, welcome, come on in, right? Lord help you. They walk into your dress shop. Do you sit behind the counter or do you go, hey, can I show you around and help you select something? Right? That's the effort. What people do is I'm doing my social media posts and no one's swiping their credit card. Here's my event. Here's my workshop email. No one's registered. I'm waiting for someone to do a credit card. You're not greeting your customer. All that effort is to fish for engagement. And when there's engagement, you have to meet them with the same level of engagement, one level higher. So here's a big, big pro tip. So when you are doing— first of all, when you're doing emails, you need to have a nice high design one and one super casual. That contrast hits both learning styles and it actually converts better than anything mediocre in the middle. But when someone opens your email from your personal email or your salesperson's corporate, personal corporate, you get my point. But your your corporate email, not through GoHighLevel, not through the system. On your in your email go, hey, just let you know we're doing this event. Love to have you. I think you might find it interesting. Would you like us to see more? Or would you like a link? Or would you be interested? Just something short like that. It's that personal invitation that puts butts in seats. It's that personal invitation that gets them on. And so when they register, we do the same thing. So excited that you're you're you're coming to the workshop. By the way, I'd love to get with you with Rue. To get you a head start on it. Now I have a one-to-one. Every one of my events I come into with presales. Every one of my events I have sales before I come into it. And I, and I don't care who shows up. I don't care who registers because these are great fresh leads that are raising their hand going, I'm interested around this subject matter. And then you greet them and make them feel valuable.
Wow.
That is, that's how you get butts in seats. Now, saying that, we have ads that go to the events. You also know how we handle that. We have ads that also go to, hey, we'll love to review your LinkedIn profile. So there's business context why they're coming to our world. Okay. And when they show up, my only one job— remember, ladies and gentlemen, it's like, trust, then they care to get to know you— is to nail that like. I want them to know that I like them. I'm interested. I dig what they're doing. If I can't do that, they're never going to want to work with me or my club or my energy or my agency or anything. If they like, is like 80% of the sales. That's 80% of the sale right then and there. So that's what I focus on. And I champion them. I champion them. I love what you're doing over here. This is the main thing. By the way, if you did this, I actually can see you can do this and this. What do you think? I am giving them ideas. I am literally championing them. And then they do this magical thing. Well, okay. So I see this game changer. So what do you, what is that about? Oh, well, I'm glad you asked. Right? And then I just do this, buddy. And this, this is it. I don't— I'm, I'm giving you— this is all my secret stuff, ladies and gentlemen, but I'm gonna share it with you. Okay? I have a sales presentation. This is why people aren't making sales, and this is why people are not able to have a sales conversation without being salesy. I have a great presentation. There's only a couple slides that I call deciding slides, meaning that person is saying yes or no right then and there. Yes and no, right then there. And I'll just show you my 2.
Do you want to share?
Yeah, I'm going to. I'm going to show you. I'm going to show you my 2 deciding slides.
By the way, I see that you have a screen to your left and a screen in front of you. Which one do you use the most?
The one in— well, I mean, that's a whole complicated thing you just asked there. That's— there's more than that.
There is a bunch of screens.
So if y'all Well, yeah, I'll show you, I'll show you, I'll show you. I'll let you see, uh, the Oz behind the curtains. Okay.
Oh my God, look at that. Is that a couch?
So this is— yeah, that's my couch.
I love it.
That's my— that's my, uh, sitting on my couch is my Jedi, uh, um, 2 Jedi, uh, uh, VR battle sets, you know. You know, just so if you're looking at— that's my— that's my piano.
I love your piano.
So if you talk about screens Wow.
That's a big screen. That's a big— oh, you have 3 screens.
Yeah.
You have 2 screens and a TV. Is that what you have going on?
No, no, that's, that's your normal like 40-something-inch widescreen. And then I have 2 27s and no, I can't even touch them.
Okay. You have 2 27s, but you also have a 40 in front of you that you split into a few.
I think it's like 42 in front of me. Yeah.
Nice. Nice. Is it, is it wide? Is it wide and beveled?
Yeah. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. It's wide.
Nice.
So it's a big old widescreen.
I love that.
So, so, so here, here, here's what I do. Let me share this screen. All right. So there's 2 deciding slides. And by the way, I love having slides that are per— I'm telling you all real secrets— that are preemptive rebuttals. I don't believe in rebuttals. Rebuttals are arguments. You should understand what rebuttals might be. You should understand what pain points are, but you never leverage them. Right? Because that's manipulation. So when I go to this slide, this is the first deciding slide. All right? And one of that is, is like how we get you into revenue in 4 weeks. Because I know, hey, how fast is an ROI? I'm hitting it right out of the gate. And then I go, look, you know, this is done for you. This, you just keep doing what you're normally doing. And I only need an hour a week from you. And they go, oh, well, I have time with that. Because, you know, you hear that, Joe. I'm already in this and blah, blah, blah. And this literally tells them what we build for them. So this is number one slide. They go, yes, I want that. Yes, I can do that. That's it. That's a yes, yes.
Cool.
And then the number one, one slide, by the way, that's the second best slide, but I show it first for reasons, is this. This is how they shop me. So this is really cool. So we get our, our, our AI, our formulas, go high level if you want, our community, get our deep, our experiences. I, we do your plan, your messaging scripts. We do your personal brand, package it up in LinkedIn. Looks beautiful. Some content. I meet with you on a regular basis and then we build out your, uh, an AI for you in your funnels. I never mentioned the price. The price is right there.
Doesn't it say $32,000?
I never mentioned the price. That's my point. I never mentioned the price. I'm telling you, I never say the price. They see the price. I focus on what they get and I go, hey, so Joe, which one of these are you most excited about? And they start selling themselves.
Oh wow, that's great.
I just leave it up.
You never—
you know, that is the number one deciding slide. No, no, don't need to. It's right there. Yeah.
Wow.
And they go, I love that. Great. Then I send them a proposal and then they sign off on it and then they buy it. So the point of that is, is that you need to have a slide deck when they go, so what do you do? Well, let me show you.
Cool.
I appreciate you asking, but you have to set an environment, right, to champion them first, that you— they have to be seen and heard for you. That— and see, a lot of people don't do this, and this is why one of the reasons why I love what we do here, the research. That's a big deal. We've always done research for people on them first. So I tell you about you so you don't have to tell me. I don't have to spend the next 30 minutes listening to your life story. They don't know—
they don't know if the $32,000 is per month, per week, per year for life?
Oh, they ask that. They'll go, is that, is that per month? I said 6 months all in. Oh, that's cool.
Okay. Wow.
Yeah. Yeah. There's no, there's no reason to bring it up. It's right there. I don't need to speak to it. I don't care about it. I dismiss it. So therefore the money conversation is not a money conversation.
Yeah.
They're selling themselves.
And they have to have the $32K because a lot of people, they don't even have any money.
Well, I mean, Define that.
People come.
Everybody has money.
People come to me and they're like, "I don't even have a hundred bucks." I'm in debt.
Hey Joe! Hey Joe! I can't do the thirty K right now. Just things are really tight. But listen, let's talk back. Let's talk about when I get back from Europe. Okay? Right?
Okay.
They have the money.
Oh, let's talk back when I get.
I literally had. Wait, hold it. Hold on. So let me let me show you how they. Let me let me give you a real thing, and this is real real. And you've met Emily, right? So Emily, who runs my company, started out as a salesperson, and she was on the training call when this happened. It's the funniest thing in the world. So they say, well, I don't have that. I said, okay, so what can we figure out? What can we figure out here? Let's do it together.
Well, I don't know. They say I don't have it.
Hold on, hold on, hold on. Wait, wait. No, no, wait. Hold on. All right. They said, no, I don't have the cash and I don't have the credit cards. I mean, I guess I can sell one of my gold bars. It's real. I'm like, yeah, that'll work. You know what I mean? So, so I, I get you, right, Joe? You're super generous. I'm super generous, right? We have free things for people. That's, that's where that generosity steps in. You know, by the way, my, my, I have a pro membership, which is 7 grand. I have my, my winner circle, which is 30 grand. I have my complete launch product, which is $135,000. And I have my agency for $250,000. I have things that are accessible, but it's also what's appropriate for you. What appropriate means is what you're looking for, an outcome. You know, what do you want to achieve? Right. And the appropriate amount of money to get there. So some people go, look, I'm gonna spend $10,000 to make $1 million. It's never going to happen. It's never going to happen. Right. That's not appropriate.
What if they—
what if they say— You know, I do have a guy.
A guy told me this recently. He said, listen, Joe, I took way too many risks, bought too many programs. Why don't I work with you for 30 days? And if I get results, I'll spend $10K, I'll spend $20K, I'll spend $100K. What do you say to that?
Um, so, well, no.
I understand. No, but your system works so well. Why don't I work with you? So let's— deals. Put skin in the game, Joe. And then at the end of 30 days, I'll—
here's the deal. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Hold on. Not a problem. There's, there's 2 answers to this. Okay. I'll give you the real answer. Then I'll give you the other answer. Okay. So, Joe, first of all, I appreciate that, dude. So, um, Just to let you know, um, let's talk about what have you done before? And they're gonna say it's been a coaching program and an education program. And said, look, good. So the biggest thing that I hear is that you had to do the work, right? Okay. I'm delivering it. I'm doing the work. We're delivering you the creative, we're delivering you the scripts, we're delivering you the banners. So it's done for. So that factor doesn't even exist.
Okay. Then they go, yeah, but I need, I need, I need the strategies that you have. I need all your tips, your strategies and all that stuff. And if I can do it, not a problem, in 30 days, I'll be able to make enough money. Then I can pay you for it.
Yeah. And so, so here, here's the deal. I actually have guarantees, but I can't guarantee you show up. I can't guarantee you do, do the work. So what you're asking me, Joe, is to invest in your company, right? You want me to invest my services into your company to get a payout, but I don't know if you can deliver. What's your sales been for the last 30 days? Well, not a lot. Well, what last 6 months? Well, bad. That's why I need this. Okay. So understand within this condition that we're building right now, You don't— all due respect, I love you, but you don't have proven sales. So that's a risk I'm not willing to take, but I'll show you how. And if you step up, you'll get the sales.
So what you're basically saying, you're basically saying, I don't, I'm not interested in investing in your company.
Yeah. You have no proven model.
Okay. What if they say, why would you, why would you risk? Okay. If they say I have a proven model and I'm making $10K a month, then if you have the money, you have the money. So that's either way you're fine.
Exactly.
Yeah. What I sometimes tell people is just like, okay, I understand you don't want to invest right now and you want me to put my thing in the game. I totally get that. And that makes total sense that you would want that. My only question to you is, do you want fries with that? And then we both laugh. And after I break the pattern, I'd be like, let's be honest, how much money could you invest Just in software? Forget about the training. I'm willing to give you that on the house for a month. Forget about my time. I'm willing to sit with you every day if you need it. I'm willing to give you everything. But how much can you invest in software? Because you need software. We're going to— you go to Salesforce, they're not going to just give you the software access. You know what I mean? So how much could you invest in just the software alone and just the licenses to get into Windows? Can you invest in that or you can't even invest in that? So at that point, That's kind of like my way in the door to say, okay, just pay for the software. Let's work over the 30 days, see if you actually take action. And after that, I'll upgrade you to my $20,000 to $100 million package, whatever. That's my approach that I take. You don't like that approach?
So, well, but you have something that you can offer them from that. I don't, I mean, I can offer them access.
You have GoHighLevel.
Hold on. Yeah, I know I'm contradicting. I am 100% contradicting myself. I'm just going to say that I get that because I know what you're going to tell me. I haven't had a lot of success with that. There have been times when I go, look, you can have the formulas, you can have GoHighLevel, you can have this kind of stuff. But see, here's the difference. You are a software company. I'm not a software company. I'm a business owner.
You're an agency.
Right. I'm an agent. Exactly. Exactly. So while our stuff is great and it helps, heck, I can wrap your stuff into it. We've had that conversation. I'm not set up to support those kind of things. I'm here to help them make money. Through their activities, or have us do their activities.
Give me an example. Give me an example of your most ideal.
But I do want to say this though.
I yeah.
I do want. I do want to give you this though. Okay. So when they sit there and they go, you know, I just don't have the thirty grand. I said straight up, ready? That's cool. Well, I'll give you payments. Will that make it easier? That's important. Y'all get some real shit right here. Will that make it easier? Of course, they go. Yeah, but but. And then here's the deal. What those— now, first of all, I do say I add 10% because I'm not a bank. They understand that. And typically it's a couple of payments. But there's some people that you and I know, they just need a leg up. They just— they just— and I'm being honest, they just— they just need a leg up. But the way I know that is I've done my research and I said that earlier, and then we changed subjects and I scrolled a moment. I do my research before I meet with someone. I can tell you how much money they have. I just like you, I have that instinct. I can just tell how much money you have.
We have a thing called green flag, yellow flag.
Okay. Well, I see. I now know why you say green flag. I heard you say it. I'm like, I don't know what to go. Okay, I now get your point. So we have that instinct. So when it's a real person and here's a caveat, here's caveats to this that I can prove by looking at their activity, they're doing the right things. When I ask how many networking meetings are you going to? How many appointments are you going to? When I do the data that mitigates my risk that I know they'll be successful, I will do payments for them.
Love that.
Otherwise I won't.
Love that. And look at the end of the day, if you're starting a restaurant, I always tell people, if you're starting a restaurant before you even open the doors and get your customers, how much money do you have to invest in it? Do you think coaching is different? Do you think starting any business is different? You're not going to invest in someone to coach you and guide you. And also, if you're not willing to invest, If you're a coach and you're not willing to invest in somebody that will actually coach you, why would somebody want to invest in you? Like, if you're not willing to invest— like, I spend $50,000 a year.
I've had to say this to somebody once.
Like, if you think it's too expensive to spend a few thousand bucks a year on coaching, like, why would anybody want to hire you as a coach? You want to charge $10K for coaching?
How can you sell that?
And you're not even willing to spend a few hundred bucks on coaching yourself. How dare you? And I'd say, what?
What?
Yeah.
Every once in a while I'll get— I don't get this often. I rarely get this, but every once in a while I'll get a, that's expensive. Yeah. And I don't have it. Well, what are you charging? So if you think this is expensive, how are you ever going to sell what you charge? Because you charge more.
Yeah.
Generally that's their attitude. You know what I mean?
Yeah.
So it'll never work. By the way, it will never work.
$30K is not expensive to work with somebody like you for 6 months. That is so cheap.
I agree. And I also have a 7,200.
Yeah.
The only difference is we're not building out your AI and all that kind of stuff, and I'm not meeting with you on a regular basis.
Yeah. So you have a whole team of people.
And here's the word I say for that.
Yeah.
Yeah. I say accessible. We're, we are, I, it's important for me to make sure that I'm very accessible and so are you.
Yeah.
You're ridiculously accessible. Yeah.
I love that. But people are surprised that I put my cell phone number on LinkedIn. They're like, how, how do you do that? I was like, call me. I promise you, you'll buy something. Call me. Then people are like, oh no, no, no, I'm not gonna call you, Joe. I'm not gonna call you. I'll buy something you need. You'll buy something you need, you know?
So, so I wanna give you this too, because this is huge.
Pro tip. Pro tip.
For God's— pro tip. Before you meet with anybody, for God's sake, please do research on them first. Never have a discovery call ever in your life. If they wanna call a discovery call, they call it, do it. But you'd never do it. Always have a purpose in why you're meeting with them. You should never go into anything blindly. You should be looking at their stuff, finding interesting points. And then when you meet with them and go, hey, I noticed you do this, Joe, and I saw this and I saw this. What that does is they immediately see, feel seen, heard, and already vested time with you. Right. And therefore they don't have to tell you their life story.
Yeah.
And that's super important. You're telling them and they go, oh my gosh, well, tell me about you. Oh, well, thank you for asking. Let me show you this.
Yeah.
Done.
Wow.
And I wanted to give that. Now, by the way, in between that is big championing. It is also giving them counsel. And the reason why I give them counsel when I'm on Zoom with them is because I want to see— I'm interviewing them. I want to see, are they gelling with what I'm saying? Do they agree with me? Or am I going, yeah, but do I get a yeah, but? Yeah, but Joe, I did a coach before. Yeah, but Joe, I have LinkedIn Navigator. Yeah, but then I go, and if they're good people, And I can tell, I will call out the yell butt. If they're not, like, I know that there is an ego in this yell butt, I go, listen, I appreciate it. Listen, here's how we could work together. If you ever need me, I'm here. I just release them.
And also, you got to release people. I always create the exit first. As soon as they give me a no on anything, I was like, no problem, no pressure. You don't have to sign up to anything. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure if this even is right for you. So why don't we schedule a meeting for X, date, and then the pressure's off. Say today, I just wanted to— and then at that point they can give me all the real objections. Once we have a meeting set up for the future, when they're off the hook and they're not buying anything right now, now I can really get to know how I can really make a difference for them and help them. Because until now, the pressure's up and they think they're gonna have to spend something, and so they have the roadblock on. You get what I'm saying?
So yeah, I don't get a lot of that because what I come into it is I do my research, I champion them, I have a real— and I'm interested. So that's showing Their barrier is down. They're already telling me if they have an issue with something, they're generally 90% of the time, they're telling me what that is. So we get to actually discuss it. And if it's not there yet and I'm getting like the, like, okay, I haven't heard them say it. I know what's going on, but they need to say the words, not me, right? Because they have to own their own narrative in the, in the dance of, and I call this co-authoring sales, right? It's not one way, it's co-authoring. They're, They're just a whole nother conversation. Maybe we get into it. But so I let them go through it and what they'll say is some things. But if I couldn't figure out what— if they haven't said it yet, I know what it is. They haven't said it yet. I go, well, let me just ask you this. It is take the money aside. Forget about the money. I have nothing for you to buy right now. I have nothing for you to sign right now. That's not our conversation. Put the money aside. Is this something you want? What would stop you from doing this? Forget about the money. Right. And that will bring that up or it will go to the money and I go, well, cool. Then let's just— so everything's good. Except just it's a money conversation. Yeah. Well then let's figure that out.
Yeah.
That is my energy. Exactly how I say it. Let's figure that out.
Yeah. Yeah. And you know what I heard?
And that is easy now.
What I learned from somebody on the Marketers Cruise recently, and I know you're not a fan of cruises in general, so you're not coming on the Marketers Cruise this year, probably not next year either, which is totally fine. But, but what I found from someone that does this on the Marketers Cruise, what they do is they say, listen, the investment is $250,000 to work with me. That's the investment to work with me. That's what it costs. However, I want to put skin in the game. So until you make your first $100,000, pay me $5K upfront. When you make your first $100,000, after you receive it, and we don't even have to sign a contract, I'll trust you, you'll give me the next $20K. And then after, when you make your $500K, you'll give me the next $100K. And when you make your million, you'll give me your $250K, and then we'll work for life at no cost. additional. We'll, we'll keep supporting you forever. You'll be a forever client for my— for me. And that's, and that's kind of like the approach that they take. And I think to myself, like, wow, that's crazy. That's insane. That's such a— I, I like that strategy, but is it— how do you feel about that? I, I feel— oh, tell me more.
I'll tell you why. So I, I understand the logic in there, and there's a company out there that promises that stuff. And I think their wins are probably in the 2%, and I'm not joking, that actually get to the level that can do that. And I will tell you how I handle that kind of strategy too, though, right? So there is something there that's good, but what that attracts are suckers. There's a flock of suckers.
Why is somebody a sucker if they believe in that?
Because there's no contract. There's no methodology. All you're trying to do is give a fancy, like, I'm high value, I just need to pay a little bit, right? So it's a desperate sale and it's a sucker play because no real business would agree to that because there's no terms, there's no structure between it, there's no contract between it. It's just you're just trying to get my money in and hopefully I win. And that's— so the deal and the agreement is based on hopefuls, and hopefuls don't build business.
Okay.
They're selling to ignorant people, and only ignorant people do that deal. Now, what, and I'm gonna say this with a big caution. I love you all. Some people have sold this in a good way, and there's some companies that are selling it this way and they're getting some success, but they never get to, to the success. That's what, that's what I'm talking about. It's not how you build a business.
You, you don't believe in that methodology, even if it works for some people. That's not something that you—
So let me ask you this.
It also is not your target market.
So, so I have—
It's also not your target market.
Hold on. I have a $135,000 plan for a launch, right?
Yeah.
Okay. And part of that launch is this. They have to have, and I'll tell you the math in between, they have to have about 10,000 people on their email. See here, the business structure, here the logic. They have to have 10,000 mail active email list. They have to have 1,000 superfans. And their superfans could be, they buy their books, they show up, um, they, they, they come to their events. Just 1,000 superfans.
Yeah.
Huh?
The Kevin Kelly thing.
Yeah. And so now that I know that they have that, Then what I will say to them is, look, you put the $30,000 down, right? We'll finance the rest. But I know by the work that we put into this done-for that we will make them about $50,000 a month just based real numbers, no BS, and it'll be paid for within 3 months. And so I, when we do our deals, we look at that, make sure it's all paid for in 3 months. They make their money back, we make our money back too. That's a different structure. And so you're putting 3 down, I'm carrying the financing.
You know, they have assets.
They, they have what's, what's the makings of something for us to come in and make something happen for them. I mean, it's just like an investment, right?
So if you're looking to build it from scratch, it's not going to work and there's no way that you—
Oh God, no. You have to pay the $135,000 because you have nothing to work with. It comes back to the guy who said like, Joe, will you do it for 30 days? And then after 30 days, then I'll pay you. No, you have nothing to work with. You have nothing proven. I have to do— it's all risk on my side, right? Why the hell would I do that?
Yeah, if you, if you went to a business that's already doing millions and millions in revenue and you come in just to optimize, you're willing to take a risk on them because you know you'll do a great job for them.
100%. And it's not always optimized, and I do want to say that because we are building new things for them. We are building them AI, we're building them into— and I call them intelligent systems because we do offline, online, yes, some AI and all that kind of stuff.
How do you feel about AI picking up the phone? How do you feel about AI picking up the phone?
I, I, I love it under this permit— under this circumstance. Ours has a name that sounds— I don't want people to steal it, I'm serious, right? But ours has a name that sounds robot but human, but it's obviously robot. So it's a wink to robot, and it literally says, listen, I, I'm an— I'm a robot, but I know really cool humans and I want to connect you to them. People love that because it's transparent, it's fun, and it's real.
I'm a robot, but I know really cool humans and I wanna connect you with them.
Yeah. And I wanna connect you to some.
And that's on— and you do that?
Hey, this— hey, hey Joe, this is blank. Now I'm a robot, but I know humans, some really cool humans. I wanna connect you to 'em. Can I ask you a couple quick questions? People talk to it. Why not? It's real.
But, but you do that on—
it's AI, but it's real.
You do that cold or you'd only do that for inbound? You do that cold outbound?
Both.
Did you ever read the FCC rules related to like what's allowed and what's not allowed and the fines that you get from doing cold robocall, cold AI callers?
Robocall is different.
No, not robo— what I mean, cold, cold permissionless. You didn't give me permission. You didn't fill out a form asking for a call or anything. And I just called you out of the blue with an AI.
Right. Sorry. They are. We do have their data because they've opted into something.
So they actually requested a call?
They, they hit a—
Subscribe to a webinar or something, right? But you're not calling somebody from the phone, from the phone book or from whatever, from a directory?
From Apollo?
Yeah, from Apollo or whatever.
No, humans do that.
Okay, good, good, good. Because some people are doing that and I'm like, dude, you can get fined like, I don't know, ridiculous amount of money per every call that you do. From the government. Like, that is ridiculous. They put these crazy laws in place not to allow people to do that because it's insane what you can do.
Yeah. And, and when you say cold call, so I don't, I, I look at Meta ads and leads from Meta ads. Basically we treat 'em like cold calls.
Oh, really? When somebody, when somebody fills out a form on Meta ads and comes in, you look at that as a cold call?
Yeah.
Really? Yeah. Even if you paid $10 for the guy to click?
I don't think I've paid that high, but, but, um, because it's, it's low, it's low, it's, um, low commitment. There is— that's what I was saying earlier, right? It's easy to get these leads. You get them in your funnel, but you got to treat them because— so let me say it this way, because they don't— they click while they clicked on an ad. They don't know you. Right? They don't have the like and the trust built into them. They just have a need. Right? And therefore, you have to answer it differently. You have to sell that differently. Right? So, I treat them like strangers because they are strangers. I do the research and all that. But I will tell you, and I look, you know, when I started jumping into this, I was like, okay, yeah, they really don't know me. They didn't see my face. They haven't seen my sounds. They haven't seen my workshop yet or anything like that. So, if they haven't been into my world yet, we treat them like cold strangers.
Wow. You know how many—
because they need that warmup friend stuff.
It's crazy how many people click on my ads, fill out a form, and then I, and then they realize they're connected with me on LinkedIn. 'Cause I have so many people connected with me on LinkedIn.
That's what happens when you have 30,000 connections and 100,000 followers.
It's insane. It's just insane. The amount of people that enter my world that already know me and they get on a call with my team and I jump on, they're like, Joe, I've been watching you for years. 'Cause a lot of them are second-degree connections. And some of them are first degree. And like, I've been watching you for years. I finally saw your ad and I love it and blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, okay.
I'm super shy in real life. I am an extreme introvert. I really, really am. And that happens to me, like when I go to New York and go to like the Small Business Expo because I wear my blue jacket, my hair literally is blue.
You get a, you get a booth, you get a booth there at the Small Business Expo?
No, no, no. I just hang out. Yeah, I do the speed, the speed networking. Yeah, it's amazing. And it's so much fun. But what I did last time, like, I had 7 people come up to me. I'm like, I went to a fundraiser here in Orlando, and I don't go out in Orlando except Epcot and church and a couple restaurants. You know, like, oh my God, Rook, I've been following you for— it does freak me out. It does freak me out. Straight up. It absolutely freaks me out. Happens all the— I was down in Fort Myers last week. One of our Um, we started this restaurant, uh, brand and opened up their 3rd location. It's really, really cool. So I went down to— for the soft opening celebration. But I don't know, I get weirded out in public, man.
Why? What do you think?
I appreciate it. My wife goes, you do love this though. I'm like, I do, but it's like really— because I don't know people's names and faces. I know businesses and projects like that. Yeah, but I'm really, really bad about that. And so I just What do you think?
What do you think about Alignable? What are your thoughts on that? Have you ever used it?
I've never played and I've not, I've, I feel like it is a third-tier thing.
Really? I just interviewed this, the CMO, the VP of marketing at Alignable, like the person who—
Oh, then I love them. They're amazing.
I just interviewed him. He's on my LinkedIn Live. And we had a great conversation. He told me he has a market, he has a PR company. Um, himself, and he generated $375,000 in the past year just from using Alignable itself, himself.
I've always wanted to do it, but, but what it's— okay, do you know why Disney Walt charges parking for a day park and they said it would never work? Because no one ever charged for a day park. Disney's theme park was called a day park. A day back in the day, that's what they call them, a day park. That's what they called it. Because you spend the whole day there, not an hour.
Right, right, right.
So, so do you know, do you know why he, he told everybody why he's charging for parking at a day park where everything was free?
Yeah, why?
Otherwise, keep the riffraff out.
What's the riffraff?
People who want things for free.
Oh, got it.
That's why they charge for parking. Yeah, that's why they were the first day park to charge for parking. He said, I want the riffraff to keep out. Therefore, you got to pay something. And you've already said that with what you said.
I pay for Alignable.
How much?
Um, like $25 a month or $30 a month or something. I pay like—
How much you pay for LinkedIn?
Um, Alignable has different plans, but I, I, I probably pay like $700 a year for LinkedIn.
That, right. That's my point. Now you're coming up to a higher tier. That's all I'm saying.
Okay. All right. I'm with you.
Yeah, that's it.
I'm with you. The reason—
Yeah, that's, that's all I'm saying.
Alignable—
and I haven't met You haven't met what? Well, I'm sure I'm misjudging Alignable, but I'm just telling everybody that I've seen on Alignable, it is a different tier of people wanting something least expensive. I haven't found deep relationships. I've been on it, but I'm telling you, I've never tried it, tried it, right? I've never given it a real focus, real attention. Of course I've been on it, but that's— and I just like, it's just weak.
It's weak. There's 10 million business owners in the United States that are using Alignable.
Okay. So it looks like I gotta do, hey Siri, remind me 5 minutes to recheck Alignable.
Did it do it? Did it say yes?
Yeah. Of course.
Amazing. Amazing.
I love that. So, so again, I could be misjudging it, but I'm just saying when I've played on it and what I saw there, it was a lot, not a lot of It, it was a lot of wantrepreneurs, not entrepreneurs.
Wow. And you think LinkedIn has your entrepreneurs, not your wantrepreneurs?
Well, it has both, but you can at least see who they are. And if those who are on LinkedIn, they're trying to do something, they're trying to build something and they take it at a level, a certain level serious. But that's also why I say people networking, like, like on Zoom networking, not online networking, making effort, showing up, the, the, that gets more into the people that I, I do business with because they wanna build something.
Yeah.
I love, and they're putting the effort into it.
I love playing with people that are paying for LinkedIn. I love playing with people that are paying for LinkedIn. So if you have a gold icon on your profile, I put you higher on the green flag side.
100%.
Why, why do you agree with that?
I just told you, keeps the riffraff out. They're more serious. There's more intent. They're trying to build something. They're putting the effort in and they're willing to pay for it.
Yeah.
I mean, it's the same thing when you see someone with the Gmail, worse Yahoo, worse AOL. AOL email and not a business email. Now, listen, I have a lot of people who have Gmail, but there's a different scoring with that, right? And the same thing. Yeah, it's just there's markers that go, I'm serious, I'm committed, I want to build something. And that's who I love doing business with because I can make them successful.
You can. You can. And you really—
100%. So can you. But you can't do all the work. I can't do all the work.
Yeah.
Yeah.
People have to step up and be the thing. What do you think? Who is your most ideal avatar? If there was one person that you had to pick, what would you say is your most ideal avatar? Not just a small business owner, not just an entrepreneur, but someone that somebody can actually introduce you to.
I know. Um, and you've actually helped me with this, but I'm gonna tell you what I normally say cuz you gave it to me. Coaches and co— coaches and consultants. That are networking and using LinkedIn Navigator.
Ooh, I love that.
That's what she told me.
Have you—
I know, I love it too.
Have you ever, have you ever, uh, posted on LinkedIn asking people what type of LinkedIn they have, if they have Navigator or if they have free?
No, I haven't. And that's interesting.
That's, that's a good, that's a good poll to do. So here, So you go to LinkedIn. I'll give you, I'll give you, I'll give you a pro tip here. You put in that pro tip icon thing.
I didn't even have to say it.
Pro tip, pro tip. We're having way too much fun. Pro tip. Okay. Here's, here's a tip. Go on LinkedIn, click on new post. It's very easy. When you click on new post on the homepage of LinkedIn, click on start a post. There's a section there, the plus sign, where you click the more button and then you can select create a poll. It's a little icon. It's kind of hard to find. They make it really, really hard to find. You click on the little icon, you click on create a poll. When you create a poll, it asks you your question. So you could say, what version of LinkedIn do you have? Okay. And then option 1, you can say free LinkedIn version. Then you could say premium LinkedIn version. That's And then you can say Sales Navigator, sale. Oh shit!
Sorry, that was wrong button. There you go. I just wanted to.
Sales Navigator LinkedIn.
Can't escape this guy.
LinkedIn version. Oh, that's so cool! You have the Mexican version of me. Da na na na na na.
That sounds sick.
Da na na na na na.
This guy's everywhere.
Okay, so Sales Navigator version, and then you could do you can do not sure what. version. Okay, so we're gonna do free, premium, Sales Navigator, not sure, and then press done. And then you can say, can you help me and tell me what version of LinkedIn you have right now? And I'm gonna do #MojoPoles2025, #versionofLinkedIn. Okay, version of LinkedIn. So I'm going to press post, and I just posted that. And I'll send you the link so you can— I'll send it to you through WhatsApp. Um, your name is Rook. I'll send it to you through WhatsApp. I just put the link in WhatsApp so that you have it. And then what you could do is, if you want, you can promote that poll, or you can literally copy that poll, or you can repost it, or whatever you want. And then you can have your own version of it where you say whatever. And then the goal is to try and get 100 people that are Sales Navigator version to check off that Sales Navigator version. So you promote it for a week by sending a DM to every single person that you're connected to on LinkedIn. Every single person you're connected to on LinkedIn gets that. And you just, you could do, you could just put in the hashtag. So for example, if I was gonna If I was going to send you a DM on LinkedIn, I'd click on messaging. Um, he said, I hope to meet you again one day. Sam said, okay. I click on this thing. I type in Ruke, R-U-K-E. And then I'm going to just write, I'm going to write hashtag. What am I going to do? I'm going to do hashtag. What should I do? Hashtag. Um, what, what'd I say it was? LinkedIn version. Hashtag version of LinkedIn. Hashtag version of LinkedIn. If I just V-E-R-S-I-O-N, V-E-R-S-I-O-N of LinkedIn, and I press send, I just sent you a hashtag on LinkedIn, right? That's all I sent you. That hashtag, when you click on that hashtag, that hashtag should only bring up that post and nothing else. So if I want to send people that poll, all I got to send them is that hashtag. 'Cause if I send them the actual poll, you know what happens? They get this whole preview and they don't see the message and it's annoying and they think it's spam. But if I just send a hashtag and say, could you help me out? Click on this hashtag and just vote and tell me which poll you have. People will actually vote. Do you get what I'm saying? That's one of the 99 LinkedIn hacks.
Yeah. I, well, first I'm copying everything you're doing right now.
You should copy everything. Copy everything I do.
But, but because I— that's— but I thought that's what you told me to do, right? So when you're saying that, I didn't know you were actually doing it. So I'm doing it too.
Do it. Do the same exact thing verbatim. You have a different audience than I do. People don't even know what the hell's flying. You could also leave it open for 2 weeks. I'm leaving mine open for 1 week, but you could leave it open for 2 weeks. And here's the kicker, Rook. Here's the kicker. I would email your entire— how many people do you have on your list? 50,000? 20,000? 30,000?
No.
Emails.
I honestly think it's 6,000, but I've met every single person.
Amazing. So you send an email.
It's just like my LinkedIn. Every single person on my LinkedIn.
I would put subject line, can you do me a favor? The body is I created a poll and I need your help. Take 2 seconds and just vote on the poll and tell me which version you have. And then put the link to the poll. Don't even say which version of LinkedIn, just say which version you have. I need your help. And when they click on this link, And I will send you money on PayPal if you can get 100 people to vote for Sales Navigator. Okay, Rook, I will send you money. I'm not gonna tell you how much money. I'll send you Hanukkah gelt. If you can get a— if I'm, I'm giving you money, I'm going to send you money via PayPal, and I promise you that I will send you money. I will send you Hanukkah gelt on PayPal if you can get 100 people to vote Sales Navigator. In the next 7 days.
But would it, would it, would it not, wouldn't you want the truth though?
No, no. I want the truth. I want 100 people who you got organically because it's not going to happen.
How about 100 votes?
No, no. 100 Sales Navigator votes. Don't, don't, don't wimp out.
So that means I, that means I have to probably get 600 votes.
No, not necessarily. Not necessarily. You just keep getting votes until 100 say Sales Navigator and they're really Sales Navigator. You want the real truth. So I'm gonna teach you a truth of how you could get 100 Sales Navigator people. I'm gonna teach you the truth.
Leads.
I'm gonna teach you the truth. I'm gonna teach you the truth. Number one is you're gonna email your list and say, can you do me a favor? Exactly what I said. And then you're gonna say, can you please help me vote? I need to know what version you have. This is really important. Send it. You send it again the next day to the not opens. Okay? So you send it to the not opens. You send it again the next day. So you send it to 6,000, 3,000 won't open. You send it to the 3,000 and the subject line says, I really need your help.
Yeah.
And then you say, I sent you this yesterday. You didn't open it. Can you just click on it? It will take you 2 seconds. I really need your help here. The 3rd day you send it to the not opens. You could say, are you even getting my emails? And in the body of the message say, I really need to know what version you have. Can you just help me? It'll take a second. The, the per— the people that didn't open your email after that, you call them all. And you're like, "I need your help. I sent you three emails. This is urgent. You're the only person I'm emailing. I just need to know your version." And they pick up the phone, and then they're like, "Okay, where? Where do I click on? Just search version on your phone, on your computer." They search version. I need you. Okay, I see you sent me three emails. They click on it. Say, "Could you add me your contacts here so you get my emails?" Thank you. Okay, good. Get it out of spam. Say it's not spam.
Da da da da.
Let's fix this. And then we go for it. And if you do that alone, you take that process and you do that over the course of 3 days, maybe a week, 'cause you need to call the rest of the people, it'll change your life. The people that wrote Sales Navigator, you call them up and thank them. Say, oh my God, thank you for letting me know that you use Sales Navigator. I'm literally calling to let you know that you saved the game because my coach Joe is sending me money on PayPal if I can get 100 people that really have Sales Navigator to vote. And I promise you, I will send you money. So do you know anyone that has Sales Navigator that you can forward the poll to, or you can repost it? People that have Sales Navigator know people that have Sales Navigator. That's how it works. The next thing I need you to do is I need you to go on Sales Navigator yourself. Do you have Sales Navigator, Rook?
Yes.
Excellent. I need you to go on Sales Navigator yourself and find people on Sales Navigator that have Sales Navigator. And you can be like, Joe, how do I find people on Sales Navigator that have Sales Navigator? Da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da da tequila. I will show you how you can do it. If you share your screen, I'll guide you through the process and show you. Da da da da da da.
You want me to?
Why not? Share your screen. Open up Sales Navigator.
Well, I'm just first of all answering people who are watching us live. That's also happening. I watch it. Very interesting.
Then I'm figuring out.
I hate to be stupid on this, but I'm going to ask this question because I'm also doing and testing everything you just said. Okay, I know what hashtags are, right? And so in the email, it literally took me to the poll, yours and mine, because I both put it up there. And I'm trying to find the actual URL.
The LinkedIn information they took away—that's actually bringing them back to LinkedIn.
Share your screen.
Share your screen. Let me see. Share your screen. Da da da da da da da da da da da da da da. Okay, so when you click on that, where does it go?
Oh no, no, it works. It works. But all I did was I copied it right, and I put in an email to see if it would come back, and it did.
Okay, so over here, click on the 3 dots next to your name and click on copy link to post. Then go to this— then go to this website. Go to evyai.com/url-cleaner. evyai.com, E-V-Y-A-I.com, /url-cleaner. URL-cleaner. You did URL cleaner. URL-DashCleaner. Okay, good. Now paste in the URL in there and clean it. Now get the feed URL. That's the third one. You have all the different URLs. Choose the feed one. The feed one is the sexiest URL. So click copy next to the feed URL. Now you have the proper URL because the other one just has a bunch of junk in it, a bunch of junk in the trunk.
Well, what I'm saying— okay, I hear you, but what I was, what I was Yeah, no, I, this, I understand. I'm there. What I'm saying is I just copied the hashtag, just the hashtag, put it in an email, tested it, sent it to myself, clicked on it, and just the hashtag.
Because it's a search. The hashtag creates a search URL.
When you—
I know that, but so when you—
but it brought me back to URL. That's right. When you copy that, it brought me back to LinkedIn.
Yeah, but when you copied the hashtag, you copied both the actual hashtag and the URL behind it and the URL behind it.
Well, that's what I'm saying. And I was trying to see the URL behind it to go—
Yeah, the URL is basically just search. It's just linkedin.com/search/hashtag. That's it. Because LinkedIn took away the hashtag.
I just was fascinated by that. That's really super interesting. That's all it took.
Okay. Let's, let's, I know it's amazing. So now let's go to, let's go to your Sales Navigator and let me teach you how to find people that you're not connected to that have Sales Navigator. navigator, because that's, that's super key, you know what I mean?
Yeah, you wanna see what I'm working on?
I wanna see what you're working on. Oh, I love this. I love your Midjourney.
Yeah, they're doing weird things though. They're not getting my face right.
Evie AI gets it right, by the way. Evie AI gets your face right. I'll show you, I'll show you how to use Evie AI's image generator if you want.
All right, all right. I have a reason I do.
Amazing, amazing. So on the left side, click on lead filters. And then say, da da da da da da da da. Okay, click on connection second degree. See which is second degree? Best path in. So just company buyer intent role best path in. There you go. Click on that and then click on second degree. Perfect. This is going to show you all the people that are second degree connections. Now let's click on function. So you want consultants, right?
Yes.
Any specific type of consultant that you want?
Uh, I don't mind business development, but, um, okay, so let's do business development.
That's good. Business development's good.
Let's delete marketing.
Yeah, I'll just do business development. Now, do you want people in Orlando? Hang on a second. No, I don't care. Hang on a second. Someone's calling. Well, hang on one second.
Hello? Hello? Y'all, we're watching a live sales call, I hope.
Let's see if Monday's better. Yeah. All right, bye.
Well, that's not a live sales call. That's boring. Okay.
No, someone asked me if I could meet on Friday or Sunday, and I said Monday's better. And they said, okay. Okay, share again. Share again. You want a live sales call? I can call Ash here and we could do live sales calls together. Should I call Ash back? Do you want to hear her do sales calls? We can do that.
Sure, yeah.
That'd be cool. Okay, good. So now, do you see you have 3 million people on the right?
Yeah.
Okay, so that's too many people. So on the left side, let's go to geography.
Yeah, of course.
On the left side, let's go down to geography. Under role, there's geography right there. Personal geography. Click on geography because you only want to work with people in a certain geography. So let's choose, let's choose instead of North America, Let's choose Orlando or Florida. Because this way you guys are in Florida, you can actually meet. Florida.
I just told you I'm going to infer, but yeah, let's do it.
Who cares? If you don't want to meet them, I'll meet them. Okay. You have 170,000 people in Florida. All right. So we have 170,000 people. So how do we find out of these people that are here in Florida, how do we find out who has Sales Navigator? You see Natasha? The CEO of InBot Health. You see that gold icon? That gold icon makes it very, very likely that they're paying for Sales Navigator. So click on the message. Yes, 100%. Click on the message button. How much does it cost to message this person right now?
Nothing, because I have Sales Navigator. I think you get certain credits.
You get, uh, you get 800 of these that you can do per month if If they have Sales Navigator, you can send them a message. So it's very likely if they have Premium Sales Navigator, then you can send them a message without it costing you a credit. So right now, right now the subject line will be, what version do you have? Can we use Evie AI? Let's get out of this because this is not going to work.
No, I want to see how bad it is. It's going to be so horrible.
It's the worst. It's the worst. You could pop open Evie AI. It doesn't look like you might have it. I don't know if you have it installed there, but if you pop open Evie AI, then we'll create a template and then we'll use a template right now to send it out to 800 people. And you can send 800 of these asking what version do you have? And you, you—
So I'm gonna redo it.
Yeah. By the way, you don't need to redo it. You can go to the other browser, grab the URL and paste it in here. That URL will work with all the filters done.
Okay, cool. Yeah, I, I was in Safari. That's, that's why.
Even if you're in Safari, you can grab the URL, paste it into here and then boom.
No, no. Well, that's why I was saying that you didn't see the widget.
Oh, got it. Okay. Open up the widget. Love it. Now the widget's here. That's beautiful. Now click on templates on the right side. Great. Let's create a new template. On the top corner, there's a new template. You see it says a big blue button that says new template.
I know what you're doing. Hold on. Let me catch up to you on the other part of this. Okay.
Right? Yep. What version do you have? No, not version of LinkedIn. What version do you have? You don't want to use the word LinkedIn and lowercase d. Why? Because it looks like you're spamming them. You have to, oh, oh, oh, you have to intentionally, you have to intentionally omit things to to create curiosity. Okay, now I wouldn't put that there. I wouldn't give them all the options. I would delete the description, go into tags and type in sales nav InMail, press enter so it saves the tag. Okay, great. So you just saved a new tag. In the template content, in the temp— not the description, the content. Yep. Click in there and say, just curious, what version do you have? Question mark. Okay, now fix curious inversion and then put hashtag curious. Curious. There you go. Hashtag at the end. Put hash. Can you can you help me? Right. Can you help me and put hashtag version? What was the hashtag? Go to sleep. The hashtag was. It's #versionofLinkedIn. One word. Yeah, I sent it to you in the DM.
No, I got it.
Okay. Version of LinkedIn. Perfect. Can you help me out now? Could you help me out with a quick vote?
Hold on though. 'Cause, 'cause I want to do this right.
It doesn't matter if you do it from there. It doesn't matter if you don't, don't include that link. That'll fuck up the whole thing. Don't do that. You have to let LinkedIn actually do the link. LinkedIn will make the link happen.
No, you don't want to do that. Hold on. Hold on. So it will— no, no, I get it. So just the words. I don't have to copy any of the metadata and all that crap.
Nothing. Nothing. Just the words will be converted.
That's why I was trying to— that's why I was confused.
Okay. Yeah. LinkedIn converts this DM into a link. It's the only thing that it converts into a link. So can you help me please? With a quick vote?
Oh, please.
Please, with a quick vote? Question mark. Now press save changes. Great. So let's go, um, let's go to her. Now let's create another template that just has the Um, just has the, the subject line, cuz you're gonna need a subject line too. So create a new template and just write, what version do you have? You can write SL colon.
The template name?
Yeah. Template name SL colon. What version do you have? And the content should be, what version do you have? Colon. What version do you have? Question mark. Fix the word version. Okay, now you added to the directory. Okay, copy that text and paste it into the template content. Delete the words SL. In the tags, tag it as Sales Navigator. It's already there, so just click in there. Click, press Save Changes. Perfect. Now you have these 2. Now go into Natasha, click her message. Okay, click into the subject box and click the up arrow by the SL1, the up arrow. Okay, and then click into the message box and click the up arrow by the second one. Now press send. Now I'm gonna teach you how to do something even faster. Let's close out this DM. Go to the home, click on the up arrow on the top right corner of The, the, the extension on top of the picture of the house, there's an up arrow. You see there's a picture of a house. Yeah. Click on the Open Heavy AI. Click on that. Click on templates on the left. And then let's select this keyboard shortcut, Alt+1 and Alt+2. So the subject line will be Alt+1. You see it says shortcut. Alt+1.
I— No, I don't know what you're talking about, buddy.
Okay, let me let me annotate.
Where do you want me to go?
Let me annotate for you. Hang on right here. Click Alt one. Oh, okay. One, and then do this one Alt two. Great. Okay, good. Let's go back into Sales Navigator now.
All right, hold on. That's next level.
I've never noticed that before. Da da da da da da da da.
Yeah, let me. Yeah, I'll give you this. Hold on. As you're doing this, I'm also taking all my notes.
This is gonna change your life.
At the same time. So hold on. I, I, I want, I need to mark that as a special note. Okay. All right. I'm ready to move on.
Okay. Go into Sales Navigator now. This is gonna, you're gonna freak out right now. Go into Sales Navigator. So click on Amy right here, CEO of Stello AI. Click on her. No, not click on her message, just to message her. Okay. Go into subject, press Alt+1. Did it not work? No, I, I, or Option 1 or Command 1 or something.
Thank you. I was just gonna say I'm a Mac bro. So I, I, I know what you mean.
And then do it in here. Do it in here. Alt 2. Okay. Now I don't know why it's adding that jazz. Maybe you have to go into Mac and tell it not to do that somewhere in Mac. But bottom line is hit send. Yeah. And you have it like that. If you'd rather use the little push buttons, you could. I like the keyboard shortcuts. And then you would go to Larry. Don't do, don't do her. She's, oh, look at that. She has an open profile, but likelihood she doesn't pay for it, but it's fine.
You can send it to her. Yeah. Well, we'll see. Oops.
What version do you have? And then da da da. And then you can set.
Okay. So let me, let me check something out here.
Okay. But bottom line is if you do this, If you do this correctly, it'll—
Do you think this is throwing it off? No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
I think— No, no, no, no.
'Cause it's right here.
I think it's right here. Yeah. Yeah. I think when, I think Mac, when you push the keyboard shortcut you're putting has the TM built into it. So it does both.
Is that Command? Oh yeah. Yeah, that is, that is the shortcut.
Yeah. So, so that's, that's what it's doing. It's, it's basically doing the shortcut of Mac.
All right. Well, I can still hit the buttons. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome.
Do remind me later. You don't need to do the side-by-side thing. Okay. So now you can just keep scrolling down, do this 800 times, and then you're done for the month.
Not a problem. I have nothing to do today, so I appreciate this.
Yeah. But could you imagine these people? You're not even connected to them on LinkedIn.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, it's amazing.
You are— You would've never messaged these person ever in your life. This is an amazing message. Hit send.
Oh, I was just talking to you.
And these are, these are your potential clients. Everyone that has a gold icon is a potential client for you.
I love it.
Now, if you, once you get to, once you get to 100, I'm going to send you a PayPal. Once you get to 100 people, I'm going to send you a PayPal. But then what I'm going to teach you how to do is I'm going to teach you how to take all the people that voted for Sales Navigator and put them into a spreadsheet. Yeah. And even if you're not connected to them, I'm going to teach you how to get their emails and cell phone numbers. And then we're going to call them together and we're going to close them. We're going to close them on something that you offer on $32,000. Okay. Could you imagine if this call turns into $32,000 in your pocket before the end of the year?
Um, I'm just looking at my calendar to make sure I can get it done. I'm going to get it done. Just like, I'm just looking.
And if you do it before the end of the year, you can do it again in January. If this works, then you—
Oh no, no, no, no. I'm gonna do it. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, baby. I'm waking up early in the morning. I'm, I'm gonna get it all done by tomorrow. I gotcha. I gotcha.
Just, just drink coffee or something. But again, this is all manual. Oh, I'm up early. There's, there's no automation. There's no automation here. It's 100% compliant with LinkedIn terms. You just, you could use keyboard shortcuts. You can use an arrow. There's a, but imagine all the templates you can use. And by the way, these templates work on Facebook. They work on Instagram. They work as comments. They work as DMs. And you as an EvAI Pro user can have unlimited templates.
Cool.
And you could put them into lists. You're awesome. Da da da da da da da da. This makes me so happy. This makes me so happy. See, this is my excitement. This is literally my excitement. This is what tickles my pickle.
This is what tickles my pickle. You know what I didn't get to use? What? Next time we do this, we're gonna do this one.
Ready? Tell me. Wow. Pro tip battle.
There we go. Back and forth with the wisdom.
Oh, that's a good one. That's a good one. We should do a pro tip battle and then we can have people vote. All right. I'm gonna do it right now.
I'm gonna start right now. Um, I was gonna cheat because I'm gonna repeat some of the good ones just to kick us off. Go for it. It's not important that they know who you are. It's important that they know that you know who they are. No, now you, now you go.
Oh, okay. Now it's my turn. That's the— hold on.
I'll give you your intro again.
Now you go. The secret to living is giving. Make sure that you give them 10 times more than you ever expect to receive.
The meaning of life is to give life meaning, so make it memorable and meaningful. The right cheesy bite.
The right strategy will save you a decade. Stop hoping, start creating a strategy.
Only meet with interesting people, so you always have interesting conversations. Ooh.
You can get anything you want in life as long as you help enough LinkedIn connections get what they want. Stop thinking about yourself and start thinking about your LinkedIn connections.
Before you meet with anybody, do research, research so you can speak to them so they can feel heard and seen by you and start the conversation opening with that.
If you want people Oh, I love that. If you want people to accept your connection request, use the 3 C's: customization, context, and connection. Make sure that people actually want to accept your connection requests by giving them a reason to accept, by them feeling special because you customize it, and by them having trust and connection, knowing that you're not just a transaction, but you're a relationship.
It's awesome. People want to do business that will champion them. So champion them, be their biggest fan.
And give them a compliment because people love compliments. As long as it's coming from your heart, make sure that you take somebody and say, wow, look at all the candles you have. Look at that beautiful microphone behind you, in front of you, next to you. Look at the technology. You really— it's real. It's real. You can touch it and feel it. Look at the Northern Lights behind you. You are a rock star.
You threw me on that one. Um, oh, so, um, I love LinkedIn that you can star people. So look into LinkedIn and star the messages so that you can always follow up with the most favorite people in your world. Those are the star people you can Ooh, love that.
Star people. Uh, if you want to succeed on LinkedIn, you need to segment your connections. And the fastest way to segment your connections is to create a poll, which is a survey on LinkedIn, and ask people a simple, easy question that will help filter and segment your connection and get them engaged. It'll also give you a reason to reach out to them because they engage with your poll.
Never give out your calendar link without request. It's the first sign that you're transactional and don't care about the relationship. You can always hit them up and go, hey, love to Zoom with you. Is this time or this time? Because you're catering to them. That's important. Or if you have a calendar link, I'd love to jump on yours.
When you're reaching out to somebody, don't give away all the information Give curiosity, leave it open. So if you want to ask a person what the best version of LinkedIn they have, don't just lay it out for them and tell them every version of LinkedIn. Just ask them something general that will make them want to respond. What version do you have? And they'd be like, version of what? Now you're having a conversation.
I like it. When you're DMing people or even emailing people, make it super casual and all that fun stuff. End it with a question. Always end with a question because people have to answer when they see a question mark. Let it be the last thing you say. And if it's like, well, it's not really a good question, it's more a statement, you can always use, good? Cool?
Love that. Always end with a question, especially in a comment. Here's my tip. If you want to join me and Rook live right now, go to highenergyzoom.com. We're here live. That's a pro tip. It's almost 1 o'clock. Should we make some cold calls?
Yeah. I wanted to end it with that one. Go ahead.
Oh, do you have to run at 1 or should we make some cold calls together? Joe, excuse me, we have a call at 1.
Yeah, so do I.
Okay.
I do. I'm so sorry.
Let's get together, guys. If you want to, if you want to hear us do cold calls together, we'll take turns calling people randomly. It'll be fun. It'll be fun.
I would love to do that with you.
It'll be fun. And then, and then, and then you guys join. Let us know if you want to hear from us again, and we will do this. And next time you'll actually be on the Zoom with us listening in live. Um, so let us know if you want to be in. I'm going to pop this in the community. I'm going to email everyone letting them know to watch this. You guys want to watch this. This was a long session. We went long, but you know, that's what you go, you go deep. And in 2026, I want a selfie with you, Rook. Maybe I'm just going to come to Orlando. I'll fly into you. I'll do a selfie and then I'll go home. How about that? How about I come in just for a selfie in your studio? Would you be honored if I did that?
I would hope you're hanging out longer than that.
I'll hang out longer.
Yes, you may.
I'll hang out longer. Maybe January 5th or 6th or something. I'll come by.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Are you going to be around that week?
Yeah, I'm here the whole 2 weeks.
Okay. And then maybe I'll do Mark's event. I'm thinking about it. It depends what I'm doing. February 5th, 6th, and 7th is his event. So I'm thinking about it. Yeah, depends if I have my kids or I don't have my kids or what the deal is. Yeah. All right. Well, thank you very much for being in my life. Thank you all of you that are watching this live that have commented. You guys are amazingly epic. And any final words that you want to share with the world, Ruke? How does somebody get in touch with you?
What what what do you? So I own yeah yeah. So I own my name. So Ruke Ruke dot com. It's Luke with an R. My email is Ruke at Ruke dot com. I answer it. Just let you know that I do answer my emails, and just because it's the spirit of Joe, 407-408-2044 is my cell number. Woo! So just reach. I'm very accessible, and of course hit me up on you know the first name is Daniel, but Rook on LinkedIn. Love to play with you, and listen, Joe, you you made some like we got some deals going on, which I love it. I got a contest going with you, but I also would say just throw this out. Tell Joe if you want this. I would love to do a session where we just do cold calls. You and I kind of. Kind of like pro tip battling with phone calls, right?
You share your GoHighLevel. Yeah, you share your GoHighLevel, you call your leads, and then I share my GoHighLevel, I call my leads, and then we just take turns calling each other's leads. Yeah, and then we see who gets the most, and we'll see who gets the most appointments over the course of an hour. We keep switching. Every time you book an appointment, we switch. Every time you get a crazy rejection, we switch. And then we keep going person to person, person to person, person to person. And at the end, we have a tally, and whoever gets the most meetings within an hour wins the game, and whoever gets the most rejections wins second place.
All right, you are awesome, everybody. You're amazing. Oh my God, this is so much fun.
I cannot wait to do this. We can call it cold call battles.
I call sales smackdown. Ooh, sales smackdown. That's what. Yeah. Sales Smackdown. Emily's got all the graphics and all the promotions for it.
Well, it's gonna be epic. This is gonna be epic. We're very, very excited. Oh my God. You'll invite your people. You'll send 6,000 people an email. I'll send 50,000 people an email. Let's see how many people join.
Yeah. 100%. Let's do it. All right. I'll tell, I'll tell, I'll tell Emily to talk to the powers that be. Yeah. And we'll get set up. Okay.
All right. Thank you. I'll see you soon. Bye.
You're beautiful. Thank you, buddy. Bye.
