In this YouTube video, seasoned real‑estate professional Joe Homs (over 40 years as broker, investor, and mentor) explains why wholesale investors should hire virtual assistants (VAs). He outlines four primary benefits: (1) saving time by having VAs pull massive homeowner lists (10‑20k) and handle initial calls and texts to warm leads; (2) saving money because the investor’s time is valuable and VAs perform low‑cost, high‑volume tasks; (3) allowing the investor to focus on their core strength—negotiating deals—while VAs filter and forward qualified leads; and (4) expanding business capacity, as multiple VAs can increase outreach volume, freeing the investor to explore new opportunities like flipping or portfolio growth. The video ends with a call to share the channel and a link to a related eviction‑process video featuring the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Share this video with anyone who wants to live the life they've always wanted through real estate. Let's jump on in. Here are 4 reasons why you should hire a virtual assistant for for your business. Number 1, save time. That is really important. I pull lists, I pull lists, 10,000, 20,000 homeowners. Do you actually think that I spend the time to call or text all these folks? No, I hire a virtual assistant to save time. They call, they warm up the leads for me, And then I call them after. Number 2, save money. Again, if I'm pulling large lists and I'm literally sitting there all day texting or calling, that's a lot of time that's wasted. My time is valuable, so it does save me money by hiring a virtual assistant to do those menial tasks that produce results at the end of the day. Number 3, You can focus on what you do best. And what you do best is negotiating the deal. So your virtual assistants are making all these calls, they're getting the negative and the positive, they're sending you the positive results, you're following up on those, and you're negotiating the deal because that's what you do best. Number 4, it allows you to expand your business. So again, if you're just doing it by yourself, You're going to have a limited number of calls and texts that you can make on a daily basis. If you've got 1, 2, or 3 virtual assistants that are making all these calls for you and going through large lists, then they can warm up these leads for you so that all you're talking to are people that have indicated that, yes, they want to talk to somebody about selling their home. When you have fresh energy and aren't being held down with tasks that you shouldn't be doing, You can explore new opportunities in your business. Maybe you want to expand into flipping.
