My Project

Hey, this is Joe. I'm here at my Laguna Woods flip and I want to show you around real quick. Let me flip this around. We're in Laguna Woods and I know it's a little bit dark here. We're eventually gonna put a skylight here, but they just finished up the drywalling and this is the kitchen area, as you can see. Hi, this is Joe. This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit. This was originally 1 bath. We're now converting it to 2, and there's going to be a stackable washer and dryer here. And this is the master bedroom. And again, to open up more, get more light in this area, then we're going to add a sliding door here. And then to my right— sorry for being so shaky and dark, but this is going to be the master bath as well. Double vanity sink and shower in here. And we just finished up the drywall. We're waiting for the inspector to come over and inspect that, and then we'll be moving forward. Thanks.
